Great place to get a haircut. Evey stylist knows what there doing and they work with you to help you look your best. They arent afraid to tell you when a certain style isnt it right for your facial assets. I would suggest making an appointment especially on Saturdays because they are quite popular. Always amazed how I leave looking so great.

Hate to say this but I was never a barbershop person stopped in at Floyd’s today and JC hooked me up. Good people great atmosphere will definitely come back! Way much better than them 15 minute haircut places!

Katie Ann does amazing work! She recently did my sons 1st haircut. She is like a baby whisperer. My 21 month old sat still and didnt cry once!!! My boy is a little sensory sensitive so If I had taken him somewhere else, he would have cried his eyes out. It was calm and quiet. And my other children just played with the Legos while Row had his hair cut.Never again will I go to those kid haircut places. Katie Ann is the real deal!!

Floyds Barbershop is always on point! Ive been coming here for over a year now and highly recommend it. All of the girls here are very professional, friendly and talented. You wont get a better haircut or beard trim anywhere else.

We have followed Katie around for 15 years and I wouldnt have anyone else cut my boys hair. She takes her time and does an amazing job every time! In fact, I cant tell you how many times people ask me where my boys get their hair cut and have started using her as well! We love Katie and highly recommend her and her shop to anyone looking for a great cut. And as a side note, I also love that you can book appointments here...thats a big plus for me as well!

My Husband and Son have been going to Floyds for about a year now. They always get amazing cuts and the staff are all wonderful. I especially appreciate how patient and kind Sarah is with my young son.Recently I got a pixie cut at a different salon. A pixie is a big change from my usually long hair. Unfortunately, I was dissatisfied with the end product. Knowing how meticulous the quality of work done by the ladies at Floyds, I made an appointment with Sarah to tighten up my cut and, hopefully, achieve the look I was going for initially.Sarah did not disappoint! I am so thankful that she listened.... really listened and gave me the haircut I was looking for. She is so sweet, skilled and easy to talk to. This is not descriptive of Sarah alone. My son and husband have never had anything less than a great experience each visit and with each professional they have seen.If it is not obvious by now, please let me spell it out: I HIGHLY recommend this barbershop. Note, they are in the business of gentlemans cuts. Sarah was willing to work with me because of the length of my hair. It is my understanding that female cuts are only booked if they err on the side of a traditional mens cut. :)

Yesterday was my first ever visit to Floyds. Showed up with 10 months of hair and Brittany took on the challenge...She absolutely nailed my cut(low fade/longer on top) and I will absolutely see her again for future cuts. She was polite, professional, made recommendations and I fully trusted that she knew what she was doing.

They do a good job, if they decide to cut your hair. I sat for an hour while I got passed up (5 times) by other folks who came in after me before I finally left and went somewhere else. Maybe they had a reservation, I dont know, but there isnt a sign in sheet at the front like a lot of other places.

Im looking for a new person to cut my hair in Kennesaw, GA. I thought I found what I was looking for at Floyds. I could not be more WRONG.I made an 11 am appointment and showed up for my 20 minutes early. This is where the bad customer service starts. I was greeted by, the lady working the front desk, outside the shop. When I said greeted, I mean I had to get her attention, and when she finally spoke to me. I told the lady I was here for a haircut. She runs back inside grabs a thermometer, run back outside and takes my temp. She stays im fine to enter, but tells me to wait outside. The lady walks away, as she walks away i tell her Im here for an 11am appointment. I understand that I would have to wait outside due to covidI started my wait for my appointment. During my wait, did any Floyds employee acknowledge my existence. 11am comes and goes, I gave them 5 minutes, and walked to the front door, making sure not to enter because of covid. The lady at the front desk, the same person who took my temp, just stared at me. The lady did not ask if I was OK, if she could help me, or tell me its going to be a couple of minutes longer before I could get a haircut. I found that in itself to be insulting. I pace in front of the stop for about 10 minutes, still being ignored by the employees. I sit back down, and right then a finished customer walks out of the shop. The person cutting his hair, sticks her head out the door, and ask if Im ready. The stylist/barber did not introduce herself, did not ask my name, apologize for being late to the appointment. I finally walked in the shop, where I was told I would need a mask. Here is my problem there was a very nice, young family waiting with me. They had got served before me, which I was fine with, my problem comes when the family was walking into the shop. The family did not have face mask either. The father, of the family, offers to purchase 3 mask for the family, and was told they dont need a mask. My experience was a little different, I was thrown a mask. At this point, I was done. I put the mask on the front counter, stated i would fine someone else to cut my hair, and left. As I was walking out, I heard on of the employees tell me to have a nice day.Dont go to floyds barber shop, I have no idea how good their haircuts are, but if it is anything their customer service. An potential customer is going to be lucky, if they dont walk out of floyds with an awful haircut.

Best place to get a men’s haircut at this tucked away spot. Everyone is welcoming and the place has a personal feel to it. Sarah Hollis always gives me a professional grade haircut. I’ll be back. Prices are very reasonable at $20 for a men’s haircut. I use schedulicity to book my appointments.

Floyds Barbershop of Kennesaw is the ONLY place I will take my two sons. Kate and Apryl are the absolute best! They are great at what they do, can do any style we request and are extremely friendly! We love them and would highly recommend anybody check them out!

Best in Kennesaw, period. Kate and the others there are great. I love how meticulous they are when they cut my hair or my two sons (10 & 6) . They take walk ins, but they stay busy, so I always call ahead to make sure Ive got a spot.

Just left after waiting 45 minutes for my 10:00 appointment, not the first time with a long wait and an appointment. What is the purpose of the online scheduling system if no one seems to be aware of the fact you have an appointment? Really disappointed, been a customer for a long time but cant see myself going back.Thank you for the response. I see the error, however, how about you acknowledge the arrival of a client before they sit there for 45 minutes?

Katianne gives me a perfect cut every time. I do not have easy hair either, to short I look like Kevin Bacon during the height of his Footloose Fame. To long and I look like Beatle a wannabe and not one of the good ones either, I resemble Ringo. An important tip: go online and make an appointment to avoid waiting.

Always happy when I leave here, made the mistake of trying somewhere new when moved to the city, now I’ll gladly drive from midtown to Kennesaw to get this service from people that care about the customers!

Terrible experience. I asked for the guard to be removed from the clippers to cut my hair. After returning home I had to shave my head bald to make up for the uneven cut. Extremely basic haircut; terrible result. Why did I just pay $20 to have to go home and cut my own hair to make up for the incompetence?

First time i went there not bad.. but today idk if she was drunk or what?? When i get home i notice everything was fu**ing uneven. I said i wanted a little** cut off the top she chomped half of it right away. First I thought its fine its shorter than id like but whatever itll grow back but when my gf looks at it she sees hair an inch long by my ear and fronts uneven and Ive had bad cuts but this just looks sloppy.. i now have to pay someone to fix it. Waste of 20$ never again.. thanks Sonny
