Absolutely the best rug store in Kansas City! They have incredible new rugs and great prices. We have had them clean and repair older rugs and the results are amazing. Weve worked with other stores in KC and paid more and gotten far less in quality and service. Accents will treat you right.

I had a vintage rug cleaned with Mori and it was an absolute beautiful experience. The rug was for my childrens room and was shedding terribly and leaving debris everywhere when I received it. Mori came to pick it up expeditiously, and diagnosed what was needed. We also had a warm conversation during our visit as he is also just a really kind person. When he brought the rug back it was very clean, smelled nice, and the colors were more vibrant. It looks beautiful in my childrens room. Thank you so much Mori. I will be back to you for sure.

Many years ago my husband in his travels brought home a Tibetan throw rug. Having lived in Colorado for 13 years, he would come home from fly-fishing and take his boots off on the rug. During a time of Great challenge due to unexpected sump pump failure with 8 inches of rain in 8 hours on the day I am in the hospital having surgery, I returned home to 2 inches of water in my finished basement. I had 15 rugs of various sizes and quality including keepsake Chinese silk rugs, Persian rugs and more that were picked up Personally by “Mori“ the owner, proprietor of this fine business. Not only is Mori very knowledgeable, he is a compassionate, patient man who listened to concerns of all involved in helping carry these saturated keepsakes out to his van for cleaning and repairs as needed. He was reassuring and he educated us in this process yet being honest in sharing his concerns up front about what priceless pieces May not survive the damaged done by sitting in murky water for 24 hours. He responded to my phone call immediately after we searched the internet to make discoveries on Oriental rug Cleaning and repair and was at my home within 3 hours of our first phone conversation. Two other companies were called with no return calls for 5 days.It is now 2 weeks later and Mori delivered all pieces to my home himself relying on the help of treasured neighbors and friends who where there at the beginning of this trying situation.I have yet to place all pieces returned as much work yet to be done, but what I can truly say is “MORI” is a very honest man who cares about our treasures as much as we do. His ability to create calmness and humor helped at a very trying time having to rely on others to do the heavy physical work (Including Mori.) We have two priceless pieces yet in his cares for cleaning, repairs, and appraisals. I took my living room shag rug in to be cleaned after my pets had several accidents on it. Mori did a fabulous job and was able to remove the odor. The rug looks and smells like new. I couldnt be more delighted with the friendly and helpful service!

I have had a number of rugs cleaned at Accents Gallery and I have always been extremely pleased with the service Ive received. These are nice wool oriental area rugs so they hand wash them and all have turned out great. One had a mildew smell from me having it cleaned prior to taking it to Accents by a company that apparently didnt know what they were doing. The company cleaned it again to try to get the smell out but could not. I took it to Accents Gallery and they hand washed it...no more smell and now the rug looks and smells great. I wont take my rugs anywhere else. Mori and team have earned my business!

I ordered two oriental Persian rugs from Accents Galleria. Both are very well made, and my wife loves them. One of the rugs is a hand- knotted Kashan rug and the other one is a very high-quality and hand-woven Isfahan rug. Also, Mr. Jahandar is not only a very knowledgeable person but also a nice guy to get advice regarding our interior design and oriental Persian rugs. My wife and I are super happy about our purchase. Mr. Jahandar is by far one of our favorite oriental rug sellers in Kansas City.

We are finishing our basement/bar and had quite a bit of stuff to purchase so thought I would give them a call. He basically hung up on me after saying that he could order one of the items in, call lasted about 20 seconds. Even called back a second time and he hung up again. Oh well, will take my 10K+ budget for my stuff to somewhere else and will plan to never visit this shop again.

Hello,I was fortunate enough to find Accents Galleria and to meet the owner Mr. Jahandar Mori the owner. I had just moved back to Kansas City and had a large, antique Persian rug which had been in storage for a year and that needed to be cleaned due to a pet accident.I was really concerned about taking this rug to the right place to be cleaned because it is a very old and handmade rug. In addition I wanted to ensure that the cat urine scent was completely gone so that I wouldnt have a repeat of the initial incident.I talked to a few places and after comparing prices and meeting Mori in person I was convinced that they had the expertise to do the job. Fortunately I was right! The rug came back and it looked better than I had ever seen it! Mori had called me in the interim and told me that they tested a small place and that the colors were going to run some. Most rugs dont run, but some do. He gave ME the option to proceed or not BEFORE moving forward...another plus in my book.After the cleaning the colors in that rug (it has a lot of red) looked more vibrant than ever! The price was much better than his closest competitor and I am VERY pleased with the service. In addition, Mori is a very nice man and he went to the trouble of answering all of my questions and educated me about my rug, where it was made, age etc. Go to Accents Galleria....you will NOT be disappointed!

I had purchased 3 Persian carpets over seas in 2006. My Roomate recently spilled milk on my Naein Habbian carpet. I took my Naein to Morti off of Wornall. His knowledge of these fine quality rugs astonished me. After Morti cleaned my Naein I decided to have my Esfahian and Qom also cleaned.Over a period of time I feel like I have really built a good relationship with Morti and can trust my carpets in his hands. Morti, being concerned after the milk incident, has really educated me on the value of these types of carpets.Every time I walk into the store I am greeted with a friendly face.I cannot see myself going to any other place for my carpet cleaning needs.P.S. Morti makes a homemade tea that is possibly the best tea I have ever tried.

Just called for information before lugging in a huge rug. Not very phone friendly.

The cue I bought was supposedly a Meucci but when I checked it was not. Also the weight was marked as 18oz but is actually 19.2oz and the butt is warped. They wouldnt do anything to help me at all. I am sorely disappointed.
