Wow, once again these guys saved us. My daughters car desperately needed tires, but specifically 1 had gone flat. I was able to get a brand new set installed for half of what I was expecting. Not top line, I understand, but bottom line, they fit the budget and are no longer unsafe for my daughter to drive with her child!

Excellent experience at this family owned shop!! Ive been trying hard to support small businesses with the hardships covid has caused them and Im glad I found this place. They sold 2 very nice looking used tires to me for a GREAT price, and I was in and out and on my way in under 30 mins! The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions as well. One glimpse of their sign shows how they value political rhetoric over customer satisfaction. The fact they are so hostile towards women, and people who dont think like them is a sure sign to get your work done somewhere else.

Went here a while ago to replace a flat tire. They somehow managed to inspect the wrong tire (which was in perfect condition) and even charged me for looking at it. Then they decided to check the other tires and noticed the one I told them about was flat, so they patched that one and charged me for that one as well. The guy at the front desk even wrote down the correct tire that I told him, so Im not sure where the miscommunication happened. Regardless, I was shocked at how unprofessional they were when they insisted on charging me for their mistake. I even showed them that they wrote it down correctly, so it wasnt my fault. Lost a lot of potential business over a small fee.

Had been a customer here for years, but the last few contacts I have had I have been treated pretty rudely, like an inconvenience. I understand no appointments in the pre pandemic world, but I feel that should change during covid. Going somewhere friendlier where I can schedule an appointment.PS they dont like Democrats or women here.

Anyone driving by gets an obvious glimpse of how unprofessional this business is. There’s a place for political rhetoric and discussion, but a tire company is not it. Beyond that, do you really want to trust your vehicle with a business who thinks being openly divisive and alienating potential customers is a good idea? What does that say about their character?

Stopped by this morning with a flat tire and they had me back on the road within an hour. They were extremely welcoming and straightforward with the diagnosis and service on my vehicle. I watched them complete service on 4 vehicles during my wait. Every customer was treated the same, with respect, clear communication, and they were presented with honest solutions. I will definitely be returning for future needs.

They run their business strictly on a stand-by basis. Even though their web-site claims they they make appointments, they dont. When you point out that the web-site says you can make appointments, the answer is We dont control the web-site.I moved on. There are too many other places that sell tires and are willing to help their customers. Theyve lost my business

Had a tire lose all pressure while out with my family and we were able get our tire fixed in about 15-20 minutes plus they fixed another issue caused from the place I had just gotten news tires from a few months before, free of charge. I wish I had gotten my tires here instead! This is the only place I will ever go for anything tire related! Absolutely wonderful service!

I have been guying tires for all of our vehicles from Good Deal Tire for the past 8 or 9 years now, and I cant speak highly enough about how much I like this business. They are a small, local (Hudsonville/Jenison area) business, which is set back off the road (Chicago Drive) a bit. There is nothing flashy about this place, but the employees are honest, hard working, and friendly, the waiting area is fairly clean and comfortable, and their prices are extremely fair. They do not tend to have a wide variety of makes and models of tires in stock, so I would suggest calling ahead to make sure they have what you are looking for. Dont worry, if they dont have your preferred tire in stock they can usually get it within a day; sometimes even the same day. If you have any problems with the tires you buy from them, like an air leak from running over a screw or nail, they will fix the tire for you at no charge. They also rotate and balance the tires for as long as you own them. I like to support our local businesses, and Good Deal Tire is a great place to bring your car or truck for some new tread.

Unfortunately I had the absolute worst experience with this company. Brought my vehicle in for 4 new tires, when I inspected my wheels after the tires were installed I found that all 4 rims had paint damage. The manager admitted their tech used a faulty machine which was missing a protective sleeve. Trying to get the rims fixed was an absolute nightmare, at first we wanted the rims replaced but I was told that was not an option due to the cost of a new rim being $410 each priced from the dealership. The manager said they will have the wheels sand blasted and re powder coated, I was ok with this as they should look brand new when done. After getting the rims fixed and remounted it took about a month for this whole situation to be resolved. The new paint isn’t an exact match to what they used to be but it is very close and nice again, the most frustrating part with my experience was that I had to be the one reaching out checking in on the whole process and never once got a phone call to update me on how things were going other then when everything was done. When i would call to ask questions it was like pulling teeth trying to get an answer, always trying to beat around the bush not trying to give a straight answer.Needless to say I’m beyond relieved for this whole fiasco to finally be done and I’ll surley never be returning. I’m sure others have had great experiences there but my first time was terrible.
