Can i just say Kris you are an absolute boss. Saving the weekend, I can not thank you enough. I called him on a Saturday and he was able to come out. He communicated with me all throughout the day, keeping me informed. We have renters in our home and the pump went out. We currently live out of state.Kris showed up tried everything he could to get the pump running even organized our wires. After his evaluation. Turns out we did need a new pump. He was able to pick up a replacement within the next hour just to come back same day to put it in. The new pump has been working great thus far. Though I have no doubt it will continue to work great. Every other company I called was fully booked for at least a week. Roy was able to come out in under 2 hours. He was unable to completely fix it due to the type of septic system I have, but he was able to get it working enough so that my family can use the water again until another company can come up. He was very friendly, helpful, and charged a fair price.

I scheduled to have this company come out and pump my septic tank. I was told they would be at my house between 11-12. I called them at 1245 and the person who picked had no idea I was on the schedule but apologized and said he would be there at 3. I again called the number and he said that he would be at my house at 5:30, I explained to him that I have been waiting around all day and that I felt it was unprofessional and unacceptable. He than hung up on me! I called him back he said there is no point in talking because I didn’t want him to come out and hung up again. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, also completely unprofessional and unorganized. DO NOT CALL USE THIS COMPANY. There are plenty of other companies in the area.

Friendly and informed company!Had our septic tank pumped the technician was helpful and well informed regarding the issues of our septic and informed us about a leak in the house and also assisted with trying to figure out where it was coming from.Thank you for your work and taking time out to explain and help with our issues. First off roy heaths septic saved our families day today we noticed bad water coming from between toilet an the floor I had not a clue what to do called all around an Mr heath answered an was here by 1:30 today an actually he showed me an my wife where the septic was located an as the leach fields he called them where also he pumped our septic tank an cleaned the pipe from the house to the septic tank an everything works great now will definitely use mr heath again thanks so much for helping me an my family especially on a weekend

They answered my call after hours and we quick to get to the house understanding my emergency. They were professional and quick. The price was cheaper than everyone and was worth every penny. Highly recommend.

Roy heath septic service is the only company that my family has called for 35 years my grandfather an my father an now me use roy heath septic an his son kris they do a great job an there honest an they dont charge an arm an a leg for there services like some of these other septic companies with an education as they state on there ads you want be sorry you called roy heath septic service....

They showed up and only pumped half of my septic tank, didnt check the filter and left. A month later it was full and I accidentally(thankfully) called Rays Septic who came out and finished the job that Roys started. Me not knowing better, I called a plumber to come take a look at my system because I assumed Roys was honest and there must be a deeper issue....however my distribution box is under my deck, so I am now out 1 1/2 septic visits and my deck tore apart. They also drove through my yard leaving massive ruts because theyre too cheap to buy enough hoses.

Had my pipes backup into my house called roy heath septic an they were out to fix my problem by 1:00 that day did an outstanding job with my lawn after they dug up my septic lid an pumped out my septic an i had them clear my main pipe from my house also mr heath recommended that I have my leach field cleaned for an additional fee which i understood an Im glad i sid the box was very full of sediment an the leach lines were in need of cleaning now my septic is working perfect again it was worth every penny I paid for the complete system renew or cleaning ever what they call it 5 stars great company

Had them come out and look at my septic which was gurgling in the house. Only opened one side of tank and said good to go and charged me $40 and said to call a plumber. Plumber came, opened other side of septic tank and said it was full of paper. Called them back and they said Roy would call me and he never did! Needless to say, will never use them again!

Charged me $700 to replace a sewage pump which took about 15 min. Used a $130 Harbor Freight pump for replacement. $570 for 15min worth of work, none of which was stated upfront.
