We have been here 3 years and we werent sure when the last time our septic tank had been pumped out. I called and left a message, Joshua promptly returned my call. With all the recent rains, all these companies have been busy. Joshua said hed try to get to me the next day, but if not the following day for sure. The next morning I received a call and they were able to get our system taken care of. I definitely appreciate them. Great, down to earth people, they are definitely on my call back list for any future issues.

Josh came out 20 minutes after I called. He was professional and troubleshot my septic quickly saving me money in the process.

Prompt service. Came when they said they would. Good price as well.

Septic maintenance cleaning. Two good Ole boys (gentlemen who happen to be country) showed up and got my Septic system squared away.

Called to schedule line jetting a month ago. Have communicated with him multiple times and he kept telling me “next week” but he has never showed. He even called me one morning saying he’d be here by 11. Never showed, never called. Waste of time. Good reviews must be for previous owner.

I tried calling them because, well, our septic tank is full. They’re local so it was natural that I tried them first. I left a message on their machine but never received a response. Too bad I’ll have to go with someone outside the area.

This place pumped my septic tank last year. I contacted them again this year because I was having problems with back up after recent rains. This time after calling them and leaving a voice mail, I never received a call back. I ended up having to go with Rays Septic Service and Rays did everything, including cleaning my filter, which I think this company failed to do the first time around-I dont know if I was supposed to ask them to clean the filter or not. Rays receptionist also returned my phone calls whenever I had to leave a voicemail and answered any questions I had. I just wouldnt suggest Anderson now after my experience. They dont seem to do a thorough, or acceptable job pumping a tank, and dont return phone calls.

I called on Thursday, April 30, 2020 to get my septic tank pumped. The gentleman asked me to text his mobile phone with the service address and he would get to me either Friday (5/1/20) or Monday (5/4/20). I sent the message immediately upon ending the call. I hadn’t heard anything by Sunday, 5/3/20, so my husband called to make sure he did receive the text with our address. The gentleman said he did, and that he would be out the next day (5/4/20), he asked if we would like a call when he was on his way. We did, and ended the call. Monday arrives, and by 3:00 pm we still hadn’t heard anything. My husband called to see what was going on. No answer after several calls. He finally called my husband back and said he had a vehicle break down and that he would be out to pump our tank “first thing in the morning”, so Tuesday, May 5, 2020. It’s now May 6th and we’ve had another company out today that completed the service, along with no call whatsoever from Anderson Pumping Service. Things coming up are completely understandable. Not contacting the customer who is waiting around all day is not only rude, it’s unprofessional.

This company is easy going, honest and reliable. They got my septic pumped within a day and answered all my questions during the job. Very knowledgeable and kind. The price is great too.

I called first thing Monday morning (7am) and asked if they could get a pump truck out to my property. It took about an hour for them to show up (talk about fast service). The owner came out and pumped the waste from the pump hole and recommended I get the sewage pump changed. Anderson septic is not only fast, reasonably priced, they are also knowledgeable and will walk you though your issue and help point you in the right direction even if it’s not in the company’s job description (ability).

Didnt have any info on my septic from my builder. They came, checked my system out, told me who I needed to contact to get the line plans for my septic and didnt charge me a dime. Thats a rare level of service for Jacksonville.

The guys came right out, explained what was happening, and fixed us up!Very professional, very reasonable!
