If youre looking for a company that will actually show up, dont use Atlantic All- Pro. I had a septic emergency and they were supposed to show up the first time around lunch time. Around 3pm I call them because no one has showed up or called me to let me know they were going to be late. No one answered the phone, so I left a voice mail. I FINALLY get a call back around 5pm and the older man stated that their truck broke down. (Apparently all of their phones did as well, because they didnt call me to tell me they wouldt be able to make the appointment). I wasted an entire day waiting around for them to show up. So, I tried to be understanding and we rescheduled for the following day between 1:15 and 1:30. 2:00 rolls around and still no one shows up or calls me. So, instead of wasting another day, I just called and left a voice mail stating that I would be going through another company. I would also like to say that the older man offered me a $20 discount for the inconvenience of completely negating our first appointment. But if they wont even show up to do the job, whats the point of offering any type of discount at all? I was very nice to them and tried to be understanding. But if you want a reliable professional company, Id advise (from my experience), to go with another company.
