Since I moved here Lillian and the owner have been nothing but gracious to me. When I say the area Ive moved too in 2019-current is quiet and neighbors that are protective over each other i love it.. They make sure all my needs are met Im really happy I chose two rent from them. Give another update before my lease is up.

Our stay at the beach house was absolutely amazing. The company couldn’t have been easier to work with and at such a fair price! Comfortable beds, plenty of linens, clean, beautiful hardwood floors...I could go on and on! But who wants to spend time inside when there is a HUGE balcony deck with a hammock calling your name? Or better yet, just walk over the dunes on your own private path and sit in one of the provided beach lounge chairs and put your feet in the water. 5 stars because there aren’t 6 available to give :-)We will definitely return.

Although I have never worked or had any association with J.E. Holland Properties, I know one of the Hollands personally. This company works hard to provide you with the best service. I would totally recommend this company!

They are very friendly and very helpful. Everyone at Je Hollnads is always right on top of things. Never make u wait for work to get done . When you call they always right there. I would never rent from any one else.I would highly recommend them to any one. Keep up the good work everyone.

Do not go for lies the company printed below this review,bait an switch is in ,even the owner is full of lies. Apartments are mainly in the getto, to upsale places that arent finished. These uncare ruthless liars took forty five dollars from a homeless man,me, held a three hundred an five dollar deposit eight days. Cost me everything.never trust people who did grow up here. 😞 Wow just got off the phone with female owner very upset for my posting this truth. I cant cash there check for my deposit due to more scam with COMPASS BANK ten dollars more to cash check, guess they be retaliating. Civil court is only remedy. So sad, rich getting richer off poor folks.

Receptionist is very rude!We have a leak in a pipe to our a/c and apparently it being 90+ degrees in our house is not considered an emergency. (Not to mention that the pipe is not just leaking, but pouring water into the living room. Probably rotting the floor)Also I have a 1.5 year old who is absolutely miserable!We will be moving asap.
