This is the second emergency situation at the home I lease: this time,the septic tank is full and whatever wastes go down in one drain comes back up through another drain. The first time, a little over a couple months ago, the toilet was leaking. I could run water in the tub and hear noises in the toilet like the water is coming up. The slow drainage started to become problematic in the past weeks.When the toilet was leaking, I had called and a work order was made around 8 oclock in the morning. NO ONE ARRIVED TO MAKE THE REPAIR UNTIL AFTER 3 OCLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON.Now the situation is far more serious, and its OVER 24 HOURS!!!! I and my children have been unable to use the bathroom, wash in the tubs, cook, or use the sink in this house BECAUSE WHAT GOES DOWN ONE DRAIN JUST COMES RIGHT BACK UP FROM ANOTHER!!!!! INHUMANE!!!!!

We have lived in a Goal properties home for 2 years now. We never want to move haha. They are so helpful and responsive. They truly care about their renters I highly recommend this company.

I am happy with our move even though we did not get to see the house before we put in our deposit. After being in the house a few weeks we made a list of things that needed fixing and most of those items were repaired. The maintenance person was very nice and went out of his way to solve all of our issues. The area is great and peaceful.

We are in our second year of renting from goal properties in Jacksonville. In early September our General ac went out. We reached out to the maintenance company, they sent someone out right away. The part that is needed is on back order because of COVID, Im sick of COVID being the excuse for everything. Maintenance department told us that the company can just replace the ac because its old and the part will be hard to get anyway! The company wont replace the unit , we were left with a portable floor unit, well now its November going back up into the 80s and the company wants the floor unit back with out fixing our ac. Our 5 children and my husband and I have been sleeping in the living room for several months in the only cool room in the house and we have to give this unit back or be charged $50 a day by the ac company. The rental company wont call us and tell us how or when they are going to fix the ac and we are paying $1100 in rent to use 1 room of the house. I am over it. We have kids and I have Epilepsy. We should not have to sleep in a hot house. Goal Properties is horrible! Dont rent from them!

They took our $150 application fee and we never heard anything back from them. Not someone elses app. Was approved b4 your or declined or nothing. We went with another reality company who was in constant contact with us.

I really appreciated the ease of applying for the home, they were super responsive and they referred me to a couple companies that do renters insurance which was much needed considering I was new to the area, it made the whole moving experience easier. I would definitely recommend using their services rental agency.

Property manager catie wens is soo rude and unprofessional even her own co worker there at the office says the same thing. I have had small maintenance issues in the house before movin they wouldnt fix. Carpet was dirty needed to be taken up they didnt paint good i had paint spots all thru my house of the walls. The refrigerator shelves where broken and tapped together wouldnt even replace or fix the fridge. I spoke with the regional vice president they ad pics and emails the same day we moved in now its time for move out and charged us for this i had to keep calling and sending emails is has now been 2montha since move out and still havent received deposit back. I dont recommend them because this place do not do what they suppose to do im highly un satisfied. I never was late on rent beautiful house and was paying $1,415.00 . This company needs to do better

“Julie” was incredibly unprofessional. Her attitude was pathetic. Clearly, doing her job is such an inconvenience, as she was rude to my husband when the phone call began, as well as rude to me when he handed the phone over. She did not want to answer our questions, instead she kept insisting we go and read the website, to save her from having to answer any questions, WHICH IS HER JOB. Her customer service was so horrible, and she clearly doesn’t support the military. We are crunched for time, as the military just gave my husband his PSC orders. Because of this experience we will not even look further into any properties offered by this company, and we are warning all of our military friends who are currently searching for housing in Jacksonville to avoid this company at all costs. Julie should find a different profession where she does not interact with customers, because it’s a huge inconvenience for her to have to answer any questions at all.

My wife and I have lived in one of the properties managed by GOAL Properties since moving to Jacksonville in October of 2014. They have been quickly responsive to all of our maintenance requests and the companies they use do a good job of fixing/ repairing what is needed to resolve the issue. We intend to remain here as long as my work assignment is in Jacksonville, which I hope is until I retire. I recommend them to friends and coworkers that are relocating to the Jacksonville area.

They gave me a chance to show them that i can make a good tenant regardless or my credit. When i call for maintenance they get right on it. I have enjoyed renting from them

If I could leave a zero star I would. When I was looking at the house it was not carpet cleaned or touched up on the walls. They promised to do this. Nothing was done but I had to move in. Now that I am moving out, they are requiring me to carpet clean. So they did not do it for me (probably charged the previous tenant) and now requiring me to do a cleaning. This is a scam. While response has been decent for repairs during my two years, the requirement of cleaning is not right. If it was not cleaned when I moved in, they should not require me to clean when I move out. Do not rent from them.

Will never ever do business with this company again....we applied yesterday for a house paid the app fees and waited to see what the results were so the next day we called and the Lady said we was denied and that she emailed us the reason but i checked my email and didnt see anything about our denial but the company sent us a email stating that they took our money out for the app fee and that they are processing it but never seen a denial email.. ..this company is very unprofessional and Liars ..so we decided to go elsewhere and was approved right there in the office for a 4bed and two bath new home from JWB

Property management doesnt respond to inquiries timely or provide call backs ..very disappointing

This company is a complete scam Ive been living at my house for five years and I complained about the service. I was short on my rent now they have added 440.00 eviction fees to my account and I was never sent notification..I have moved out now but when I left they had me owing 2896.00 on a balance of 500.00 originally ..all they do is add astronomical fees so you could stay begging to pay the rent ..I was blessed with another home immediately..I caution you to stay aware and away from the companyNot to mention they are a bunch of racists

Whenever we have had a maintenance issue they have been very responsive and fixed the problem quickly. We have asked about making improvements ourselves they have said we could. We have put wood flooring in the bedroom and updated the patio. They pretty much leave us alone We have lived here over 2 years and have no plans to move.

I found the initial process to be easy and the office personnel to be courteous and helpful. I have had no maintenance issue to date.

Goal properties will forge your name on your lease and has been doing so through Doc u sign for several years. This company is reported for investigation to the IRS HUD AND currently complaints are being filed with the states that have state taxes and homestead exemption laws. Please beware of the fraudulent tactics of this company , the better business bureau has 40 complaints against them and yelp has 15 and the company has only been in business for 4 years.You could never own any of these properties because the management company are frauds and the owners are elderly and usually are very unaware of whats going on. beware of Catie Wenz G. Gonzalez and Dreema Shupingcheck to see if your property legitimate guaranteed they are not.they seem so sweet at first until they start adding 400.00 fee s and charging you for fees for things they that they never file with the courts.thank me later

Applied for one of their house and paid the application fee and waited to see will i get approved..but i havent heard anything back from them so i called and the lady said she sent me a email that i was denied and the reason why . But i never seen a email regarding my denial they just wanted my money i will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESES UNPROFESSIONAL THIEVES AGAIN .

I checked out a property about a week ago and turned in an application form that same day. They took out the money right away ($100) and I got a confirmation that someone will reach out to me. I waited and no one called. So I checked in with them and the first guy that answered my call seems like he just woke from a nap or something. I could barely hear what he was saying because he was mumbling on the phone. I asked him to repeat what he said and all of a sudden the call dropped. I called again and I’m not sure if it’s the same but this one is better. I told him I’m just checking what’s the update and he said that he will call the leasing manager of that property since he is based in Tampa. He told me he will call me back in 30 mins and I waited for that call. No one did ever call me back. Very unprofessional on their part. I just want to know if my application got approve or not. Not telling an applicant anything after taking their money right away is very unprofessional! I read on some other reviews from different states that they experienced the same thing. Just left hanging after taking the money! You should be ashamed of yourself. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Out looking for a new place to rent and we decided to apply with goal properties yesterday so we paid the application fee and received two emails stating the application was being processed so the next day we decided to call about the app to see what is going on so the Lady stated that our app was denied and they sent us a email stating why so i checked my email several times and havent seen anything i will never do business with theses people again so we went to JWB rental and was approved right there in the office and a brand new house at that. Goal properties is a joke so BEWARE ...

Great staff and homes if anything is ever wrong in your home it is only a short time after notifying thru the maintenance portal for someone to come out and fix any problems. Been renting almost a year now and would HIGHLY recommend.

The people in the office are great and easy to deal with but the leases and maintenance leave a lot to be desired. I suppose some of the maintenance could also be due to poor ownership.
