I purchased a house from Yellowbird that they had renovated and put on the market. After the purchase, we found out that the previous owner (before Yellowbird bought it) still owed money on the shed in the backyard. The previous owner stopped making payments on the shed and a repossession company came and took it away. I was outraged, It seemed obvious that when I purchased the property the shed was included. Even though this was technically not their fault, Yellowbird took it upon themselves to pay off the previous owners debt on the shed so I could get it back. That kind of unnecessary effort of putting the client first in a tough situation is rare now a days. Highly recommend, honest, trustworthy, local, and go out of their way to do the right thing.

I have had a 5 star service from Joel at the Jacksonville Florida office he has been great I only gave 4 stars because I was so happy we didnt have to pay closing but, actually the way it worked was price it was worth minus closing cost percentage and real estate seller percentage minus repairs minus their estimated profit of 10 to 20k. So actually we paid for closing lol... But it was a great way to get from under our mortgage due to medical reasons....
