I have been to a showing or two under management by this company and the houses are beautiful however it is so hard to get in contact with the office. I have been calling for a month now sometimes multiple times in a day because their online system won’t allow me to schedule a viewing for a home I’d really like to move into. I leave messages and have even visited the office during work hours and no one was there. About two weeks ago I finally got a call back but due to their busyness transitioning to a new office I still have not been helped.

It real crazy how my air conditioner had broken me and my kids which one disabled and one pregnant have live in 90 and 100 degree heat in Florida on top of that they send me a emergency people our Florida to help me pay me rent and they still took me to court and give me 24 hour to move and the people pay my rent for me and I still have to move.sad case but guess what the GOD I SEVER ALWAYS HAVE MY BACK I PRAY MITCHELL AND WILLIAM DO BETTER BY PEOPLE

They are horrible they refused our rent money last year and threw us out on the street my son and O had to live in the car for 6 months because of them. They take forever to fix anything. Our well broke twice in a month first time we went 3 days with no water second time we went 7 days with no water. They didnt even offer a discount on the rent which included water. I agree with the people about the good reviews they are writing themselves are having their friends write them. Sorry the bad outweighs the good. If they had a no star option thats what I would give them. They dont deserve 1 star for their horrible service

Most unprofessional company that I have ever had to deal with. Complete waste of time. They never answer the phone or return emails, and over book showings for their properties. On top of that promise the property to one of the other people right in front of you. Not worth the headache in trying to rent from if this is how they treat potential renters.

Love my house I got through Mitchell and Williams Realty. They were very professional, everything went smooth as far as me getting the house that i wanted. Im recommended people to them right now. So that they can have the same experience as I did. I looked at a house in Middleburg, Florida I viewed it I liked it i gave them the deposit for the firsts months rent, and then rest of the stuff that they needed. I got the house on January 20,2016 and I moved in on February 1,2016.. I dont regret the house that I choose to live in....

I too believe the reviews are generated by the company. As a tenant i rented from Mitchell and Williams for 4 years. Throughout those 4 years I didnt have any problems whatsoever until the end of the fourth year. My kitchen sink begin to flood anytime I ran water. I contacted them in October of 2018 to make them aware so the issue could be fixed. They sent out a plumber and once the plumber gave them the invoice of what the price would be they refused to repair it. Needless to say i was without a kitchen sink for 3 months. I moved out in Jan of 2019 and still didnt have a sink. Now on to the present I moved from their property on Jan 28 and turned their key in. Today is March 9th and I still have not received my security deposit, a courtesy phone call explaining the hold up, or an apology for not only holding my deposited pass the allotted time but also for leaving me without a sink but still wanting their money on time monthly. They are VERY unprofessional and there is no one to talk to about your problems outside of the receptionist who can only do so much. I was told my check would be expedited a week ago still no check. Ive contacted the better business bureau, Housing, on Monday I will be contacting legal aide and whoever else I can to let them know how unprofessional these people are. Please dont waste your money with them!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LEASING COMPANY. For starters if you look at the pictures attached you can see I left the property in excellent condition. For them not to give me my deposit like they said within 30 days is unprofessional. This was what was in there contract mind you. If I could give them no stars I would. I have been an excellent tenant for the last 12 months. I have paid my rent on time and sometimes before the new month starts. Do to the fact that I have had to get the AC replaced because I refused a window unit I feel Im being penalized. Not only that I had to send them a certified letter because of a leak that left a whole in the ceiling of the bathroom from a roof leak. Every time it rained the leak and whole in the ceiling got larger. Again not my fault. I feel when I pay my rent and its done in a timely manner so should my repairs. Here it is October 2nd, 2017 and I have not gotten any notification about my deposit. Now thats unprofessional! I followed the move out instructions and took the pictures below to ensure I had proof of no damages and the grass was cut ass per move out instructions. I did what was required in the time it was required. Why cant I get proper notification in the time they are required and thats WITHIN 30. Be mindful of this company. It cost me a $100 application fee and of my required deposit they are keeping a $100 cleaning fee. Not sure why if you look at the attached pictures. Its probably cleaner than it was prior to me moving in. My next step is to be in contact with my attorney. I also filed a claim today with BBB in reference to this matter. STAY AWAY from MITCHELL & WILLIAMS, LLC. You may or may not have the experience that Ive had.

As a senior citizen with medical issues, I can honestly say my experience with Mitchell & Williams Really, over the past 2 years, has been a blessing!The staff, with whom I’ve interacted, are professional and respectful. The 3 times I needed maintenance services, I received prompt, professional and friendly service from the two different maintenance men.The owners of this company are business people with kind hearts. They’re willing to work with a tenant (which is why there’s a late fee); but, there are rules and legal boundaries beyond which they can’t go and still remain fair and professional to all who’ve contracted their services. They do what they can to help a tenant who wants to continue to lease from M & W Reality.The owners are great, the office staff people are great, the maintenance people are great, and the house I’m renting is great (Northside of Jacksonville).Mitchell & Williams Really is a blessing!

They dont care about they property all they want is they rent money they are very very slow in fixing up repairs.

I have been renting from Mrs. Williams since 2007. I moved back home from PA. an never meet her until I traveled here with all my stuff and she had everything ready for me by far the best landlord I ever had. Thought things would change when I saw Mitchell and Williams Reality, but they have been awesome people to work with. They are very understanding , flexible , great integrity ,respectable company. I truly recommend they property to anyone I feel that are reliable and suitable to rent to. Speaking on that a lot of my family came on board a couple yrs after me. Small hiccups sometimes but nothing Mitchell and Williams cant handle. Great company highly recommended!!!

UNPROFESSIONAL LEASING MANAGEMENT FACILITY (MITCHELL & WILLIAMS REALTY, LLC). I would not even given them the satisfaction of calling them a company. This company is so unprofessional. My sister rented from them and she is still waiting on her refund. The house she once lived in is back on the market within 30 days. She signed her move out papers on August 28th, when she turned in her keys. According to her lease she would be NOTIFIED in writing WITHIN 30 DAYS. She has yet to receive any notification or her deposit. She was never late on rent and left the house in the same if not better condition when she moved in. Right is right and wrong is wrong and at this point they are very wrong and unprofessional. If she was late moving out or delayed in turning her keys they would charge her. For her not to have received her deposit at least prior to putting the property back on the market at this point and its been almost 40 days is unacceptable. They are blaming the hurricane on the delay but it did not stop them from putting the property back on the market. Where is the justification. My opinion is be careful and read, read, your lease. They have nasty attitudes and she has tried to call but they replied to the review instead of giving her information over the phone. Yes they refused to talk to her over the phone but can they can respond to the review she posted. NOT PROFESSIONAL!

*************PLEASE READ**************The whole crew is flat out unprofessional. Where do I start. I have been a tenant for this company for 5 years. My first place was an apt. I was ok with them until they moved 10 people above me and my sons head. I called them every day complaining about the noise but they wanted me to call the police. For starter why would you a family of 10 above a family of two. Dead wrong!!! Since I didn’t want to call the police Ms. Williams offered me a house. I took it to avoid conflict and thought it would be best. This lady promised me the house would be ready for me to move- in within two weeks. When I finally moved in I had problems immediately. The master bedroom sink was clogged with hair cigarettes and blk n milds. They tried to charge me. I refused because I know for a fact it was from the previous tenants. The house on the outside was very dirty, the kitchen is sinking in, the rain comes through the wall, the bugs are out of control, the walls are poorly patched where holes were made, bugs come through the shower in the master bed, the refrigerator made noise at night, windows had cracks and bee bee holes and so on. When I took a pic of everything they didn’t repair when I moved in. Ms Williams called me the next day in a unprofessional manner telling me to leave since they can’t satisfy me. My whole mind went blank because I was a single parent and had no where to go. She sent me a 30 day notice trying to force me to leave. Had I known better I should’ve left then called news4jax. Instead like dummy I stayed and fought them because my son needed a roof over his head. I called the city and held my rent until everything was fixed. My house was broken into and they wasnt sympathetic at all. Oh I forgot they also lied and said I was late on my rent and charged me a late fee which added up to about $600 because I refused to pay. I was waiting for an eviction which I never got because they were wrong. Instead they lowered the late fee. I only paid it because I was thinking about my child’s well being. Please don’t rent from them. They are unprofessional and they are all a family. I went to school with her daughter. The mother is the head landlord and the father I guess call all the shots. They have crack heads as handy men. Man y’all don’t rent from them!!!

This was by far the easiest property management company to work with. My husbands job got relocated to the Westside of Jacksonville and we were in need of place in an urgency. We found the perfect townhouse in a friendly neighborhood, great location to the main roads and shopping, and for the perfect price. It was the an ideal living situation.We never had any issues with the home (AC, Roof, Plumbing, Pest Etc) maybe a running toilet here and there. But they came out quickly and were professional.The only reason why we didnt renew our lease was because we moved out the state. We received our deposit back within 7 days of the move!If we ever move back to Jacksonville Mrs. Williams will be the first one I call.

I have been with the company for a whole year and I can say is this is by far the best rental company I have ever rent from any problem they get handle right then and there. I will highly recommended as I do now bc I will not meet another

We gave them a check the first of the month to rent an apartment for 750.00. They did not approve my daughter to rent from them and were supposed to return our money. Today is the 18th of the month and we are still being told the CASHIERS CHECK given to them has not cleared the bank so they cant return they money. We have been told many reasons. 1) they are to busy to go to the bank because of the rental payments they are taking in. 2) the person who was suppose to write the check went to Ohio for a family emergency. 3) the check was no even deposited so come by and they would return it and I would just pay $50. for application fee. 4) Oh now the check was already deposited but hasnt gone thru their bank. Who knows what the truth is.... this company is very unprofessional. Dont do business with them

My family and I have rented property from this company throughout the years we have never had any problems yes its hard to get in contact on the phone at times Bcas they are busy I just go up there lol but they are a great company to rent from the staff is great if I ever had a problem with maintenance they took care of the problem right away I wud use this company again

They told me the stove was missing from the house after i have moved, mind you the stove was there before I locked up and walked out the house. Didnt call to say hey the stove is missing and said, that is what the letter of intent to keep my security deposit is for. Does the letter state there is a missing stove? NO. The letter states damages, cleaning, and lights and A/C smh. They were a good rental company until this BS. Why in the hell would I take a stove?

They suck at service I have been living in my house for 3 years now and have been living with sewage problem for a year now because they don’t know how answer they phones or massages.
