Matty helped us coordinate a sell and new build buy, which required a lot of attention to detail with timing. He’s very knowledgeable when it comes to new build communities and builders in Jacksonville. This is our second time building and I would never recommend to anyone to go through the process without a realtor (Matty specifically). He went to bat for us with the builder and helped us negotiate things that we didn’t even think were negotiable.He also helped us get top dollar on our sale in a hot market. Getting the price right the first time allowed us to only have to endure showings for one weekend (when we received multiple offers) and avoid a drawn out process with multiple price drops.

Did not have renter repaint rooms at end of lease, just gave us small amount for us to take care of. Repairs not made that renter damaged but dumped on us. Tried to shut us up by sending 125 check. Always sided with renter because she was difficult and we did not argue early enough so we feel like we were taken advantage of.
