I had the pleasure of meeting Michael this afternoon, and he was kind and extremely professional during my WDO inspection. He was detail oriented and really went out of his way to answer all my questions and keep me in the loop throughout his entire visit. While one never wants the non-apropos scenario of dealing with bugs, should I ever require such a service, this will be the first place I call, and will specifically request Michael.

I first encountered Bug Away at a home I was renting and after seeing no bugs in the 3.5 years we lived there, knew we had to continue service with them when we bought our own home. From the VP to the office staff to the service techs, they are professional, educational (really!) and helpful. I ask a question and I get a real answer. If I call or e-mail, I get a quick response. I called Bug Away after having concerns with pest infiltration at our house. They promptly scheduled a tech to come out to the house and they performed a thorough inspection both inside and outside the property. I was impressed with the level of detail and they offered several solutions for our issue. I felt they were interested in solving our problem and not just pushing their services on us. They will be starting treatment this week and I am comfortable we have selected the right vendor to solve out pest problems.

Thank you so much to Michael, Patrick, and Carlos for helping out at the last minute. We are having work done on our house and the contractors found rotted wood with some critters in it. Michael and Carlos took the time to come out the very same day I called (which was a Friday afternoon). They took the wood back to the office to have it inspected. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service form the lady in their billing dept. I called comaplining about charges that posted early on my account and being double charged and because I am frustrated instead of hearing me out she kept hanging up on me and not taking my call when I called back. I will make sure to share this company’s customer service treatment. We are a military family active duty and I will pass on my review to all military pages to make sure peopleGo else where. Technicians are great and very respectful however the lady in account receivable which is the same woman on the message that plays for customers has no ccustomer service whatso ever! Drivers cant drive

Our office yard was a looking a mess. So I called Stacey at Bug Away she sent a technician out to analyze the yard. The technician was professional and efficient he explained what was wrong and how Bug Away could treat. Stacey made a follow up call and explained everything again. The yard has never looked better. Would recommend Stacey and Bug Away to anyone looking for a professional company to service/ treat your yard or home.

Wonderful people, everyone I have encountered was professional, kind and informative - I have complete faith in their abilities and trust them in my home and with my pets - I have NO mosquito bites since they have treated my yard and balcony with their essential oil spray !!

Everything was great for several years. I paid for the termite bond plus the quarterly pest control. Then, my service expired without being advised by Bug Away. When I called to check up, I was advised that they would only continue service at a much higher rate. I cant help but believe this was intentional.Other than getting screwed over on my termite bond, I have no complaints with the company.

We have a major infestation and they were diligent about making sure the problem was solved even though it meant coming back out to retreat until the little pests were gone. Stay away from this company. Bad customer service and poor attitudes. Bad character and they dont treat people right. My manager messaged up their order and they took it out on me. They called corporate and it costed me my job but they never explained that their main concern was the fact they placed an order over a month ago but never received their product due to my manager. Not me.

We hired Bug Away to begin quarterly pest treatments as well as treat the inside and outside of our home for fleas. The initial treatment was scheduled for Thursday, July 2nd. The specialist came to our home and treated the inside and outside for fleas and other pests. I spoke to a female representative at Bug Away the following week in order to schedule a follow-up flea treatment, which she informed me needed to be scheduled two (2) weeks after the initial flea treatment. A couple days later I received a call from Stacy at Bug Away informing me that the first person I spoke to was incorrect and that the follow-up flea treatment needed to be scheduled within 7 days of the initial flea treatment and said that they would be there Friday, July 10th to complete the follow-up treatment. I informed her that Friday was not possible because my children were sick and that they could not leave the home. A specialist came on Friday anyway and did the follow-up flea treatment for the outside of the home only and instructed us to call Bug Away on the following Monday, July 13th to schedule the follow-up treatment for the inside of the home after the children were feeling better. I spoke to the same lady at Bug Away on Monday, July 13th and she scheduled our follow-up treatment for the next day (Tuesday, July 14th) but then received a call Tuesday morning saying that they had double booked appointments and no one would be available to do the follow-up treatment on Tuesday and that the first available appointment would be Friday, July 17th. At that time I expressed my concerns since I was informed by Stacey at Bug Away that if the treatments were not done within 7 days of each other then they would have to restart the whole flea treatment process again. She told me not to worry that they would do another treatment if necessary. The specialist came and did the follow-up flea treatment for the inside of my home on Friday, July 17th. I contacted Bug Away on Tuesday, July 21st to inform them that there are still fleas in my home as well as other pests such as spiders, ear wigs, and a trail of ants in my living room that stretched the entire length of the wall. They informed me that Stacey was in a meeting and would not be able to contact me until Today, Wednesday, July 22nd. I received a call from Stacey at 8:39am this morning. She was very rude and accusatory with her tone and verbiage so I requested to speak to a manager to solve the issue. After a brief hold I was connected with Sherrie, the owner of the company. I calmly explained the situation and the issues that I had. She was very helpful and pleasant at first and then became very rude as well. She said that she would refund $150 of the $300 I paid to them ($99 for initial pest treatment and $200 for flea treatment). I told her that I would like to be refunded the full amount that I have paid considering the fact that I still have fleas and other bugs in my home. She then hung up on me and I have not received any follow up from anyone at the company.
