Had a large family of squirrels living in my attic. Called on a Saturday, inspected on Monday, serviced on Tuesday and by Friday all squirrel activity gone. They continued follow up for two weeks and finalized and completed the work. Great people to work with. I would recommend them for all your home peat needs.

We had an awful experience with McCall. As new customers, we had two initial lawn appointments scheduled that were canceled three different times and rescheduled, only to have the rescheduled appointments canceled as well. Very disappointing and not recommended.

Mr. Morgan serviced my home June 12th, 2021 at 1101am. He knocked on the door respectfully and let me know that he had arrived. Normally It wouldnt matter because I received a notice a day prior that they would be arriving. The gesture was amazing and I considered that going the extra mile. He also asked vital questions pertaining to the home to meet the needs if anything had changed. Very kind overall and welcoming spirit. I would recommend this service based off his kindness and professionalism alone.

My first intial appointment was on a Friday between 8am and 10am. I was ready and waiting for the technician to arrive. 10:20am came around and no call and no technician. I was upset and tried to find a number to call so I could get a refund. I then received a call from a technician who was not my regular technician. He apologized and told me that he would be there to come and service my home. When Chuck came in he was polite and apologized again for the inconvenience. While doing the service he was informative and showed me a few tips that I could do around my home. He even soothed my barking dog. Chuck was awesome! His courtesy and professionalism made me forget that I waited for over 2 hours. I need Chuck to be my regular technician because he really did a wonderful job.

I contacted McCall to schedule full home pest control, and had my service scheduled within a matter of days. Kelly was was friendly, responsive, and explained everything in great detail!

VERY bad response time. POOR quality of customer service on phone. DISAPPOINTING phone etiquette. NO professionalism by young lady on phone when the focus should have been to resolve my issue. Her attitude caused me to have an attitude. I called last Friday starting at 2:00PM until 4:30PM and the phone just rang. I called this morning )Monday at 11:06AM and got a answering service who took my message. After not receiving a call all day, I called back at 3:00PM and was told by the very unpleasant young lady that I had never called and left a message. I will be cancelling this service!

Called them on Monday because they were a local company and had great reviews. They explained their services and the benefits of their yearly protection contract and discounts. Then scheduled the inspection and first application for Wednesday morning. The technician; Jimmy called and showed up on time. He was polite, professional, explained everything, answered my questions and finished his work. I have had past control companies and yearly contracts before. I called McCall to get monthly pest control set up at my place because Ive seen some uninvited guests in my house. Chuck called me when he was on his way, he asked me details on what type of guests I have seen. He was on time for our appointment. He answered any questions I had regarding what type of pesticides he was using. He made sure they are safe for my dogs and cats but also my exotic pets. The technician was professional and came within the time frame given. First time my attic had been inspected from McCalls. He also found that the due to the footage on the home we needed 5 more Sentricon units. He went though and placed them all appropriately. Very thorough and felt very honest as well. I was glad that when he left I felt everything was done correctly for our termite renewal and inspection.

We have been billed for our March service with this company. Jason has been a no show Thursday, Friday and today. To give them some credit they either called or text after not showing. Tonight, Jason called and said he could not tell me when he is coming. I explained we should have been your first call after not showing each day. He said he does not schedule his appointments. I asked him do the people who schedule your appointments know you have been a no show 3 days in a row ? He said yes.WOW !!!! This company obviously does not care about keeping customers.

Pest control service received 1/12/21. Technician was very pleasant and did the most thorough job of pest control weve ever had done. He wiped all dead bugs around windows, sills and ceilings/overhangs, and sprayed and sprinkled granules around our foundation.He also stopped at the door upon arrival to let us know he was there and to see if there were any issues needing to be addressed. Afterward, he stopped at the door again to review what he had done and to see if we ha any questions. Excellent!

What I love about McCall is the people, from the family owners to the schedulers to the guys who have been doing my annual inspections. These professionals know their stuff! Morgan did my inspection this year and was extremely thorough as well as very pleasant. This is the only pest control service I feel confident using for my 107-year-old home.

We have used McCalls for several years for lawn service. They have always done a good job, but since Josh has been our lawn care technician the yard is excellent. Josh is thorough, taking time to check in with us to see if we have questions or concerns. He inspects the entire yard (sometimes getting down on his hand and knees to determine the “root” of a problem area). He explains what he is doing and makes recommendations as appropriate. We are very happy with the service Josh provides and highly recommend him.

Despite living a petless existence we had a flea problem about 2 years ago. McCall’s got it under control and have kept it under control.Today Chuck came out and serviced the yard but what really impressed me was his wildlife knowledge and patience with my children who asked him a million questions about bugs and other animals - my son even drew him a picture of his “pet bug” to identify. He was awesome to take the time! I hope he realized what a great visit this was for our homebound kids (we don’t get visitors with the virus) and who knows - if they become entomologists we will have him to thank. Thank you Chuck!

I’m really disappointed in this company. I just ended my service with another pest control company and McCall was next on my list to use. McCall serviced my address with the previous owners, which was well over a year ago. I have had technicians knock on my door monthly to renew service, which seems a little excessive. Today while in my backyard, I experienced a technician open my gate and walk into my backyard without permission. When asked to leave, he continued his pitch and explained that he couldn’t get ahold of me at the front door so he decided to try the backyard instead. I guess McCall doesn’t train their technicians on proper etiquette when on private property. If this is what they do when your not a customer, I would hate to know what they do if they have access to inside your home. Also, good luck getting in touch with a manager, it’s nearly impossible. Writing this review in hopes it’s seen by a manager and new protocols are in put in place when someone doesn’t answer their front door — there’s likely a reason they didn’t answer.

I have been with McCall’s for 2 yrs switched from a well know. Company that I had been with for 7yrs That seemed like they were feeding the bugs. This other company always sprayed inside and out and I still always had bugs. With McCall’s they sprayed inside my first initial visit and outside and have never had to come inside again. I would have never thought with only spraying the perimeters of my house and around my windows every 3 months the bugs would stay away but whatever they use it works and as longAs they keep up the great service I will be a customer for life.
