We’ve tried several different pest control services since moving into our fixer upper and Lindsey is the best by far! They have amazing customer service, they’re always friendly, and their technicians are very professional. We couldn’t be happier with their service and we will continue to use them as long as we live in Jacksonville. Highly recommend!

Lindsey is the all time best company to work with. I’m running out of email addresses to review them. I’ve been using them for my rental properties for years and I just went to write this review and I already had written one. Instead of editing it I’d rather sign into google with a different address an add another. They are so committed to providing such great service. I just got spray foam in my attic and now my tenants have a crazy fly problem in their units! Lindsey is helping me solve this problem and keep my tenants happy. They’re such a huge help. Always willing to go the extra mile and they’re always calm and willing to keep working to find the solution. I can’t say enough good things about these guys!!! They’re just the best!!!

Had home sprayed inside and out, before moving into home on Julington Creek. We were concerned about bugs getting in home with this kind of natural environment. That was back in 2019, and we have yet to see a bug inside. This has been the case in the last 3 homes they sprayed for us. Techs and CSR are always friendly and professional. Wouldnt think of using any other company.

Im always given a heads-up before the next visit and asked how things are going. Theyre very good at following special instructions and documenting them for future reference. I’ve already contracted Lindsey for our yearly termite treatment (also completed by Steve) and couldn’t be more happy. When I started hearing activity in the attic, there was no other choice in town. I’m from MIchigan and don’t know about these things. The front office and Steve helped me understand what was going on and what they could do to fix it. Steve and Loren came out a couple days later and finished the job in a very timely manner. All the while, they were careful with my house and made all of the exclusion hardware look so nice! Steve gave me lots of interesting facts along the way to better understand the problem. A total package deal! Best of all, I’ve heard no rodent activity in the attic since. These two even made a cover for our container pond to keep other critters out. More than that, Steve made our back deck look even better than before by adding additional lattice work! Use Lindsey for your pest services; you won’t be disappointed!

When I searched for companies, Lyndsey Pest Services was the first to pop up. I am huge on reviews so I did my research. I have to say that I am incredibly impressed with their service so far. Ashley in the office is fantastic! She was incredibly helpful and her customer service is top notch! These folks were excellent. We got a roach infestation at my Moms house via her caretakers. As I am over there quite a lot the roaches hitchhiked their way over to my house. I contacted Lindsey Pest just 5 days ago. Both of our houses have been treated for the roaches. Also the techs explained exactly the strategy they would use to get rid of these little guys. At my residence we have two kittys and the tech knew exactly what to do. The techs were on time at both houses. I own a business and run it with high standards. These folks met my high standards. A woman owned local business, these people are always on time (I dont mean a 4 hour window!) Super nice, and if you still see bugs between appointments, they say theyll come out for free. I havent had to call them; they did it right the first time!

If you need a good pest control company, this is the one. Everytime I need them, they scheduled me right there and then and come that week. They are the best they showed me how bad TruGreen really is!

I am going to preface this post as very long but worth the read.Back in August I kept hearing a very faint scratching sound within one of my walls. Being that I am one of those people that need complete silence while sleeping, the noise was driving me insane, as well as freaking me out because there was clearly something in our walls. 2 sub-par companies came out to inspect our house the next day and not only could they not hear the sound, they were trying to sell me a pest control package. Now, I am all for purchasing needing services after the immediate issue is resolved. Since the other companies could not identify the cause, I was informed there was nothing they could do since it is illegal to spray if the pest has not been identified. I get that, no problem. The other companies gave me 0 resolution to the pest in the wall. Then along came Steve from Lindsey Pest services. I have to admit, I was apprehensive and untrusting of, now a third, pest service coming to my home. I was very defensive when he arrived and told him right off the bat I dont want a pest plan if you cannot fix the current issue. He looked at me a bit crazy (I deserved it), and proceeded to assure me that he would find the problem. Superhero Steve spent about 90 minutes at my home, sealing cracks, going into the attic and surveying the perimeter for any possible entry way for pests. Low and behold, he found a nice size hole in our brick, which happened to correlate to the EXACT spot in our bedroom where I could hear the scratching. In addition, he found that all of the large screens that give access into our attic, were either no longer there or in such poor condition that rats could get in if they wanted to. Again, 2 other companies came and surveyed our house. Superhero Steve informed me that he would have to come back because he had to order the vents. When he came back, he also assessed our chimney because there are birds living in there as well as leakage when it rains. That man went above and beyond his pest control duties. He helped me figure out how to fix the leak so that I my husband could purchase a new shield (not sure if that is what is called) and also told me how to keep the birds from coming back. He NEVER tried to sell me ANYTHING! When he came back to perform the pest control, he made sure to put the rodent traps near my watermelon because he Saw the watermelon and I would hate for a rat to eat them. Talk about attention to detail! Ok, so enough about Superhero Steve, lets talk about the Regal Receptionists. There was an issue with my bill and let me tell you, those ladies are something special! They took care of my billing situation in such a fashion that left tears in my eyes because I could not believe how sweet they were. My husband and I live on one income because I am finishing up my final semester of nursing school, they made my bill more than right! The kicker is that their prices were already reasonable to begin with!Morale of this post:You will not find a company with this type of old school, good old fashioned customer service with prices to match. SS (Superhero Steve) reminds me of one of those guys who knows how to fix everything and wont rip you off to help you out. The Regal Receptionists remind of women who understand that times get rough and have a heart.Was my post long and corny, heck yea it was, but I could not say anything better about this company. People always make sure to complain when things are bad, I wanted to make sure to RAVE about how great my services were. JUST USE THEM AND FORGET THE OTHERS, THEY ARE AMAZING!

They were the first company I called for a quote and the conversation alone I had over the phone was enough for me to hire them. Your company is always responsive to my needs. Whenever I call needing a service call for a treatment, someone comes usually the next day. The treatments are also successful in eliminating pests in my home. As time passes, it is usually time for a new treatment as the last one will only last so long. But with my service agreement, I can call you to come out as much as I need to without additional cost. Although, I never have had to call you more than once every three months.

A very respectful courteous technician came out and did my initial service. And so far, three weeks in, I am seeing great results!

$200 total and your roach problem will be gone. $125 for one treatment, $75 for the second, and then they keep coming back until its dealt with! Very friendly on the phone and in person and no more roaches.Also I accidentally overslept and missed the guy coming out around 8:30 so they were able to work with my schedule and get another guy out later in the day. Great company. :)

These folks are great...! I first contacted them by email, and Lacy responded promptly. I was able to set everything up with her via email and she made it super easy. I booked them to go to my daughter and son in laws new home once they moved in. The service tech was on time and just as courteous.
