Terrible service by this company, I do not recommend. They need to fire the guy who takes care of the ones in Beaufort NC again do not get this company it hasn’t even been cleaned in weeks!! Do not recommend

Terrible service, worker did not want to drive in drive way because his “hose didn’t reach” as he cussed everyone out and said “he didn’t give a shit” about his service. Porta potty has not been cleaned in weeks and they refused to send someone to clean.

We recently worked with Jean and her team for our Wilmington event and the service was superb! Upon delivery James insured the portal was right where we wanted and that it worked perfectly before leaving. Their customer service over the past several months has been AWESOME! I would definitely recommend them for any event in the area.

One of the most unsafe enviorments to work at. Safety is not one of this companys strong points. After about 3 weeks of training attended a mandatory safety meeting. The safety experts of the day were surprised and shocked once they heard of the safety practices from current employees. Red flags all day long. The current and long term service technicians working there deserve a better safety environment. They are the back bone of this company not the desk jockeys.

We gave months notice to have porta johns delivered. We called the day of the delivery to confirm if they were delivered. On the phone they said Yes the porta johns were delivered. Our guys in the field called us asking where are the porta johns. Bluesite closed and we had to wait until the next day to get them to deliver the porta johns...hours later finally they were delivered. I just wish were werent lied to on the phone when we asked if the porta jons were delivered we were hoping maybe they were in the wrong position. We will probably avoid using this company for awhile. This was for 1 porta john by the way.
