The team at Luxe works absolute magic for their clients! Luxe did a massive installation for our April wedding. From building a rig that could be hung from the ceiling as our Chuppa, to running an extensive amount of cabling, building us gorgeous custom light fixtures that look like they came straight out of a West Elm catalogue and sourcing us beautiful custom chandeliers. They truly go above and beyond for their clients. So much so that when we walked in for the first time, even in just the preliminary stages, we were speechless. Our wedding wouldve havent been what it was if it wasnt for the extensive work of Luxe and their talented team!

I filled out a quote request and the next day they got back to me with a personalized email. I was so appreciative of the support and kindness throughout the process. When my wedding date changed (due to my future spouse working overseas) and we had to cancel our reservation they even refunded our payment minus a tiny re-stocking fee ($25). If we werent moving again, I would definitely be using them for our new date. I would recommend the company without reservation. They are wonderful!

Absolutely love all the furniture and customer service that I received from Luxe. Chelsea & Mallory were amazing about answering all my questions and helping us make the best decisions for our big day. So this is my second time using LPR! The first time, I used them for my graduation party back in July 2017. This time, I used them for my 30th birthday dinner. I started planning my dinner way back in August and from the moment I went to Chelsea, she was professional and followed up with me every step of the way. I met Mallory the day the rest of my deposit was due and she accommodated my needs to tailor the time I needed things delivered and picked up. Everyone loved my decor and without a doubt, I would use them again for any event in the future. Thank you again for everything!

This is the second time we’ve rented from Luxe Party Rentals, both times we’ve had a GREAT experiences. Britney helped me coordinate how many tables and chairs I would need. I came in two days prior to the event, and she was still able to get the job done!!! Will definitely be back again for the next event!

These guys were fabulous! My order was placed so promptly, their instructions were clear and the communication was excellent. Everything was clean and in order. The items were dropped off on the early side of the window given (which never happens) and pickup was the same. The men who delivered and picked up were friendly and professional. I have been fortunate enough to work with Luxe for numerous events over the past several years. I have always found them to be some of the most consceintious and professional folks that I have ever worked with. This goes for the office staff as well as those in the field and the owner himself.

We used Luxe for our large wedding and I would say that they are a top notch operation. Chelsea did an A+ job of helping us pick out everything and communication was seamless and consistent. The day of the event went perfectly smoothly. We kind of expected it to, since all of our other vendors breathed a sigh of relief when they heard we were using Luxe for our rentals. They live up to their stellar local reputation.

Luxe was an important part of my friend’s celebration on life event. We rented tall tables, tablecloths, and chairs. Everything was in perfect shape, the chairs were sturdy and comfortable and it all looked beautiful! I can’t recommend them enough for all their help, professionalism and quality!

I love Luxe Rentals! I used their products for my wedding two weeks ago and I can’t get over how nice their rentals are. I ordered the copper silverware, all three white china plates, some water goblets as well as champagne flutes and some larger things. Their staff is amazing. They came to set up and drop off and when they came to set up, they came straight up to me and asked me where I wanted things. They had all the rentals up within 20 minutes. I had the pleasure of working with Chelsea during my transaction and she was very helpful and understanding. If I ever need to rent anything, I’m definitely going to go with Luxe.

Luxe was absolutely fantastic to work with. I rented over 300 chivari chairs from them for my wedding and they also did the draping and lighting. They were so great to work with even though I made multiple changes to my order throughout the process. They really went out of their way to accommodate me and what I wanted for my wedding. Everyone was really great to work with. Definitely recommend!

My wife likes to throw parties regularly at our home, and we have used Luxe multiple times for all of our table, chair, and linen needs. The process is always simple, their prices are very fair, and their staff is always friendly. I would highly recommend them!

Great prices, easy enough service.We had to pick up and return because our order wasnt large enough to meet delivery. I would have paid for delivery and pickup but that wasnt an option; I think they may have recently changed that though.

I ordered the gold chiavari chairs from Luxe for my wedding. I was very particular in only wanting wood chairs and Luxe delivered on my request! I also had to add more chairs last minute and they were accommodating. Lastly, I had to confirm the pickup and delivery schedule with the venue and Luxe was very patient during the waiting process. They also said it didnt matter which day, they were able to accommodate either. They gave us as delivery window from 8-11am and the chairs were delivered by 8am. Very efficient and easy to work with. I strongly suggest going to their shop where you can see things first hand, its totally worth it!

The decoration and Rental looked amazing! We cant be happier, it was really easy to work with them. They arrived on time and even helped us with last minute changes and details, the best !.Ps: wish the price was a little cheaper.

Very overpriced if you are going a-la-carte. I was looking to rent their 12 x 12 dance floor, which is advertised on their website as ~ $220-280, depending on what you need. I then called to place my order and after all of their caveats and add-ons, the cost actually came to $850!!! Literally anyone else I called was more affordable by hundreds of dollars (...All About Events, United Rent-All, Celebration Party Rental, etc). The owner kindly reached out to explain their costs - Im sure they deliver a nice product, albeit expensive.

Not on here to knock this companyIve never had expierence with them catering for any business of mine or knew anyone that used them.But I have a complaint. Approximately 1105am the area of Beach and East Park there is a WAWA. This van and trailer with Mr Crazy driver not paying attention to driving perseded to cut me off as Im making a right turn into the gas station. I am now behind this vehicle. He then pulls into the station and pulls forward length wise taking up 6 parking spaces in the gas station. Right up to the back door of the station. Watching them get out they laugh at what they did and proceeded inside the station. I did not bother to approach them but yet decided to talk to the manger of the station which went outside and notated the incident. They explained if it happens again with the same company they will notate it and take it further. Other patrons use the spaces and the vehicle was blocking all these spaces during a busy time. There was enough room to pull over to the side of the building and park out of the way. Guess they didnt want to walk 20 feetband rather block all these parking spaces. Two very unprofessional drivers selfish of any other working patrons getting in and out of the station.

I loved working with Luxe. They were so professional and great to work with. I will definitely utilize again for any of my future rental needs.

This is a long review -- but worth the read if it saves you money & headache. Luxe was the only wedding vendor that I was disappointed by. I started planning my wedding a year in advance, & I was relieved when Luxe said that they could get all the inventory I needed. They seemed to be the only company in Jax that was a one-stop-shop.However, over the following year I dealt with endless headaches. From the beginning, I could never seem to speak to the same person twice. It was always a different girl answering the phone/email – so I was constantly repeating conversations & re-sending emails – & they would each have to “check with their boss first.” This created a lot of unnecessary & confusing back-&-forth – & most of the time, they would forget to get back to me. Wedding planning is tricky enough on it’s own, & it didn’t help that I felt that I had to babysit a vendor & their staff.When it came time to schedule the walk-through, they told me that most weekends are busy, due to weddings & events. I understood & explained that I live 6 hours away & would need to meet on a day close to a weekend (for travel). The boss ultimately said that he would only be available mid-week for a walk-through. So, in addition to paying Luxe $8000, they also expected me to take off work in the middle of the week, drive six hours, & six hours back just to meet him. I gave up & agreed.**READ THIS & PROCEED WITH CAUTION** However -- the meeting never happened due to Hurricane Irma. In fact, I had to postpone my wedding altogether due to the damage to our site & my hometown being declared a FEMA disaster zone. Cancelling your wedding & seeing the wreckage at home was an awful experience – but thankfully, every vendor was underst&ing & flexible in moving the deposits to a new date…. Well, everyone except Luxe. I gave a month & a half notice that I anticipated cancelling my wedding due to the hurricane’s course, & was immediately told that the deposit is non-refundable. I knew this (it was written in the contract) – but it speaks volumes about a company that would take advantage of an uncontrollable situation – & keep thousands of dollars to profit from someone’s misfortune. My other vendors also had nonrefundable deposit policies, but at least had the ethics to move the deposit to a new date after a natural disaster.The biggest disappointment was that I didn’t have any other options that could cover all the items I had planned, so I had to use Luxe for the new date. Once again, they charged me full price & said they could only meet me mid-week before Thanksgiving. So in the midst of cancelling, re-planning, losing a lot of money, paying full price again -- they still were completely inflexible. (Who doesnt want to drive 12 hours for a meeting before a holiday & their wedding?)After waiting a week while they failed to give me an answer (again), I finally called (for the hundredth time) – & I was advised that they were no longer able to meet for a walk-through “at such short notice,” (what???) but they would speak to their boss to see if he had any extra time to squeeze me in. I asked, What happens if you cant do a walk through before the wedding? Luxe girl advised that if they could not do a walk-through, they would not be able to light my wedding. This was crazy considering that my entire reception was outside at night. (I put them on speakerphone for my coworkers at this point -- it was almost too much to believe). After over year of planning, babysitting their staff, paying large amounts of money, & jumping through hoops to use their services, they pretended to be too busy to finalize the event. “Thankfully” their boss managed to set aside some time to do the walk-through days before my wedding.. After making almost $10,000. What a gem.Ultimately, their wedding service was fairly standard -- nothing special. I was very accommodating & polite throughout all of this, but Luxe never failed to take the low road. I strongly encourage others to proceed with caution, consider other options, & be wary of fake positive reviews.

Buyer beware, this company charges a very hefty deposit and if you cancel their rental agreement allows them to keep the entire deposit.The event was cancelled four months prior to the event and the company kept the deposit despite the fact that they couldnt have invested or lost any money. They didnt offer a credit or anything... very bad business
