I would like to edit my response after receiving a response from the president of the company. He addressed our concerns regarding our predetermined arrangement and has made concessions. We are willing to use them again in the future due to the customer service recovery we experienced.---Did not follow agreed upon payment terms. Communicated that there would be a refund, but its already negatively affected our business agreement. Set up and tear down was prompt and as directed.

I booked tables and chairs for my daughters wedding and discovered one week before the wedding that I booked in the wrong state. I called all about events and they were so kind and understanding, they credited me right away and wished me luck finding tables and chairs near me. I would definitely recommend them and only regret is that they are located in another state. Five star review for this company and their employees!

Misleading! I was told multiple things by different people in regards to the basics around tents. By the time I was ready to sign a contract they tried to make changes of items without me knowing, when I called to ask for corrections, they advised me they could no longer help me. Read your contracts and fine print before signing.

I ordered pipe and drape (6 sections, crisp white) for a bridal shower in order to transform a VFW banquet hall into a fairy-tale reception. Every single aspect of the order was easy and efficient, pick-up and drop-off were a breeze, and the quality of the draping was lovely. We even used a portion of it as a selfie wall. Highly recommend.

Very nice place. They have everything you could ever think of for any occasion and I mean everything. They have chair covers, table covers, runners, and thats just the tip of the iceberg. They even rent big photo booths, the kind you see at the mall and other places. I mean they literally have everything, down to the silverware on the tables that you rent from them. The staff is super helpful and friendly and the prices are good too. Just an absolute hidden gem. If you need anything for a party or wedding you definitely need to contact All About Events. I personally dealt with Tori and she was awesome however, by the time I left I had a question about something and between them all they went out of their way to help me find an answer. Will definitely be back.

I used All About Events for my table and chair rental for my wedding. I also rented a light up curtain.The delivery men were nice and set up my curtain, which I must say was gorgeous. Everyone commented how beautiful it was.I had an issue with 1 table, the leg was broke. I called and it was after hours and I was put thru to a voicemail in which I left a message explaining how I needed it fixed by the next day for my wedding.Someone immediately got back to me and we agreed to have them come in the morning to swap it out.They rectified the situation that next morning like they promised. I recommend this company.

Angela and her All About Events team are absolutely incredible. We had an event scheduled but we still needed some very important equipment to make the event a success. She was of great assistance and provided amazing insight for us, as this was the first big event we had ever planned.When Angela came to our space, she was able to help us decide what we needed and how we could best lay it out. She was able to supply fencing for barriers, popcorn machines, a stage, and the best bouncy house ever, all the kids loved it!I am so glad we met Angela, and we were able to have her help us coordinate our event. Without her help, it would have cost us so much more time and money. With Angela’s assistance we were able to raise almost $500 for the HEAL Foundation and a carload of clothing and supplies for Hubbard House. So I strongly suggest that if you have an event coming up, you consult with Angela and All About Events!

Would NOT recommend. We hired All About Events for our wedding. The delivery guys did a horrible job of the lights. They were hanging within reach of the dance floor. Even our venues staff agreed that they were too low. We asked them to fix the lights by raising a foot, and they refused. An argument ensued, and the delivery guy rammed his truck into ours. We called the police and tried to contact the company, but we were routed to a recording with no return phone call. After several more tries we got through. Their solution was to remove the strand of lights over the dance floor. They offered us a $500 refund if we signed a release. The cost to fix our vehicle is over $2,000. We are very disappointed in the treatment we received. Very unprofessional. Would NOT recommend.

This company is the most dedicated company that I’ve ever experienced. They came out to set us for us in windy weather. They helped put a tint up at the beach and it was too windy to set up during the day so they came out and set up durning the night. I will never use anyone else for my future events.

Angela helped make our wedding effortless. We rented china, glassware, linens, tables runners, silverware etc. All of the items were extremely high quality and Angela made great suggestions to us. Everything turned out beautiful and we are very thankful. We forgot a box of knives when we picked up everything, and Angela was able to have them delivered to us on Saturday night! I was SO pleased with my experience with All About Events!! They went WAY above and beyond with regards to customer service and every time I spoke with them they were very kind and genuinely concerned about making my event work out as I had hoped. The equipment I rented was two 8 foot tables and 16 white aluminum folding chairs. The tables are sturdy wood top with metal fold up legs and a metal band around the edge. The chairs were half and half aluminum and plastic with the seat and back being white plastic. They worked perfectly for the party I was having. If not for their FABULOUS customer service, my event would not have worked out very well. I am so grateful there are some companies still out there that really care about their customers. I would definitely recommend them!

I used All About Events for my baby shower and I’m totally pleased! They were very accommodating and understanding when there turned out to be a mistake with my rental date. They were very professional and everything I rented (Tables, chairs, linens, Victoria chair) was in perfect condition. The staff at All About Events (ABE) was very accommodating for C&ES annual Company Picnic at the Friendship Fountain Park in downtown Jacksonville. The staff showed up early and were finished setting up in excellent time. Our band and DJ were very happy that stage was ready for them to place and test their instruments prior to the event beginning. The ABE staff even stopped a stage set-up to accommodate the Caterer, who had arrived earlier than anticipated who need a different station set up.This is the 2nd year that we have used All About Events and C&ES will continue to utilize ABE and recommend them to all our clients and friends.Deborah L. Excellent customer service, delivery and pick up. Price was very good, got farm tables, cushioned chairs and linen for a large Thanksgiving dinner, all of which were in excellent condition and clean. Would definitely use again, highly recommend.

The place has a min delivery of $400 and no pick-ups. This is an unfortunate practice to get you to expend more money than you have to.

They were on time with the deliver and the pick-up and very professional. I had to have my tent set up a couple of days early due to the timing of my event and they came out the day of the event to insure everything was satisfactory. Next time I will order the linens - I thought I could find something less expensive than renting and I could not. I will certainly use All About Events again. Thank you!

All About Events did a great job helping with our event! From the delivery to set-up(those guys were rock stars, excellent communication skills too!) and to the breakdown(we didnt get to meet them). We had to extend our pick up time and William made it work without hesitation or hassle. We will definitely be using them for our annual event! Highly recommend!

Great stuff. The only complaint (and why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars) is that I was not provided the correct pieces that Velcro the banquet table skirt. They gave me the wrong sized pieces and being that I found out the day of the event, it was too late for me to run around and drive to them to get this (and they were closed). Had this been a more formal event, I would’ve been VERY bummed. But overall, great stuff, quick service, and very professionally handled. Thank you!

They make life easy for us. Browse online, get the quote, sign online, pick them up in drive through, drop off drive through. I was initially wondering to buy chairs at walmart or somewhere else for 1 time use, once I found this guys, I just rent it for a day I need. They are very helpful & Awesome service.

All About Events was very attentive and helpful in the setup process. The guys that came to setup and breakdown were very nice as well. The only complaint that I have is that the linens provided were not exactly what I ordered. We made it work, so everything turned out ok. Great job.

Hired them for a wedding. They said were familiar with my venue, and I had seen photos verifying this. Asked them to set up based on the floor plan created by the sales girl (my only contact there, who was initially very kind and on top of things). The delivery guys told me she wasnt qualified to make one. They set up the floor plan wrong after we had gone over it and wouldnt adjust it. This upset them and one employee knocked a row of their own expensive chairs over in frustration. We had to ask them to leave the property. They brought black linens instead of white. They did not provided lighting as discussed (plan was tent if it rained, no tent without rain forecast, notified a week in advance with a 50% non refundable retainer on the tent whether we used it or not) and did not warm me ahead of time. When I realized it was not being delivered, I called and they told me that the lighting could not be done without a tent frame and another solution was not possible. They tried to explain science/physics to me in a very heated manner like I was dumb. It was really frustrating. Another company came out (St. Johns Lighting) and did cafe/market lighting perfectly without using a tent within 2 hours and it was totally stress free and super inexpensive. Its a small detail, but they also did not provide the salt and pepper shakers for each table that I asked for.

I wish I could give them a negative star I rented OUT A TENT IS VERY DURTY, BAD SERVICE

I started working with Heidi Johnson earlier this year, every time I had a request she was quick to answer. I enjoyed working with Heidi.The event was flawless, everything was delivered on time and set according to plan.

Overall I was pleased. The only criticism would be the tent lights. They were not symmetrical and should have gone around the parameters. One side was lit only half way looked incomplete. Also I expected more lights for the additional price.

Used there services June 18, 2016 for nt wedding and will never use them again...... Delivery of furniture was 4 hours late... The wedding planners had to rush to get my ceremony setup.... The pickup for merchandise did not show until 11pm.. My ceremony was over at 7pm... My wedding planner waited 5 hours for delivery to show and yes, she missed my reception because of it.... I cannot recommend them for business at all. Hopefully theyve made improvements....

We hosted a neighborhood Xmas party for about 70 people. We rented tables, chairs, linens and heaters from ALLABOUTEVENTS. Their prices are very competitive and their service was fantastic. Will definitely use them again.

The staff was responsive. However, when picking up the furniture I had to wait more than 20 minutes because there was only one person helping customers. Other employees were around but the one employee emphasized we had to wait until he was done before he could assist us.
