I found this little gem nails & spa salon. The staff greeted me cheerfully and professional upon my entrance. Andy designed my nails with his creative nail art designs. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my services. Andy gives you the personal service, he is phenomenal!

Ask for Andy!!! You will not regret it I promise, I’m from Chicago and these were the best nails I’ve ever had. I would fly out here just to get my nails done by Andy. I would’ve paid $100+ for these nails in Chicago, he is very affordable and pays attention to detail. My nails look exactly like the reference photo I showed him.

OUTSTANDING!!!!!!My wife went to get her nails done and took our 8 year old daughter. The atmosphere is nice and peaceful, we were greeted right away by Janice, who did my wifes nails, she was polite, friendly, helpful, and as you can see from the picture talented! Our daughter was given a basic manicure which as you can see was lovely, the man who worked with her was gentle, friendly, and did a great job (especially since she has very little nails to work with). This is a wonderful place to get your nails done and I highly recommend. I will let you know in advance it is not cheap so do not come here expecting to pay $20. We will definitely be returning and I will recommend everyone to go to CB Nails!! Thank you for your amazing service!!!!

Had my nails done by Andy, for the 2nd time. He is wonderful. Both times, Andy was able to take the photo inspiration that I provided and bring them to life. He works fast and is very detail oriented, making sure each nail matches perfectly in length and shape. 10/10 would recommend.

After trying many many nail places I finally found this one. Janice did my nails today. She did a great job with acrylic. My 9 year old daughter had terrible cuticles. She was biting them too and her nails looked so painful. I brought her in here and they took their time and when the lady was done I was amazed. They looked like new nails! The atmosphere is calming and staff is friendly. It was kind of pricey, but for the quality of work it was worth it. We will go back for sure.

Very subpar pedicure. Paid for the deluxe but some of my toenails weren’t even full polished. I had to ask the guy to remove callus/ dead skin. Not friendly and not worth the money.Also. We made an appointment for 2 pedicures and my friend had to sit and wait to get hers done while I was getting mine done. The place wasn’t even busy. We will not be returning.

Very nice salon and staffs. Go a pedicure and a full set the guy that worked on mw did a great job even gave me a deal so the price was cheaper. Only issue i has was one of my nails weren’t completely filled in with acrylic but you barely notice it. My nails are now on week 3 and they still look good.

I’m very picky about my nails! It’s the only thing I do for myself that I invest a lot of money in & I expect them to look great! This is THE ONLY PLACE I will go to get my nails done & I ALWAYS see ANDY! He is amazing! My nails are ALWAYS perfect & I get tons of compliments! I love all the glitz & glam, free hand art, different kind of nails stuff & if I show him a picture he will be straight up with me & tell me if he can or can’t do it! CB Nails has become my go-to nail salon. I always have a great experience here. The environment is very peaceful. The quality of work is hard to get at other salons and their prices are fair. Do not hesitate to patron here. I always leave with a smile and feeling better than when I arrive.

I stumbled upon this place just by driving by looking for a random nail salon at the last minute before a stores close for the evening. I was pleasantly surprised by Jimmy’s technique and attention to detail. The gel manicure service was impeccable although I had not received any referrals from anyone. Previously, I was a patron of another salon off Southside near Deerpark area for the past three months and although they are OK their hours were horrible. Well, I found a new salon to advertise to everyone! I’ll be back for all of my nail and toe services moving forward!

I absolutely love this place! I have been coming for a few months now and I am always satisfied! Everyone is so professional and polite. I am always greeted at the door. The place is also very clean and follows proper cleaning techniques. I 100% recommend this place to anyone.

I had a pretty bad set of nails on and went in to have them taken off to get a whole new set and it was nice , clean and everyone there was very polite and friendly. My nails were done so perfectly and they are beautiful, I absolutely love them! They were EXACTLY what I wanted and the young man that did them took his time to make sure they were done right. I havent found a nail salon this awesome in years! I will definitely be back and a permanent customer! I HIGHLY recommend them!

I was a loyal customer at this salon for over a year. I went to lihn faithfully every two to three weeks. This past week I came to get my nails done 9/22 and lihn wasn’t there so I went to Janice. Both are very nice and, the service was good. The next day the gel color started to peel off. Janice stated OPI wasn’t a good brand and the yellow I had wasnt the best color b/c of the brand. She was very nice and fixed them (no charge). Unfortunately, the gel started peeling again! I came in for the 3rd time and Lihn redid my color which I paid for (lighter green) The color peeled off again and because I requested a refund for the nails I paid for that kept peeling they decided they no longer want to service me. Being a loyal customer for almost 2 yrs never asking for a refund because my nails NEVER peeled or chipped this is a complete disappointment!! Especially when you had a great nail tech relationship. Besides this incident, It is a nice salon. I don’t know what happened this time around. Best wishes.*I don’t have a picture of the yellow (OPI) color I had the first time. I ended up taking off the green from the right thumb b/c it peeled Sunday 9/27 after I got them done and they’re closed on Mondays.Response to owner-One, I’ve been to another salon once or twice since coming to cb nails for over a year most likely because lihn was not available to do my nails because she was booked. Secondly, Like i mentioned when Lihn did my nails with gel it has never peeled. I got dip nails within the first year then when the salon opened i started getting color acrylic. There’s no way to take advantage when I paid for services. It would be different if i never paid and continuously came to get them fixed. Also, it’s not as if the nails were not peeling and i didn’t have the pictures showing them peeling and peeling the same day after getting them. 4 times in one week is excessive especially when it’s never happened before. It was not explained to me that going to another tech would be a charge until i asked lihn while in her chair and i agreed that was fine, expecting them to be fixed and NOT peel again. Also, i called the salon at 11p expecting to leave a message for when the salon reopened, not for the call to be forwarded to a cell phone and receiving a text message. It was nice to receive a response back but that was not expected. Again, have a great day.

Amazing service, she ended up stay till past closing just to make sure my nails came out perfect and they very much did. The design on the nail came out the exact way I asked her to do😍😍😍😍

This review is definitely overdue for me. I love this place so much!! Everyone who works here is so kind and professional. I usually get mine done by Alan and Linh, and they are absolute sweethearts and AMAZING at what they do. I have been here several times since late last year, and now I dont go anywhere else to get my nails done. They are perfectly done every single time; length, shape, thickness, design/color request. The cost is slightly pricey but well worth it. And in my opinion if the cost of upkeep is too expensive for you, you might want to rethink your financial priorities. I have attached a couple shots of what I got the other day and they are the prettiest nails ever!!! Couldnt be happier. The shop also has really relaxing and classy music, and everything is very clean. If you havent been here before, please consider & you def wont be disappointed! :)

I had never been to CB before. I was immediately welcomed with hellos and smiles. They instantly sat me down, offered me drinks, and began asking exactly what I wanted. They were patient while I decided on colors for my acrylic full set and Melinda did an INCREDIBLE job for me. She made sure to always double check on length and shape throughout the process and it was clear that she is skilled, attentive to detail and cares about making her clients happy. I have already made an appointment tomorrow for pedicures and as soon as I need a fill in I will be back asking for Melinda.

There are not enough words to speak as highly of this establishment as I would like to. I first walked into this establishment because I had broken a nail. I was welcomed warmly and professionally and Lihn, who corrected my nail was very kind. Her husband also sat with us and made casual conversation, they were both very kind. I also noticed that the quality of the products they used was quite high, a flaw that I found was recurring since the business Id patronized for 5 years had changed management. I was very impressed afterwards. As if the service couldnt get any better, they didnt charge me for the repair! Maybe it was because it was my first time - regardless, thats how you treat potential customers.Ive since had several manicures. Im not one to be very nice to my nails. Every manicure has held up nicely.Today I went for my first pedicure. Wow... Just wow! The chairs give a full massage and, in proper fashion, the service is top notch as well as the products used.In closing I would advise anyone who gets regular work done, or if you need a one-time service, this is the place to go. Id like to see this place remain for years to come without changing hands. The current management is fantastic and pays close attention to how they treat each customer.

My nail experience here has been the best! I’ve jumped from nail salon to nail salon and this is by far has the best customer service. My nail tech was Lee and she made sure I was happy with my nails. Her work was very tedious and though she had clients after me she still didn’t rush. They also offered me drinks and made sure my service was perfect! The salon is filled with good workers and people who care not only about you but how your nails should look. I recommend anybody who wants flawless nails to come!

Found this salon through Google maps when looking for a pedicure on a Sunday afternoon. This place was AMAZING! Everyone was friendly from the moment I stepped in the door. The pedicure area was relaxing, and the massage chairs even had an option to massage your lower half - I didnt want to leave. Matthew was attentive to detail, got my feet back to being smooth and the strength in his hands gave the best foot/leg massage. Thank you CB Nails, I will definitely be a returning customer.

This was my first time getting fake nails and it was the best experience I have had. The staff where very nice. I can’t say anything bad about this place. The prices are normal not to high.

(TL;DR: Nails turned out nice, but my tech was very rude and condescending so I won’t be coming back.)I was really confused by my experience here and overall feel pretty torn about it. One one hand, my dip nails turned out great. On the other hand, I have never been treated this poorly at any nail salon and have never seen unprofessionalism like this. I made an appointment with a certain tech I was recommended, and specifically modified my schedule to come on a day she was working. When I came in, no one greeted me or said anything to me for a solid two minutes. Once a tech finally approached me, I told her who my appointment was with and she showed me where to sit. A man came up and tried to start doing my nails, so I informed him I had an appointment with a different employee. He gave me one of those “oh pish posh” hand gestures and continued working. I was so confused and speechless I let him keep working. He suggested I do acrylic, when my appointment was specifically made for SNS and I did not indicate any uncertainty in my choice. I said no thanks, and he not only persisted, but ONLY when i gave my fourth (and my firmest) No, HE LAUGHED AT ME AS IF I WAS STUPID AND FROM THEN ON SPOKE TO ME WITH SUCH A SMUG AND GLIB TONE. Like, don’t criticize your customers for their choices? When someone comes in wanting a weird color, for example, you don’t laugh at them for their choice? AT LEAST NOT TO THEIR FACE? He was very condescending the whole time. Meanwhile, the woman I was SUPPOSED to have the appointment with was walking around barefoot talking on the phone and enjoying the massage chairs. Don’t worry I am just as confused as you are. I also told the man I wanted an actual manicure, with cuticles cut, shaped, etc. Obviously the man dismissed this. I’m giving this experience 3 stars because my nails turned out even, thin, and were overall well done. The manager was also very nice as well and floated around the room to make sure his employees and customers were doing well. The nail tech who initially greeted me (she was younger, dark hair, black glasses) also seemed to do a great job on another customer’s nails and was really personable so she deserves a special shout-out. However, I would not go back simply because I don’t really enjoy paying someone while being spoken down to.

In from out of town and so happy I found this amazing Nail SPA. They greeted me with smiles everyone wishing me a good morning. The service I received from Lynn and Lee made me feel like a superstar and they have my hands and feet looking and feeling fantastic. Alan is the best as well offering me complimentary wine and drinks and checking on if I needed anything. The salon is new with a very modern, jazzy feel. The decor is relaxing....sitting in the pedicure massage chair with my wine, soothing music in the background and a lovely view of a beach painted wall made me feel like I was on vacation in Mexico. I can’t wait to return.Prices are comparable to other salons and well worth the experience alone.

This is the 2nd nail salon Ive visited in Jville. I had called ahead for prices. I had the powder dip with tip since my nails werent long enough. The atmosphere was great, they were extremely friendly and talkative. I loved my nails and it was affordable.Came back here to redo my nails 2 weeks later, the lady and husband who did my nails left on an emergency. Was not impressed with other employees, girls sitting around doing nothing but called someone else from the back to do my dip powder. I was blown away. Guess not all of them were properly trained.Jihn had done my nails before. Her and her husband definitely made me come back.

Basic pedicure and manicure with gel polish $80!! They charged me $30 for the pedicure and $17 for the manicure that part I understand. But they added on an additional $30 for gel polish?! Isn’t polish already included in the pedi and mani? And if I want to do the gel polish it’s an upcharge?? Never going back way to over price for BASIC service! I truly feel like they overcharged me and when I questioned it the guy stated that’s how it’s charged everywhere... Absolutely not true! I’ve been getting my nails done for 20years I know typical prices for gel polish, pedis and manis. Go somewhere else!
