Ria is the best!! Her manicures are immaculate. She doesn’t rush and pays really close attention to the little details. I have never been a repeat customer for a specific nail tech until now. Hands down the best and cleanest gel manicure I’ve ever gotten. I swear my nails look like a Pinterest inspo pic.

Love this nail salon! Everyone is super sweet! I came in for a late appointment and everyone was so sweet and accommodating to me! It was my first attempt at getting outside and having some much needed me time away from my kids lol love it! So quiet and relaxing!

I have always gotten my pedicure and full set here. I visited on 9/17/21 where this tech started my pedicure then she stopped because her appointment came. At that time she left and another tech Don took over my pedicures. It was not done correctly. I spoke with GG at the counter that advised me to email corporate where I would get a gift card. After contacting corporate I was advised I had to go within 7 days and a gift card was not an option. I went back to Gloss on 9/24/21 to get services redone and was told they would only scrub the bottom of my feet and nothing more. I paid $60 for a pedicure plus a tip and it was not corrected. This is the worst I have ever experienced with a company. It makes matters worst that I continued and open line of communication and sent pictures still nothing was done. There was no option to give ZERO STARS!*****to be clear a redo was was not offered only to scrub my feet...

Booked a 6 pm appt for my mom and myself to prep for a wedding. Walked in and they told me my appt was at 5, which is just not possible considering my work schedule. They took about a half an hr to correct it but the receptionist was very nice. My mom left with one toe completely missing polish. Her gelManicure was completely see through.My manicure and pedicure went well.. got SNS.. this was late Tuesday night. It’s Monday and my nails are just popping off one by one.Should have gone elsewhere as soon as we walked in. Disappointed is an understatement.

Best gel manicure I have had in Jacksonville! Thomas is fantastic - he is so professional and fun, really enjoys his craft - I had such a great time at my appointment with him. So many times previously, I have been to a salon asking for a manicure with the rounded shape but end up with square... I came in to Gloss hoping to get the look I was imagining and got better than that! I spoke with the nail tech and Thomas recommended oval since I have long thin fingers and am in love with this look!

Got these done YESTERDAY with regular polish. I called back to ask if I can get them redone and was told No. If you get a regular manicure, it will start to chip within a day. Wish I knew this. I had acrylic on and paid to get them off with a regular polish.. $42 spent (With tip) for nothing.

I LOVE this place! Okay, so this isn’t just ANY nail salon. You walk in and feel like your in another world. This place is beautiful and you instantly feel happy and relaxed. The pedi chairs are so comfy and most of all CLEAN! They have taken sanitation to a whole other level. There are partitions, they place you 6 feet apart, it’s a dream. I feel safe when I’m there for sure. The best part? They literally rock your nails out of this world. My nails are on fleek. Go here, don’t go anywhere else. Please for your own food. Your nails will thank you.

Left my old salon because they werent following safe hygiene practices. I was so glad to find Gloss. They have complete liners, and use a new pack of sealed instruments for each guest. My pedicure looks beautiful too. They lost 1 star though for double-dipping their wax sticks. If it was my leg, I might not care, but in a pandemic a lip wax stick shouldnt double dip.

My feet feel amazing. They did a very good job. So relaxing and clean every time I come. Definitely gained my business. I will share with others!!

Do yourself a favor and stay away. Me and my friend arrived at 5:04 pm and the receptionist turned us away because we were 4 minutes late. While that is semi understandable she was so rude. We literally went around the corner to another place that closed at 6 also and they were still hustling and attentive to us. The gloss loss two customers yesterday.

I did a quick Google search since the place I usually go to has not been living up to its standards the last few times I went, so made it to Gloss on a whim. I rarely am home during the week, but what better way to spend part of the morning then getting a pedi. I was kindly greeted upon walking in to ask about a pedi and once the chair was ready I was taken to the pedicure seat. My nail tech did a great job. I would have liked to let my feet soak just a few more minutes but overall had a good experience and would definitely return. In addition the tech that did my pedi was masked if that has any bearing on if one would come or not.

I come here about once a month for a pedicure and it is such a nice treat! Everyone is very friendly. I always get in quickly without an appointment (I usually come during the week). I’ve always left satisfied!

Walked in they weren’t busy at all so that was great the man who did my pedicure was so nice and gentle. Loved this place

Very Wonderful. Dont usually do this so dont have much to compare but the staff and owner was wonderful and the experience was awesome. May need to make this more of a habit!! This is a must if your into getting your nails done. Christina did my pedicure and she was outstanding!!!!

Lan and Carson was really professional, kind and did great job with our nails. We are visiting out of town and with so many other salons to choose from, they didnt disappoint with choosing them.

Hands down one of the best manicures I’ve ever had. Trinh was very nice, started my appointment early and gave me exactly what I asked for. It was only her second day working at Gloss but it seems like she’s been there for years. It’s definitely pricey but worth it because my nails look so good & the service was awesome.

I came here for the first time after getting a recommendation. Tina was an angel sent to me! She helped me salvage what was left of my terrible nails after gel and acrylics left them weak and thin. She managed to smooth them out and make me feel so much better about them! 10/10

My nail tech was super friendly and detailed and my manicure and pedicure came out great! They are practicing all social distancing measures and have glass in between you and the tech to protect everyone. Nails were perfectly smooth and shiny with my shellac manicure. Spent a long while on the pedicure which is my favorite part and I hate places that rush through it! Definitely recommend!

Every time Ive been going to do my nails in this alone its been a very different experience I went to do a full set and a pedicure and it was $90. I went to do a refill after a month it was $95 every time I go just to do refill on acrylic and pedicure regular pedicure basic I end up paying $90. 95 dollars place is very clean the place is really nice but its ridiculous what this place is charging and thats without tips so Im sorry Im no longer going to go there Im going to find a place that really have reasonable price and. Very good job without over-charging the customer including to cut your nails shorter

Came here for a gel mani and what an experience i had. The way my nails were transformed is amazing. Thanks to Tanya, she is a great nail technician and super friendly. Also, Becky at the front desk was very nice and offered me a drink. Overall i am very satisfied!

Whats supposed to go in for 2 week fill in on my toes. Needless to say I will not be back because I no longer have 2 big toenails!! Theyy fell off with the acrylic and now im dealing with having no big toenails for a year until they grow back. Never had a problem before this when contacted they just brushed me off!

This company is terrible. I paid $65 for a manicure (dip and extension) that the technician messed up. I had bumps and pitts in the finish. I went to back to ask for them to be fixed, they could do it until later in the day and I had a flight to catch. They would not refund and told me to email the company. I did..and sent pictures. I was contacted and told that I would get a refund. The next day, I got an email saying that they would only give me a $15 gift card!!! DO NOT GOT HERE! I spent $269 and will NEVER go back!!! Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!

Update - Ive been here 5-6 times now and while I still like the services and cleanliness, I have had two very negative front desk interactions. One of the girls acts like she really does not want customers and does not like her job. It turns what should be a relaxing experience into a frustrating one, and there are too many other salons for that.Very good first visit here. The facility was very clean, modern, and bright. Enjoyed the hot stones with my pedi - a nice addition to set Gloss a bit apart.

I come here every month! Always great however today my daughter and I decided to get matching Valentines day nails. My daughter nail tech decided to do a different color didnt Even ask her! My nail tech didnt know how to push cuticles down so I have long and short nails after having a fill-in. She said it was my skin 🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦. Needless to say you definitely lost a loyal customer!

This is the only nail salon I will go to at the town center. I am always sat down very quickly and have NEVER been disappointed with my end result. Ria is the nail tech that did the set in the photo and she is absolutely amazing I will 1000% be making appointments with her from now on. Best pedicure ive ever had! It was the basic one and it had my eyes rolling in the back of my head. Very clean. Amazing customer service and experience. They go above and beyond. This place is so friendly....I have seen many of the techs (my favs is Jazzy) and they all do quality work. They make you feel comfortable and don’t rush you if you have trouble deciding on a color. The salon manager Becky is always welcoming and makes sure your visit was a good one. I always get compliments on my nails and recommend this place to everyone that asks where to go. Gloss is the place to go!

I went there to get a Fill in on my nails and they’re messed up! the lady that did my nails, Tina didn’t fill the tip they’re so thin they look like paper. She was so worried about everybody else’s business instead of worrying about the business in front of her. She did a rush job. I do not recommend this place at all it’s horrible.

Very disappointed in their service. This was my first time using this salon and got a mani and pedi, got SNS with tips and had 2 nails break on day 8. When I called, they said, Well you can come in and we will fix them but it wont be covered. We only cover up to 7 days. No type of customer service whatsoever. No, I wont be back and I would definitely advise people to think before you waste your money and time at this salon.

Lan was excellent with both me and my mom. She is not only very good at pedicures and gel manicures, she is very attentive and courteous. I will definitely be back to see her at Gloss.

Disappointed because I wanted to like this adorable place so bad! The girl who did my nails seemed rushed. My SNS polish chipped off after 5 days when it usually lasts me a lot longer. The gentleman who did my pedicure was very nice and did a good job.

I discovered Gloss by accident and have come here for my last few pedicures even though its not the closest or most convenient location for me as I live on the other side of town. The staff is friendly, the salon is clean, the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing, and they do a great job for me. Ask for Yane, Gabby, or Thomas, all 3 are great.

I had come here once before when the shop was in transition and hadn’t been back since. On Saturday, I walked in around 11:30 and was seated very quickly. I received a pedicure and SNS from Monica. She did a wonderful job on everything, despite the challenging design I asked her to do on my nails. She brainstormed the most effective and long lasting way to do the design, which I appreciated! Monica was also very attentive to my needs, making sure to ask my preferences and about satisfaction throughout the service. Overall I had a wonderful experience and the reception staff was professional and helpful as well. Definitely will be back!!

I hate to be a total Karen or anything but I’d like to talk about the positives and negatives. This place is very clean, friendly, and welcoming! The lady at the front desk was very nice and so was the lady who did my nails even though she was quite. I picked out my nail colors and they got started on me right away! She took her time on me and I didn’t feel rushed or anything. However, as soon as I went up to pay I had no idea I would be paying $45 for acrylic fill in gel nails before the tip. I looked on the website before I entered knowing it would not be that much. In addition to that when I had paid up front with the lady who did my nails she asked me how much I was going to tip her which I find kind of unprofessional. The next day, I called and found out she had charged me extra for a different shape for my nails, and a buff and shine. Which I was not aware for or asked about. As a new customer to Gloss I thought the lady would let me know before continuing to work on my nails. In addition, to finding out my finger is swelling up because when she filed my nails she push my nail to far into my skin now it suck in between with the gel base.

We were able to walk right in and sit down for a pedi! Carson was great and so entertaining, we had an amazing time and my friend had a wonderful first pedicure experience! 😁

First time experience at Gloss today, was referred by a friend. It was AMAZING. The place itself is beautiful. Such a classy feel from the moment you step through the door. I was greeted immediately from the sweetest receptionist ever. She helped me with some questions about the services I was looking for and brought me a drink for my wait (which wasnt long at all). Then i had the pleasure of sitting with Jasmine for my manicure service. She was incredible. So meticulously detailed about what she was doing while still maintaining heartfelt conversations. I cannot wait to go back. Definitely referring anyone who needs some pampering to Gloss.

So I’ve been in desperate need of getting my nails done. It’s been very difficult to be seen my usual nail salon, so one of my co workers informed me of this place. Now let me just say I’ve been going to my nail salon for over 2yrs because I haven’t been able to find anyone or place as good; until now! My nails needed a lot of TLC and Sonny gave them beyond that. He never rushed or made me feel like he was in a hurry. The massage on my feet and legs were even better than when I go to my massage therapist. Everyone there was very kind and welcoming. Also I’ve been given so many color options. I basically drowned in it all. I’m so happy I got out of my comfort zone to give them a chance because they just gained a new loyal customer.

Editing to add: GLOSS nail lounge has reached out to me and their customer service is top notch. Maybe I experienced an off day, as I mentioned below that I have friends who frequent this salon and love it. I will give them another try and update my review then, but for now, adding a star for superb customer service.Received a pedicure. The painting was good, amazing color selection, everyone was very friendly, but the massage and exfoliation were severely lacking. I also paid for an extra massage but it turned out to be just a very light calf massage which was disappointing. For the money, you can get a much better pedicure at other spas with a more focused callous remover and massage.

I walked in on a Saturday morning and they were able to seat me right away. The nail tech, Yane, was attentive and took her time taking care of my nails. The attention to detail on the service was amazing and look forward to going back again soon!

First make sure to look at your detail receipt at this place. they try to add random fees and have a hard time explaining what the charge is for. I asked the lady three times and she just kept stuttering. I will not come back to this place. Three people got the same pedi and gel polish as I did and we each got charge a different price how weird is that...

Been here twice now and just not overall impressed with the services. Gel manicure has ended up chipping both times within 10 days. This time was less than 7 days. Its only 2 nails that are effective now, but Im expecting more to start chipping before Im able to go to another place and get them re-done. I got a regular polish pedicure at the same time and those are holding up fine, even after wearing closed toe shoes several days. Overall just not impressed and wont be going back.
