First two pics were what we wanted last three were what we got. I scheduled a reservation for three full sets and three pedicures by the time we get there they don’t have enough people to do all three of us together. Whatever not a big deal. However, only one from our group of three had to wait for over an hour after our scheduled times while the other two were already started. The nail techs have no clue how to do any designs or shapes for the matter. I had to keep correcting my nail tech and pointing out flaws to the point I just gave up and just wanted to get out of there as fast as I could. The nail tech couldn’t fix the flaw and would argue to the point I just stopped. Every single one of my nails are a different shape and that’s after paying additional money for coffin shaped. and they are crooked. Not to mention the nail files literally sliced skin. The nail techs were trying to argue about what product and color they could and couldnt use instead of just doing what the customer is requesting. I have NEVER had a good experience here and I have been here 4 times for benefit of the doubt. Every time the nails are crooked and not shaped. I’m always being argued with about my choice of nail shape and color and product. The first two pictures are what we wanted the last pictures are what we got. If your employees are inexperienced you should have them practice on a fake hand and not your REAL OVERCHARGED CUSTOMERS paying good money for something as simple as A FRENCH TIP that couldn’t be done correctly.

My experience with everything plus some I had very attentive pedicurist, nail tech, and esthetician. This lovely team consisted of Matt on the nails, Nancy on the brows, and Le on the pedicure. They were professional, and kind they communicated effectively with my needs for my nails. I definitely will be returning back for full services thank you so very much for making my self care day absolutely wonderful.😘

The person who did my nails was nice and friendly and did a good job with the process like the filing, massage and those stuff.. I liked that) but she definitely needs to improve her painting skills she didn’t paint close to the cuticles and didn’t apply the top coat correctly and didn’t clean the sides what looked bad and when I asked to fixed it she just put more coats of polish over what actually made it worst. I had to go home to take that out and put something else myself.

I’ve come here for a couple pedicures; it is clean, beautifully decorated, they always do a great job and offering a drink at the beginning is such a nice touch. I just had a fantastic gel pedicure with Tim, who was very considerate and did an excellent job. It started raining during the pedicure and I was unprepared. It didn’t seem like it would stop anytime soon, so I was about to leave anyways but the man at the front desk (the owner?) asked me to wait for a second and came back with an umbrella so he could walk me to my car. It was so above and beyond and so kind of him to do that. I appreciated that so much! Thank you for the excellent service!!! I will definitely keep coming back for excellent quality pedicures and excellent service.

I went for ombre acrylic nail treatment. The first time the cost was $35 and the tech told me a fill in would be cheaper the next time. The next 3 times they charged me $40 - then the last time they charged me $48! All for the same treatment. They said corporate said to raise the price. I wont be ripped off like that! Never paid that much for a nail treatment - EVER! It seems they charge whatever they feel! Plus - made me sit under a leaking air vent. UGH - looking for somewhere new now!

The service is always very professional. Even when I was not pleased with a service they immediately wanted to make it right. The spa is very beautiful but moat importantly clean and they are using all COVID precautions. They do offer refreshments while being serviced. During busy times its recommended to make appointments.

The work I got done was fine, but the wait was over 30 minutes long. They are quite under staffed. Kimberly and Keith were nice.

The atmosphere in this salon was so pretty, relaxing and upscale but with service that was amazing even being I was an hour late for my appointment due to traffic coming from work. They still worked me and a friend in as well as stayed over to finish without rushing us whatsoever! We will definitely be back!!!

Worst experience ever, popped in for a dipping powder full set, asked how long would it take to get service dude said 15mins to me and my mom. We both waited longer than 30, my mom got started before me and I waited another 15 mins, had to soak off my last nails and they kept leaving my chair to help other people after mine were soaked off, whatever right, it happens. But I wanted a sparkly white color, a color I seen they have from the dipping swatches, they tell me they only have regular even though I’ve seen they have at least 5 sparkly white so I say, let me see the other options the lady says this is the only white. My mom had to get the other swatches after everyone gaslit me into feeling dumb for asking for other colors. Now the lady didn’t speak much English which begs the question how she got licensed but I didn’t really care until she started the dipping powder and instead of dipping my nails she used a brush and acetone like it was an acrylic, when she noticed it wasn’t working like that she used an white acrylic after the dipping powder without asking (I could have been allergic), it took twice as long, outcome came out cloudy :( I don’t feel like she was licensed to do dipping powder at least and it was hard to explain anything I didn’t like.

I would like to give 0 star because the second day I did the regular manicure the polish nails was removed completely. This happened to my mother too. I don’t recommend this place. They have to remove all the bad polish nails in order to give people a good service, think most of the polish nails are spoiled. Money given away.

This was my 2nd time at the Atlantic Blvd (Jacksonville FL) location. I thought my first time was a bad fluke. It wasnt. I wont go back. Very poor customer service. Dont be fooled by the contrived opulence. Its obviously all about the numbers at this location. Move em through as quick as possible. Both times techs spoke little English, which is fine if there is someone to translate. My tech would not find anyone. I had to. Very annoying. I gave up. Just endured it (and then had to pay for it.) Youd think the manager would come check. Nope. Not once. My pedicure was extremely rushed. Pedicures are about the experience. There was little experience. Never had a pedi like this before. Didnt even clean under my toe nails. I had to ask him to. Ewww! Mani: Dip powder end product was good, but gel left under nails and on skin. Tech annoyed when I pointed (because he couldnt understand me AND he didnt check) and he had to fix. He left immediately without indicating he was going to register. I waited for him to come back and finally saw him up front (big facility). Nothing said at register. No thank you. No one else was at the register. They know the guy doesnt speak English! For Petes sake get someone there to check to see if everything was satisfactory. Clearly they dont care. The fancy facility is decoy. If you are looking for a pleasant experience you will be disappointed. One more little thing. They advertise a comp beverage. Both times Ive been they didnt offer. I asked for soda. Both times it was warm. Its the little things... Again, find another place if you are looking for a welcoming, pampering experience.

Very sad , everyone is leaving . I had 2 good people Jacky and Tiffany gone . Nobody cleans under your nails . I asked Vincent to clean around cuticles and he got attitude walked off. Another person came to do my nails , barely touched me in massage and didnt ask me anything . Wont be back . They have gone down hill for what they charge .

I am a lover of all nail technicians but this place was absolutely horrible, it’s only good for looks! ALL of my nails were crooked and lumpy by a older lady whose name I’m not going to say but she has been there over 10yrs and couldn’t do not one design. I came back 2 DAYS later just for this man to file my nails down shorter and they were SUPER thin on top of me not being able to change my nail color. The black gel polish was literally chipping the next day they use a powder that should NOT be used! They told me to come back for a THIRD time because they couldn’t give me my 85$ refund back and I refused to go back this shop! I am HIGHLY upset and dissatisfied.

Don’t waste your time, my nails were uneven and bulky looking. They wanted to charge me extra to fix the mistakes. I’ll never come back here again, should of stuck with my gut feeling to go to my regular place. Polish Bar in the Town Center.

Place is clean , they took care of me fast. The nail polish that the use on my seems to be old , only long last one day and a half . I did on Sunday and Tuesday came off. Pedicure and manicure it was fair. It could be better.

My first time there I received a pedicure, manicure, eyebrow wax and upper lip wax. The pedicure was amazing! The eyebrow and upper lip wax were good. For the manicure, I thought it was going to be good, but it made me upset. The nail technician I was with (Hanna) was in a rush and I didn’t realized it until after I had her try to fix my nails 3 times. I was new and didn’t realize they closed at 7pm and it was already 5 or 6 when she started on my nails. I requested regular nail polish with acrylic tips to get coffin style nails. After the shaping and filing usually you’re supposed to wash your hands to get rid of the nail shavings, she just dusted it off and started painting. Her hands were already shaky too. I let the first set dry, I noticed she didn’t touch up my cuticles, or shape around them evenly, part of the acrylic was chipped from one of my nails. Another thing was that the nail shavings she tried dusting off my hands had glued onto my entire right thumb area and I asked her about cleaning it off and she said later when I get home I can wash my hands and she also said that my hands are just dry. This was unprofessional to me because not every person who gets their nails done goes home after and she was assuming. I don’t know she thought I was going home because I wore a nice blue beach dress out. But when she made that I comment I got upset and I told her I didn’t mess up my own nails. She kept trying to act like I messed up my own nails. The second time around the same night I tried to have her fix a few nails and the paint job. It was bad that the lady next to me who was also getting her nails done told us that the nail polish is dripping off my nails. Also, she ignored my request for the cuticle touch up and then She dried them later and then told me to wash my hands which was stupid, she still did not understand the basic procedure of it. I just washed my nails after because I was getting fed up. And of course the paint wore off. So for the third time, she cleaned all the nail polish off and repainted again, but the results were still bad. I left upset because my nails looked uneven and the paint job on the sides were bad that you could see part of my real nails a little bit. The owner tried to speak to me before I left, but Hanna was on her way leaving too and stood right behind her to listen.The next day I was still upset and decided later that I would try to them get fixed by someone else. The owner looked at my nails and could tell that they were messed up and she paired me with someone amazing who is Kathy. Kathy knew what she was doing and evened out my acrylics and did a perfect paint job on them. Literally only took her 30-45 minutes to do it, I left happy! I’m giving this place 5 stars because the owner and the other nail technician made a positive difference in my experience. Now a days it’s hard to find people who care about what they do, but the owner kept checking up on me as well as other staff and clients making sure that everyone was happy and enjoying their services.

This is by far the WORST set of nails 💅 I’ve gotten in my life. All of my nails were uneven and not properly shaped! I was there for almost 2hrs. Will not go back again.

Wife and 2 daughters did a day here and none of them were impressed and I was not impressed with the bill. Much higher then past trips for the girls and they were always happy with other businesses service. Needless to say they will not go back. Thankfully, because I save a bunch of money by them going elsewhere and I hear less complaints afterward.

I absolutely love this place! I have been here twice now and both times I have been completely satisfied. First time I received a pedicure and feel they take their time, the atmosphere is relaxing and they go above and beyond and the price is the same that I was paying at my last place and getting more. Today I received a full set Acrylic with gel polish and this is by far the best nails I have had in a very long time! Nicole did great! I will be back for all my pedicure and nail services!

I have been to Venetian Nails a few times. I feel that they are a little more expensive than other nail salons, but this last time I went, I feel like I got more for my money. My nails typically only stay really nice for a week/week and a half. Ive had this polish on for more than two weeks and they look really good still. Im more willing to pay the money if they will last a while. I always get gel.

My wife went there and her nails looked great they are very gentle

Everything was fine until the guy doing my pedicure went to deep when cleaning my toes nails. My big toe became swollen and sore for a week and a half because of it. Nancy did my nails and she did a great job. I will probably only get a manicure from now on, if I decide to go back.

Rose & Mary did my me and my daughters pedicures. Extremely nice ladies that did a great job will definitely be back in 2 weeks!

I set an appt for 1:30 and arrived with a friend for a pedicure. My friend was able to start their pedicure right away but the person I had requested was in the middle of a manicure. I wasn’t told that until I had been seated next to my friend & my technician did not come. I was told the technician wouldn’t be start for another 19 minutes. I thought the purpose of an appt was so that you did not have to wait.I asked for another technician & by then it was 2:00 & the person I had scheduled the appt with did not finish with her manicure until 2:10. This is a very nice facility that I have come to for over a year & today I am extremely DISAPPOINTED.

Never been there before, service and personnel was awesome. I felt so much better when I left. Massaging chair while getting a pedicure with the works from my granddaughter. Great gift.

Came here with my nails in good condition and at a great length to work with for a basic manicure... Left with jagged nails, bleeding cuticles and abrasive nail beds. Before you asked I had the nail tech try to fix her mistakes but she just made them worse. Atmosphere is nice but the actual work some of the techs do here is sketchy.

Save your time, money, and patience and go elsewhere! If I could give negative stars, I would.I had an issue at this location on two separate occasions where my gel mani and regular polishes didnt match (even though they were supposed to be the same color.) I love the atmosphere and location of this salon so I decided to give them one last chance.While I got a pedi my daughter got a gel manicure. I didnt pay too much attention to the time but my daughter was done before I was even half way through my pedi. I thought that was odd but it looked okay so I didnt think anymore of it.Not 2 hours after we left, my daughter shows me her finger (left pic) and as you can see, the gel came completely off! My daughter then mentioned she accidentally bumped one of her nails when she was putting it under the light and when she showed the tech, the tech seemed aggravated with her and did a poor job fixing it. I immediately called and was they would address these concerns with the tech was asked to come in before 8pm that day so the same tech could fix the one finger. I made it a point to let that person know I wanted ALL of them re-done and they agreed but again stressed the need for us to come in that day since the nail tech was off the following day. As I get off of the phone, my daughter simply scratched her bare leg and another nail started to peel off (right pic).We went back to the salon and were immediately recognized as the people who called with a complaint. The same nail tech immediately came up and took us back and said she would fix the TWO nails. I had to demand that she do something about the other 8 nails because I didnt want to have to go back in there. She went over the other 8 with another layer of gel and sent us on our way. There were ZERO apologies from her or the person in charge. Not 3 hours later, another nail peeled off.We went back first thing this morning. Neither of the people we dealt with yesterday were there. I was greeted and allowed the opportunity to explain the situation. At first glance, the person said her nails didnt look like gel, they looked like acrylics. She sat us down and offered to fix that ONE nail. I told her I either wanted her to completely re-do all of them or I wanted my money back. She explained they have a no refund policy so this wasnt an option. She sat there and chipped away every single one of those nails within 60 seconds saying i have never seen anything like this before. Neither have I! Anyone who has ever had gel nails knows the gel doesnt just chip away 24 hours after getting them put on! You have to soak them! Obviously, they werent done correctly.I mentioned to this woman that I had never received an apology from anyone the day prior and that it would be nice if someone acknowledged the time and inconvenience. The lady looked at me like I had 3 heads and just kept on working. When she was done, she looked at my daughter and said sorry about that and sent us on our way. She never once acknowledged the fact that the mother, the person who paid for the service, was also looking for some sort of apology. I have been to this location several times, spending at least $75.00 in services each time. Does that not mean anything to these people?As I walked out, I let them (and the people in the waiting area) know I will never return to this location again. A simple apology goes a long way in life, especially when you are a business owner. No apologies for wasting my time? Thats fine, I will NEVER waste my time OR money in this location again.

I scheduled appts for a party of 3 for mani/pedis. We arrived in time and picked iur colors. We were seated in the pedi chairs and 5 min later someone came and put cold water into the foot tub. 20 min later 1 person showed and started on 1 person, 15 min later the next one was started. I waited 1 hr past my appt time for my pedi to start. By this time the others in my party were done and moved to mani stations. When I was done and moved to next station my party was complete with their manis. Workers seemed very uninterested in doing their jobs and kept watching tV. My nails look horrible. Cuticles not pushed back, polish job looks like a child did it. And he asked if I wanted my nails trimmed, he cut them all off and the same happened to another person in my group. Not happy or satisfied at all with this place. Don’t see going back at anytime.

The young lady that did my pedicure did a decent job and was friendly. My toes still look good!! The lady at the front counter not so much and she acted like she had an attitude when she brought over the wrong color twice. The guy that did my full set did okay.. I would go back for another pedicure (maybe) but I’d go elsewhere for my nails.*****Update - I will not return for pedicure or a fill in. I am so disappointed in my recent pedi.

I left Venetian with every single nail a different length and shape. I had to ask my nail tech to shape my nails. He smoothed them then went right to polishing dip nails without shaping them. One or two of nails are not covered completely. I complained several times but no one would listen. The manager women does not listen to customer concerns, at all.

I don’t live here in Jacksonville, I’m from Southern California so I found this salon based on their reviews.I arrived on time for my appointment and the Technician Le was prepped and ready. He was through, and nice. The salon uses new throw away files for every customer. Front counter staff was very nice too.

This was my first and last time at this location. The place is entirely overpriced. I paid $41 for an acrylic overlay that took all of 15 minutes to complete; the real kicker is, I provided my own Valentino acrylic system powder, base coat, non wipe gel top coat, superbond, and nail prep hydrator... all professional Valentino products. The place is very nice, but the staff had no control over an irate customer that decided to pick an unnecessary fight with another customer. The staff just let a verbal argument happen and blatant discrimination occur and said nothing at all. So I definitely won’t be back in an establishment as such.

Dont go! Very rude staff. Will talk about you in their foreign language. They dont know how to treat people. Worst experience ever at a nail salon.

This was my first time here. Its a beautiful very clean place. They worked on me for two hours. I came in with half self removed acrylic nails & they were extremely patient and fixed me right up. Great job Danny! I would definitely be back.

I got dip powder done and the lady that did my nails was so rough half of my cuticles were bleeding. It was very rushed and not detailed. She didn’t even place a towel under the work area.

I began coming here after reopening from the COVID lockdown. I was impressed by their cleanliness and enforcement of safety requirements. A recent bad experience at a different salon has made me really appreciate this location! Carol is always welcoming, Mary does an amazing pedicure and has a good sense of humor and Le is very detail-oriented with manicures. I feel very comfortable here and always leave very happy with my nails and feet. They have my loyalty 💯

I used to to like this place, but 3 times now they have messed up my appt date and act like it’s my fault. I always call and make an appt. I say the date, day, and time multiple times and who I would like to be scheduled with. Then when I show up, they say I don’t have an appt. This last time, they acted rude to me saying I didn’t show up last week for my appt, when I clearly made it for this week. They never take responsibility over their mistakes and act like I don’t know when I scheduled my appt for. Not one apology either. All they had to say was I’m sorry we made a scheduling error, but no. They truly think I messed up the dates of when I scheduled MY OWN appt. Won’t be coming back.

I got gel nails and not even a week later they are chipped. Which gel nails are supposed to last a couple weeks. I will go back to my other nail place where the gel paint will last 3 weeks.

Treated my mom and kids to mani/pedis. I asked for the $34.00 pedicure for me. The lady Rose opened a book and asked me to pick a smell and I said lavender. Never showed me the front of the book that said $55.00. She tricked me into a $55.00 pedicure and the manager/owner did nothing. I spent over $300.00 and will never go back to that unethical place. I will take my business elsewhere.

Ive gone to this place twice now for Mani pedis. Both times my nails have chipped and cracked within 24 hours of leaving their store. Ive never had this problem before. The polish is literally coming off in big chunks from me folding laundry. For $60 (not including tip) I would expect my nails to last at least a week like they normally do.

Been coming here for a few years now and have not had any problems ! Their instruments are clean as well as the entire salon. Nancy is the best at doing eyebrows! Once I leave her I don’t have to fill in my eyebrows for at least a week which is amazing ! I rarely have a wait time and even if I had to wait it’s well worth it. So relaxing and spa like !

This place is definitely on my Never go here again list. I was greeted at the door, assigned to a technician, and escorted to her table. She did not address me and spent the majority of the time on her cell phone. When my services were completed she dumped me at the drying table and took off. Ive never met anyone so rude and unprofessional. Will never go back there or recommend them to anyone.

Love this place! I’ve been coming since they opened and have loved every experience. Today I had Carol who went above and beyond! She had amazing patience and was very helpful in helping me choose my colors, etc. Definitely recommend Venetian Nail Spa and its team!

Actual prices are higher than advertised on their website, and there is one small sign that says, By the way, add $1 to every service you received. Sorry, COVID made us do it. And its at the drying table, mind you, rather than on the front door where it should be, so you get that little tidbit of info after its too late. It took an hour for a 30-min pedicure, then another 2 hours for my daughter to get acrylics. I didnt care for this place the first time I came, but everyone deserves a 2nd chance. Venetian wont get a 3rd from me.

Not very happy. I like to have a relaxing manicure and pedicure. I felt very rushed. The prices are up to par with a five star resort. If you want to charge prices that high you need to work on your costumer service. Then people would not mind paying prices like that for an experience. Not five star worthy.

The inside is gorgeous and well maintained, but the last few times I’ve gone my toe nails haven’t dried properly. I stopped going back for months after the second time it happened but went again hoping things have improved, but the experience was worse. Over 4 hours later and my toe nails are still not dry, the color is chipped and destroyed. I’ll go back and they’ll fix them for me, but I can’t get the time back that I’ve wasted and they don’t issue refunds.

I have both made a prior appointment and been a walk-in and was promptly greeted, asked to sign in and pick my color. Some of the techs are chattier than others. I am usually looking g for a respite when I go there, so I am not big on talking. This is a really large nail salon, finely appointed and with a. Open, spacious floor plan. It is definitely one of my favorite self-indulgences.

Way too expensive. They told me my nails were too short for gel polish. Coughed and sneezed on my feet the whole time I was getting a pedicure. I had red nail polish on my toes. She barely removed the polish, so you can see the red through the pink. No filing or cuticle maintenance. My feet are still rough. Then as I walked out the door, my regular polish chipped. The owner told me thats what I get for not getting gel polish.

Nice environment clean but a little bit expensive

Beautiful interior and lots of deluxe services offered. However you are paying for ambiance and not quality of services. Got a higher end pedicure which was mediocre best. Had planned on top end manicure but service was going so slow, and not in an enjoyable way, I changed to a regular just to get out faster. Manicure was not well done although the tech did want to redo one nail - I declined again because my back and neck were hurting due to sitting so so long.I found a much better salon right down the road. Not as fancy but definitely better technicians and end results.

This is my 3rd time getting my nails filled in here. Simple task right? Wrong. This time all o wanted was a simple fill in because I wouldnt have time to go to my regular place before picking up my kid. So I stop in, patiently wait for a tech to become available(although there were several techs sitting around playing on their phones) and then once Im in the chair, I explain that I have dipping powder on my nails. So nothing is needed but a fill-in. Clearly she did not listen because she immediately began to try sanding off the powder. After telling her again that its a dipping powder not a design she finally gets it. Then she pulls out the acrylic powder, two different ones and asks me which one looks closer to my current nail color. I point to the darker of the two. She begins, after she is done, she doesnt even attempt to clean off the excess of acrylic on my fingers, she tells me to go wash my hands. Once Im done I see she is standing at the register so I guess this means my time is up and to pay. It cost me $30 for a simple fill-in. When I asked why so pricey, literally nothing special was done, I am told its because pink powder was used. Keep in mind, I paid $40 for the original set😳Moral of this story, I will not be returning. I should have driven the extra time.Update: after 1 week my nails started lifting... go elsewhere.

Service was terrible by the greeter at the door. I was quoted to different prices. Take your money some where else. Got my nails done for a weddings , now. I have to get them redone. I may just like my regular guy at RUBY NAILS that know me and used to a different service

My husband and I had pedicures as walk-ins. Huge salon, open floor plan... biggest nail salon I have probably ever been to honestly. Looked very clean. I saw one of the workers cleaning one of the pedicure chairs, which I have never seen done in my life in any nail salon ever, so that was reassuring, lol. (Maybe I’m just not that observant lol) I didn’t feel rushed at all, like some reviews have mentioned. Cindy did a great job with my pedicure. I have an old scar at the bottom of my right foot which develops a callus and Cindy took extra time working on scrubbing it down, where other places don’t usually do that. My nails were shaped well and the polish was painted on very smoothly. Great experience and would come back again.

The place is beautiful when you walk in. The front desk staff looks professional. However I felt like the lady that that my nails was rushing even though the place was not busy at all. Im not satisfied with the final result of my nails. I got a fill. 2 days after leaving that place I had a broken nail, just snap right off and now it looks like all my nails are cracking and its only been a week since Ive been there. Might be cheap materials. And i spend $39 just for a filing and gel polish. No Im NOT Spamming

I went yesterday with my two daughters to get our nails done. I was still trying to pick my color out and was rushed to my seat. My daughter showed a picture of what she wanted. The tech Julie told her she could not do it. My daughter is a little dramatic sometimes and had her heart set on that design and became upset. When she became upset my daughter told me Julie mumbled oh god and walked away annoyed. I saw her walk away, but did not know she said that. She is only 11 and should not been made to feel that way. Julie is lucky I did not know she said that while I was there. Overall the experience was not good! I will not be back.... although Leo did a great job on my nails

I Do Not recommend this place. The nail tech Jin asked me 4 different times if I wanted to cut my nails down I said No I want them long. When he finished the refill. he grind my nails in the middle causing my fingers to burn and I had two snatch my hand back because it was burning. This left a dip or a wave pattern in the acrylic nails. Which cause my nail to break the very next day. He would not give me a receipt. (Illegal) I had to pay cash I left my card.My first visit for my Birthday was Great but I will not give my money to place again.

I received terrible customer service from this location. I do not recommend this place I waited 1 hour & 30 minutes for service. The manager told me that my wait would be 30 minutes. The employees are inconsistent with their prices. The young man who did my toes told me it would be $6 for tips and the manager said oh no it’s $12. The young man did not polish my entire toe I called back the next day to inform the manager. She hang up in my face and said he isn’t coming in until 12. I am going to post a picture so everyone can see how the young man polished my toes.

Wonderful service! And very clean. The atmosphere was relaxing and I never felt rushed, nobody likes to feel rushed during a pedicure.

This spa is gorgeous. Beautiful inside. Nothing to read so bring your own. Massage chairs are over the top!

Jacky is the best! Very detail oriented; not interested in chit chat - which I very much appreciate, as I prefer to relax while getting a mani/pedi. Shes also very patient and does not show to be irritated by my OCD. No issues with communication.The salon is new, pretty, and very clean; the massage chairs work good.I like that this place feels like a spa and not like those other nail salons that feel like fast food version for nails. I very much enjoy their complimentary mimosa while I get my primping/relaxing time :)

First, the interior is absolutely stunning! All of the chairs and equipment and services are the best you can find. Above All Else, the service and the results are better than I ever expected. What a great experience!

What a gorgeous place!! Very clean inside and I had a great pedicure by Victor. Carol was also very helpful. An extra perk was the 20% off for the soft opening. I will be back for sure.

So this was my first time going in unfortunately I’m never going back. I got the rudest man. I told him several times that the wax was very hot and I didn’t want to set the bottom of my feet down and he scolded me and he told me that I have to do what he says. So naturally the bottom of my feet got burnt to the point where I got three blisters I told him my feet were burning when he was doing my manicure and he looked at the bottom and he acknowledged that I have three blisters and he just put some cold water on it and some lotion and he said that should be better. When I was checking out the total price was $75 for the manicure and pedicure and I said does that include the burning of my feet, one of the ladies overheard my comment and she gave me a five dollar discount. It should’ve been a free pedicure.

Beautiful, clean and relaxing! Perfect attention to detail. A tad bit more than my regular salon but zero pressure to upsell me. Definitely coming back!
