I cant say enough about how great the experience has been at Craft Clinic. Staff is highly skilled and all procedures are performed by trained Medical Professionals. ARNP did a great job and I am so happy with my results! Her staff is very competent with scheduling and sent out a very helpful email and text reminders for my appointments. Regarding the procedure and their equipment Aerolase laser technology is the best in the market. Procedure was almost painless yet the results were great. Their prices are incredibly low though they are providing one of the best services. I will be a customer for years to come!

Tammie at Craft Clinic is incredible. She is flexible with my schedule, always polite, and professional. Also, the laser she uses is pain FREE! Above all, she is a registered medical professional, which make me feel that much more at ease. I would recommend to anyone!

If I could give them more stars, I would! Ive been here only 2 times and both times I had a wonderful experience but today was exceptional- thanks to new provider they have on board. She is great at what she does and what I love about her is that she is genuine and nothing close to a pushy sales person however, she does do a great job at making you want to keep coming here by offering you the best packages based on your needs, for the best prices. She was very thorough with everything we talked about. I have been to other laser hair treatments around town but It was the most relaxing, educational experience I ever had. She told me why she was doing what, was very gentle and it was a nice treatment. It did not feel like a quick in and out like it did last time at other place. Im definitely going to save some money and make sure I come back and get the services that Craft Clinic offered.You could feel from the gentle swift and virtually painless treatment she has done numerous such procedures. Whole location gave a welcoming expression. I had got done my underarms at an other place and though I provider their used local anesthetic cream I still could feel pain. But here at Craft the Aerolase they use is so gentle that I hardly felt if was being treated. I saved 30 dollars on anesthetic cream which they offered anyway but told me that considering the gentleness of laser it would not be necessary and I DID NOT NEEDED A LOCAL ANESTHETIC CREAM. I would recommend this place to anybody who want a detailed, attention to minute concerns, yet professional and with best results.

Staff is very friendly. Their equipment is modern and FDA approved. I have got hair removal done at an expensive place (who spend millions on marketing) they were expensive and had hidden costs and surprises. At Craft Clinic they are very professional and probably have the lowest prices. Place look very clean and professionally managed. Word of caution: with laser hair removal you need to have some patience. Typically you require 6 treatment to get excellent results and make hairs go away permanently.

I had fungus toe and wanted hairs removed on my ears, neck and back. Craft clinic treated both problems well. Their prices are more than reasonable.

I highly recommend this place. Tamie is wonderful and very knowledgeable. I set my initial appointment up through text messages. Most of my questions were answered in the paperwork that was emailed to me. When I arrived fir my first appointment, there was vary little wait time, but I was also 15 minutes early. Tamie throughly explained everything to me. I was so impressed that I added a second area for my second appointment which was today. You can ignore the negative reviews and book your appointment. (yes, even though texting. Call the office, the text will come). You won’t be disappointed.

I went for aerolase laser hair removal after purchasing a groupon. I called and left a message with a response about 2 weeks later by the owner. He reported that the nurse practictioner is only available Monday-Wednesday for laser hair removal and they would soon be adding another nurse practitioner for Thursday and Friday. On the day of my appointment I arrived early as directed and the office was locked. Finally, someone opened the office with no reception to ask for help. There was a communication. Breakdown between the owner and the ARNP Tammie and she was unaware she had an appointment. Tammie was nice and did her very best to hurry because we were 30 minutes into my appointment. She said she didnt know anything about adding another ARNP and additional days. I called to schedule an appointment today and learned the Tammie no longer works Mondays and now only works Tuesdays and Wednesdays and they didnt add another ARNP. You can only imagine how irate I am after adjusting my schedule to accomodate Mondays.

Shes such a knowledgeable sweet heart. I expressed some concerns in regards to my previous laser treatments for my underarms. Based off of her expertise and examination she felt i would get better results by adjusting the level of intensity while lasering me. Ive expressed this concern to other providers before but i didnt quite get the same response. She made me feel extremely comfortable especially other areas of my body. Aerolase overall is fantastic for any laser needs. Ive also been extremely pleased with the results. Highly recommendedI Started lasering my legs and bikini area. She does such an amazing job and is so thorough when lasering.Providers are extremely knowledgeable and have a great memory and paying attention to minute details when focusing on the little things that you want.
