I was a client back in 2016 for hair removal on my back. This was when this location was under different (poor) management. I have since returned and Chantina and her staff have honored my previous purchases with grace. They are doing a great job and I highly recommend them for hair removal services.

Update to the below... I changed my star to 3 for now as someone did call me and is making arrangements for someone to come in this evening to do the treatment on me.NO ONE WAS THERE at my appointment time and didn’t reply to messages after their first one saying they could reschedule!Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from this company. I called on Tuesday to inquire about microdermabrasion abrasion. The girl quoted me 99 and said it might be a little more. I scheduled an appt for Thursday at 3 (which I had to take off work for). The next day I got a message changing the quote to $239 and then another message right after saying they could do for $210 and asked me to call back to confirm appt. I didn’t get the message until late so I called Thursday am and left a message that I probably needed to change the number of treatments to keep my coat down but that I would be there at 3! Much to my dismay, no one was there to do the treatment.Do not support a company that can’t even call you ahead and tell you they won’t be there!Do they really think I would want to reschedule with them??

Everything the other reviewer said. Terrible administration. Have to wait a long time past my scheduled time for my appointment, like today they are 20 minutes behind schedule, and my time is extremely valuable to be sitting here waiting. There are too many other services out there to deal with this garbage. Id name one but I dont want to make it sound like a plug.

I am a man that has facial pitting very bad and after 4 session of microdermabrasion i have seen better results here than 4 years of treatments elsewhere. Ask for Erica she is the best and listens to me blabber during each session. Upscale location with friendly staff. I have signed up for 4 more sessions and will do the TCA peel soon!!

All I can say is WOW!! I love BodyBrite!! I bought 3 IPL photo facials the 1st time I had to go for a patch test to see if my skin was sensitive or not and then I got my 1st IPL she did a fabulous job. I have been to a competitor in Jax that didnt even come close to the level of service I received at BodyBrite. I have been to several spas across the country from California and back and had different services. I have severe rosacea, acne scars and enlarged pores and after one treatment my skin looks completely different😁 I even have broken blood vessels on my cheeks(gross😞) but theyre almost all gone with only 1 treatment I cant wait to go back!!Believe me ladies you wont be disappointed. You will feel pampered and will leave with beautiful skin.Thank you so much BB!!!

Place is clean and professional and Erika the Saturday esthetician is very knowledgeable and competent.She makes you feel at ease and explains everything to you before she performs it.

Unfortunately my experience wasnt the greatest. 1st treatment of IPL was so light that it didnt show any progress and she didnt get all the spots that she could have. I was disappointed but I already paid for 3 treatments 2nd time I complained about my 1st visit and she did a better job but she was bothered by my complaint so she got more spots. 3rd time she asked me if I wanted to buy more, I told her no. so in my opinion I felt like she did the same kind of rushed job she did the 1st time. Not to mention she was more then 20 mins late the 1st n 2nd time. I would not go here again.

I purchased a Groupon for two IPL Photo facial treatments. I ended up also adding on microdermabrasion for a reasonable price. The esthetician went over how it works and the benefits. I believe her name was Erika. She was great! My skin is so soft and I notice a difference in one session.

This company is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. I bought a series of 4 IPL treatments via groupon. I gave thus far only been able to receive 2 treatments because they dont ever manage to keep appointments as scheduled. After having 2 appointments that had to be rescheduled the manager offered 2 additional treatments for my trouble. Well guess what my next 2 appointments were cancelled or needed to be rescheduled. This is after I get the emails to confirm my appt and then another email the day prior to remind me that I have an appt. well today I called to confirm that there would be someone there to do my treatment at 245 pm ( the last time I showed up for my appointment the silly receptionist actually told me that the tech had walked out after getting in an argument with a client ) there was no one to do the treatment. The receptionist said they had left a message but no message was left. They asked if I could reschedule AGAIN. Well never again for me. My life energy has value and the joint does not offer good value for the aggravation.
