I came in asking for a quote on several different areas I was interested in taking care of in the fall of 2020. Juliana gave me prices and told me what to expect. She explained the process, told me what to and not to do while seeking laser hair removal. The office has a very calming ambience. She is very accommodating and personable.I recommend my friends and family to her and I tell them I wish I would’ve done this sooner in life! A hidden gem. Every time I visit this facility I receive the best care. Today, I received an AMAZING facial by Hannah. If you have not visited CPMedSpa, you are truly missing out on a calm and peaceful environment. They offer an amazing spread of services. Juliana and Hannah have mastered their craft. By far the best MedSpa in Jacksonville. I wish I could give it 10 stars or more.

There’s honestly nothing but good things to say about this place. I came for a Brazilian and underarm laser hair removal, and I can’t complain. Juliana creates a very calm atmosphere, and the process went by smoothly and quick. Would definitely recommend!

This place will set the expectation for quality and customer service. Juliana is an absolute expert in her craft. I was scheduled for a Deep Decongesting Facial, but I received much more than that. Very informative information & wonderful conversation about mind and body health and how it relates to the quality and care of my skin. She provided Unbiased product recommendations for proper vitamin and nutrients and even went out of her way to send reading material. Overall 10/10, highly recommend.

Juliana has been awesome! Just had my last session with her for full Brazilian. She has educated me on hair follicles and all the other good stuff. And I am a dark skinned African American woman and I experienced no scarring, burns, skin discolorations or nothing. She took me from wild coarse thick bush to fine sparse peach fuzz in 6 sessions. I enjoyed every session and she has great bed side manners and is straight forward. I will be back for her other services, most likely facials and other laser hair removal services too!

I made an appointment expecting to have botox done. When I got there it was nothing more than a sales pitch for numerous other procedures that cost an exorbitant amount of money. On the Web page it also states that the botox/fillers wont be more than 239.00 but I was told they would be much more. The young lady was very sweet and knowledgeable.
