Went into the store to browse for upcoming mothers day. I was pleased to see there were many signs posted regarding masking and cleaning. As i continued to browse the women working allowed multiple people in the store without mask. Nothing was said to these people regarding the policy that is clearly posted. After the 3rd person walked in without a mask I decided to leave because I felt uncomfortable. Why have signs posted if you arent going to reinforce it? In the end I went to the competition to make my purchase.

Danel Toliver was very helpful in helping me understand the diamond bond and protection plan provided by the company. He provided me great options with great quality all in the cut and style my girlfriend prefers. He also made sure I got my bang for my buck while increasing the carat size than what I originally had in mind. Very professional and the Zales in Avenues Mall in Jacksonville, FL has an outstanding employee In Mr. Toliver!!

Picked out a ring that needed to be ordered. When it arrived after a few weeks, it was a different size than what was supposed to be ordered. The manager said she will check to see if she can order it again in the needed size and will follow up. After not hearing back for a few days, I called to follow up myself and was told the manager is on vacation for a week. Ended up just requesting a refund.

My fiancΓ© and I came in to pick out my wedding ring. I’m allergic to the white gold on my engagement ring, and the woman that helped us was incredibly sweet. She found the exact ring I wanted and it felt like she even got just as excited as I did when I found the perfect ring. She was really kind about talking to us about financing, telling us about why we should buy our ring at sales, and she even took photos of us while I was holding my new ring. It was a really special moment for my fiancΓ© and I and she made it so much better. Maybe this is how normal jewelers are supposed to be, but her kindness really made an impact. I will always be loyal to sales (plus holy smokes they have some awesome policies!)

My husband and I had gone to about 6 jewelry stores and a few pawn shops this past weekend looking for a bridal set upgrade. Zales was our last stop and we are so happy we came! Ms. Phyllis was absolutely wonderful. She by far gave the best customer service out of all of the stores we had been to. She actually listened to what I wanted and liked and showed me pieces that matched my style. She was patient and let me try on as many styles as I wanted. The experience was amazing and I was so happy with all the options Phyllis provided me with, including a White Sapphire set that I had never considered as an option, but is so beautiful! Also, the sales pricing was the best we had seen, especially for the value and quality of what you get. I could not speak more highly about my purchases and my experience with Zales this weekend. You made me a happy wife!! 😊😊

Myself and my wife purchased wedding bands (engagement ring also) from this store eight years ago and I recently lost a diamond (1 of 11) in my ring. After finding a very faded receipt, I figured I was going to be out of pocket for any repairs.I dropped off all three rings for repairs and was FLOORED with the results. My diamond was replaced AND additional repairs were made...ALL covered under the repair plan honored by Zales. All three rings came back looking like NEW, and service from the staff was top notch, very personable and attentive.

Can not say enough about the level of professionalism the staff exhibited. The knowledge on high end diamonds was absolutely amazing. The store manager was able to have diamonds brought in which my wife and I ended up purchasing! Make sure you ask for Chelsea.

I rarely ever write reviews, whether good or bad. However, I felt it was totally necessary to take a little bit of my time to write about how amazing Ricky, at The Avenues was. He went above and beyond to make sure my fiance and I had the best experience possible when upgrading our rings for our wedding. He was extremely patient and exceeded my expectations in customer service. As if picking out the rings we will be wearing for a long time to come wasnt exciting enough, he was able to make the experience a lot more pleasant. I am happy to know that there are still people out there in the retail industry that are not just looking for your money but truly care about you as a customer and want to make sure you are taken care of. They will basically tell you what you want to hear to make their sale.... avoiding the little details that would make you change your mind.Convinced me to get a zales card, initially signed me up for the wrong program.... after it was fixed, I expected a 12 month, interest free payment plan with card - well they failed to mention the $10 plan fee that comes with it, so Im basically paying 10% on my purchase anyway. Once this item is paid off, I will not be returning to Zales and will not be recommending them to anyone!

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I’ve waited close to two months for my husbands wedding ring and never received it. I went in Monday to ask for a full refund and was guaranteed to receive it within 2-3 business days. I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied with how this company has handled everything. Aside from not receiving my ring the staff was uninformed and clearly clueless as to what was going on. One day it’s this the next day it’s that and I’m absolutely fed up with it. I never recieved the tracking number I was supposed to get a call back on or the case number. They don’t call back when they say they will and when I’ve called they’ve either hung up on me or not answered. I’ve been well mannered and polite up until now and I refuse to loose the money I paid for a ring I never receive. Not only will I never get the time back but my husband has waited close to two months for a birthday present that he was supposed to open on his birthday. I shopped here thinking it was a well known well trusted store but I was horribly wrong. They β€œguaranteed” 7-10 business day shipping. That was a lie. Never ever shopping here again. I could have taken my business next door to Kay’s or even jewelry store down stairs.UPDATE!!!Still terrible experience. I still haven’t been refunded my money back. Now both β€œmethods” they’ve tried to refund my money were flunks. And they kept insisting on giving me a gift card. NO. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOT A GIFT CARD FOR A PLACE I DONT PLAN ON EVER SHOPPING AGAIN. Not only has this been handled terribly but their lack of appreciation for their customers is absurd. Now to wait and pray for another week to see if I finally recieve the refund.

I have had great experiences with Zales Outlet Stores so I figured the regular Zales would be the same. Unfortunately thats not the case. This location has no clue what theyre doing! I found a wedding band I liked but it was in white gold and I only wear yellow gold. I was told by (I believe) Sienna that it was no big deal and that they could have it special ordered. Ok perfect! She even gives me the price with the protection plan and her card. She says she can keep that price as long as I come within a week.I bring my husband there a few days later. I end up dealing with a Spanish/ Hispanic male and an older woman (I think her name was Phyllis). The male gives me one price....which is lower than the price Sienna gave me....Ok great! Then Phyllis helps us and were given a higher price than Sienna gave me. Were annoyed but we pay the deposit and are told itll be in within 4-6 weeks.3 weeks later I get a call from Phyllis stating that they were notified that they cant make the ring in yellow gold. Seriously? It took you 3 weeks to figure that out?! Ok fine. I want our deposit back. Since my husband paid for it he would need to be the one to come in. Ok fine. Asked if its ok that we go to a location thats closer to us because that location is about45 minutes from where we live. We were told any location is fine!Yesterday we go to the location thats closer to us for the refund. Receipt in hand. We are told that the Avenues mall location shouldnt have told us that. That we would have to go back to that location for the refund. She also told us that it only takes 24 hours to confirm if the ring vendor can make it in yellow gold. Shes not sure why they waited 3 weeks to call me.So now my husband is livid. We will NEVER purchase from Zales ever again. Went to Jared yesterday....found the exact same ring in yellow gold. Just needed to be resized. My ring was ready in 3 hours.Save the time and headache! Go someplace else!
