I brought in 2 clocks for repair. One was a mantel clock that had music. Took a little extra time to get it going and now keeps perfect time and enjoy hourly tune. Also brought in a bracelet needing a clasp added. Work was done promptly and professional at reasonable charge. Will continue to do business at this store.

If there is as a lower rating I could give to this location I would. Poor service and professionalism. I normally go to the jewelry store on Baymeadows and Southside but I made a mistake of trusting this gentleman at this location. Brought my late husband 18 carat gold Necklace to be repaired because I accidentally broke it. Once I brought the necklace home I notice the safety claps was broken. I came back and the owner was rude and so In responsible. When I took my beloved necklaces to have the claps was in perfect conditions. Now he won’t fix what he broke and he instead is charging me $90 to get it fix. People should take ownership of their mistakes and be honest with the work they do. Now I have a broken necklaces for trusting this jewelry repair store.PLEASE GO SOME WHERE ELSE.

The sign for jewelry repair while you wait caught my eye. I took my bracelet in as the enamel part came off and could use polish or buffing of some small scratches. The man first quoted $19.95 for the repair but said no polish because its stainless steel. Then changed his mind and quoted $20 more for polishing. Told me it will take an hour. When I returned the repair was done but the polishing left my stainless steel bracelet an ugly yellow tone. I would never return nor would I refer anybody there. If you value your jewelry and dollars dont go here. Beware!
