Servpro was nothing but spectacular in how they responded to our flood emergency. There were quite a few different Servpro techs/managers who managed the cleanup at our house. They looked in every nook and cranny to make sure that everything dried up sufficiently and placed fans and de-humidifiers in our house for eight days to get the job done. They removed all affected carpet padding and baseboards which required them to move some huge furniture pieces. Never once did they complain or act like it was too much for them. The last two fellows that checked our home today (June 8, 2021) we’re Elliot Childers and his assistant. They thoroughly tested every previously wet area with their moisture meter and confirmed that all places were dry. They packed up the remaining fans and dehumidifiers, loaded them into the truck, and drove off into the afternoon sun with the satisfaction of knowing that they and their teams before them had done a magnificent job for the Fiore family. All this despite the lack of response from our home insurance company who they tried multiple times to reach by phone, as have we, but were unsuccessful.

Fast response time and easy to use. After I called they were at at my home within 2 hours and had everything set up quickly. They went over the process with me and gave me options to take care of the damage to my floor.

After a city sewage disaster, SERVPRO was contacted to clean two bathrooms. They called within 30 mins and arrived less than 30 mins later. They cleaned both rooms with natural cleaners and even moped the main walk way! Johnathan was fast, efficient, and very professional. Ultimately, I went from freaking out to having a home cleaner than it was when I woke up. They saved the day!

At 8:30pm on a Sunday evening, my husband and I came home to a flooded house. I turned off the water to the house which stopped the active flooding but what to do about the inch of standing water throughout the house.... we jumped in the car to try to get to Home Depot to buy a wet vac but Home Depot was closed.... Called SERVPRO!!!! They said they would dispatch a team out as soon as they could. Got a call about 15 minutes later and the guys said they would be here around 10:00pm. Rashaud and Ricky showed up on time and went right to work extracting the water from our home and set up fans to start getting everything dried out. Over the course of 5 days, Stephen, Ricky, Rashaud, Cody and anyone else on the job, checked the progress, kept us infomed and took such good care of our property. SERVPRO will also be giving us an estimate for the repair work and if their service, knowledge and professionalism, in this area is the same as it has been...we are in good hands! From beginning to end, the level of communication and service that we received, from everyone at SERVPRO, has been topnotch! We are so grateful! Thank you SERVPRO, for helping us get our home and life back to normal!!!!!

We had a pipe burst and flood our house back in May. Called ServPro and they were onsite within 2 hours of the pipe bursting to begin restoration work. Customer care and service were both outstanding as this was our first time ever filing an insurance claim for property damage. Servepro provided excellent guidance and set proper expectations around cost and the time it would take to complete the project. We had water leak from the wall, two rooms were flooded, Servpro came right away cleaned up and get everything completely dried out. Since they were so good in their work we hired them for restoration also. I do not recommend this contractors. It took more than ten months to finish unsatisfactory project. They are untruthful, unethical, and give evasive answers. They hire substandard subcontractors, unskilled technicians and give charge to inexperienced manager, They recorded a premature claim of lien on our property, and then started negotiating to finish the unfinished punch list items. Our leaving conditions were miserable for the duration of the project. Get everything in writing before starting an outside of the project work, and take plenty of photos, which may be useful if the items are disputed, since they deny everything. There pricing is outrageous, avoid using them for any extra work. We have filed a complaint with the appropriate authorities.

I contacted Servpro when we were having scheduling issues with another contractor to finish our bathroom cleanup / reconstruction. We were fortunate to work with William Myers from Servpro. He was very professional and immediately put us at ease saying dont worry he will take care of it. From that time on he was always in charge and on top of things. The work was completed on time and as promised. Would highly recommend them.

I’m a supervisor at The Plaza in downtown Jax and I have used servpro twice in the last five months. The first time we had a kitchen fire and it flooded the unit and my lobby. The response to getting someone out to start helping so damage control was under twenty minutes. The next day Stephen C came out to give us the run down of the damage and estimated cost he was very thorough and made sure he explained everything to me as I was throwing questions at him left to right. He also double checked everyone’s work to make sure the flooring and ceilings were drying properly.The second time I called out servpro a pipe busted on our third floor. Again, their response time was immediate. Rashad was one of the members on the team who helped clean up the floors. He finished extracting the water so fast on the third floor I asked him to help with the second and third floor because they were still heavily saturated in water. He came back 3/4 times after to check the humidifiers and empty them. Servpro saved our building and we will for sure be using them again in the future I’m sure for many things.

Steven came out to evaluate the damage after a long-running drip leak at our house. He quickly and efficiently checked moisture levels behind the wall and in the flooring, and determined that no further remediation was required other than running a fan to fully dry things out. There was no charge for the inspection, but if we ever do need work done well be calling ServPro again.

When we had an outbreak of mold in our pool house, we called Servpro for help. That was the best decision we made since you were able to take care of it so fast.

After being gone all day we returned home to the devastation of a collapsed first story ceiling caused by a water line break on the second story of our home. There was approximately 2 of water in our home. My husband called Chandler St. Peter at Servpro Arlington and thank God he did. Within one hour the Servpro team arrived and immediately started extracting the water from our home. The crew was professional, experienced and took charge of the situation. They worked late into the night and were back first thing in the morning. And every day for the next couple of months. I had no idea that Servpro handled beyond extracting the water and the dryout. Chandler and his crew handled absolutely everything to do with the rebuild from start to finish. All of his crew truly understood what we were going through and I couldnt imagine how this experience would have been without Chandler running things. He was awesome to deal with. He was always available. No question was too small. Anytime we had concerns he met with us. He took charge and we did not have to worry about anything. We even took him up on some of his suggestions for upgrade ideas and he was not wrong on any of them. Chandler really knows this business. We would not hesitate to use Servepro (Arlington) again although we hope we never have to. We told all of our neighbors and friends how Servpro got us through this ordeal. Just terrible service! Initial response was good but terrible after That. Did not seem to know how to dry my tiled floors. Water got into the walls and subsequently into the floors. Their solution was to take fans and de-humidifiers (very expensive, daily rental charges) and put them into a small bathroom with the doors closed for EIGHT DAYS!!!!could not dry the floors. These guys are supposed to be the experts but even I know that trying to evaporate water underneath a sealed tile floor by circulating air on top would never work. And after eight days, sure enough, they were still not dry. Was told by a REAL expert that once that much water got underneath a tiled floor, the only way to dry it is to pull the tile up. But instead of doing that they chose to put fans and de-humidifiers in there for eight days of charges. I really feel like these people just ran my bill up. And as far as their slogan “like it never really happened” its a joke. They pulled everything out of my closets and storage spaces and piled it on my beds, put fans and dehumidifiers in those spaces to dry them out and then simply pulled their equipment and left, never offering to put that stuff back. Their solution to my water saturated carpet was to pull the carpet up remove the wet padding put the carpet back down put fans and dehumidifiers on top of the carpet to dry it out then pull it back up put down new padding and put the carpet back down. The insurance adjuster I hired had a good laugh at that one. My house is an absolute disaster area!Cody Was the manager I was dealing with. I spoke to him on a number of occasions about the fact that the fans and the dehumidifiers in the tiled bathrooms weren’t doing any good. He and another member of his crew agreed but said He could not remove them without the permission of the insurance company. Yet one of the first things he required me to do was sign paperwork making me personally responsible for all charges. Anyway, At that point I requested that he make a note to that effect in their paperwork for my insurance company. Cody agreed and promised to send me a copy the next day so I could forward it on to the private insurance adjuster I hired. It did not come so I called and had to leave a message on his phone requesting it.I got no response. I then sent him a text message telling him that his crew had left some tools behind. I heard back regarding that in about five minutes. I am writing this the day after Cody had promised yet again to email me that information by the end of the day yesterday. It is clear that they are just telling me what they think I want to hear but have no intention of honoring their own promises. Very disreputable way to treat a customer. I am still waiting for that promised paperwork and will be taking the issue up with their corporate offices and the BBB. I have also turned the matter over to my private insurance adjuster to handle on my behalf. My experience with the Jacksonville south office has made a bad situation worse. Call another company or risk the terrible experience I and other posters to this page have had to deal with. Buyer beware!P.S. Just checked My email for that promised paperwork in the hopes that it might have come in before I posted this bad review. No such luck.
