In the early hours of 11/9/2018 the CONDO above us had a break in the fresh water line to the toilet.We had a remediation company with ambitious “over reach” that started the work. The AAA Claim Adjuster ( the one with the striped shirt and a whistle) was a very big help to us thru this.We changed to Rainbow International.There approach was reasonable and practical. They said what they were going to do and did it, staying with the job till it was complete and to our satisfaction.Our CONDO is back to its pre leak condition. I would recommend Rainbow International to friends and neighbors.

READ and consider all options even during an urgent situation. Contrary to website technicians do not wear uniforms, identification and badges are not worn and alias names are disclosed when requested by customer. Why? Your technician may be a felon/ex-convict! I support restorative justice. However, I prefer boundaries. Allowing felons into my home with assault, theft and drug charges are not my first preference. If possible, consult with your insurance agent or ASK for detail services fee schedule FIRST not last to avoid unnecessary fees for services such as $115 hauling fee to place small amounts of debri in a Chevy pickup truck and toss in a dumpster. DO NOT just allow them to position blowers, leave and return daily. Customers are billed PER DAY or PER HOUR charges! Which means, they earn more for positioning blowers to dry small sections at a time and CHARGE customers trip charges, daily equipment fees, handling fees and more! For insurance purposes, DO NOT pay any deductibles until you speak to a claims adjuster. Forms may request payment information. There is NO office. This is a mobile business so DO NOT disclose credit card information on requested forms and hand this information to technicians! Your CONFIDENTIAL information may sit in a truck in transit to only God knows where. Or worse, YOU MAY BE A VICTIM OF CREDIT CARD FRAUD in the future.

After contacting the attorney general, all issues were corrected by another compay.My insurance company (prepared) basically held me hostage and forced me to use this company, stating they wouldnt cover repair costs that differed from Rainbow. Rainbow was not even willing to do a mold test on my leaking bathroom, with black staining coming through the plaster. It was only after getting in contact with an attorney that they agreed to test for mold.Finally, they left me with unevenly placed, multicolored tiles that now makes my bathroom wall look nice and patchy.This company is about cutting costs for the insurance company, they do not care about your health or doing the job right.
