These guys were contracted by my insurance company to do demolishion on my home after hurricane Michael. They were super honest and straight forward. No issues with workers trashing or stealing my stuff (which is a big concern in a situation like Michael). They were also timely considering the circumstances. I was most impressed with a guy named Mason. He was super helpful and very informative. He gave me some very useful advice when it was time for me to find a new contractor to take over the rebuild of my home.

I had an issue a few years ago after some workers left my washing machine unattached to the pipe. As a result, when I ran a load of laundry water flooded my kitchen and hardwood floors. Microtech was at my condo within 30 minutes, cleaned up thoroughly and today those hardwood floors are still good as new. Not only did the rep come out, but the owner did as well. I cant say enough good things about my exp with them, and highly recommend them.

I had category 3 water back up because of a broken pipe in my new house and it subsequently flooded my first floor. After contacting these professionals requesting emergency services, I was quickly graced with Jasmines presence and expertise. She called ahead, arrived in a timely manner, and got straight to work. She was here for approximately 6 hours and diligently and tirelessly worked the entire time. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled in this line of work. Without her help, we would have had much bigger issues. She thoroughly cleaned everything, removed baseboards, and set up drying equipment (which is currently running now!). We recently found water damage and mold as a result of a shower not being installed correctly in our home. Mason came out and looked at the area we were concerned about and scheduled a technician for the following business day. The technician that came was MJ and he as so professional and neat. He wore covers for his shoes while in my home. Dry wall had to be removed, but other than the piece of the wall missing you could not tell. He did an awesome job containing the dust and mess that comes along with removing dry wall. He explained the process to me and how he planned to treat the mold. By far one of the best technicians/home repair professional I have encountered. If the need arrises I will definitely use this company again. Two weeks ago, an investigation was being completed by one of our technicians. While in the attic, a pipe burst allowing water to rush into the home. This home was newly remodeled with homeowners who had not even finished moving in. After stopping the water with the main valve, it was evident that a large amount of water was able to flow out of the pipe and into the customer’s home. This customer was irate, scared, and very concerned about her new home. We called MicroTech to come out immediately. Within the hour, the MicroTech technician was there. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and was able to help give peace of mind to the home owner. He wore protective booties for his feet, laid out paper along the newly refinished floors, and immediately began working. He was meticulous and careful while he began his craft. Days later, the home had dried. MicroTech re-cleaned the carpets and began their report. We received a detailed report and news of a very small amount of repair work needed. Without MicroTech, I’m not sure how bad the home could have been damaged.MicroTech did an amazing job. We had a pipe burst Friday afternoon and nearly the whole house flooded. Mason from MicroTech showed up Friday evening and worked through the night to remove all the damaged flooring and install fans to dry out our foundation and walls. Mason came back all weekend to check on the fans and moisture level. He also called up with updates. Some mold and prior water damage was found and they were prompt to take care of those issues as well. Chance came out to create an estimate to repair our house for the insurance company and was extremely thorough in his report. Every detail was accounted for in the estimate, and that allowed us to get the most money from our insurance agent since she saw all that had to go into the repair, versus just a general repair estimate. MicroTech was recommended by our remodeling contractor Joe Dethloff. I called them at 8:02am and their crew showed up by 8:45am that morning. Mark Smith, the lead technician was courteous and understanding of our situation. He introduced his partner, explained their procedures and promptly began working on moisture levels around the affected area.1 hour later, Brian Sobolewski came to our house and sat with me for the next hour educating me on how the process works and set ample expectations for how long we could expect for the 1st phase (remediation) to last. The crew showed me all the damage that had occurred and asked plenty of questions about what led up to my initial discovery.While the process required fans and dehumidifiers to run 24 hours a day, every effort was taken by the crew to make our home as comfortable as possible. The office administrators Trena, was always helpful, courteous and prompt in her communications.MicroTechs work was thorough with the moisture/mold remediation completion in a workman like fashion. We had a leak in our master closet coming from an improperly plumbed condensate line. This could have been a disaster especially considering I am highly allergic to mold and mildew. Microtech responded quickly and dried up the water and moisture right away preventing any damage from being done at all! I was paranoid about any deodorizers they would use, but after all work was done our closet smelled fresh and clean. It did not smell of fragrance or anything that would cause a headache.
