I totally agree with Dominicks review - Barry was great! He was helpful over the phone before I came in and took care of my print job quickly.

Devin is amazing. He assured me my prints would be done on time and followed through. My boss was ecstatic. Cannot speak highly enough of this location and especially Devin. Awesome experience. I live about 1,000 miles away but if I ever needed something printed in Jacksonville again, theres no place else Id go.

The absolute worst experience Ive ever had just to get ONE very important page printed that I had already paid for. It was an admission authorization to a prepaid State exam that I ended up missing SINCE I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. Store manager was 100% unapologetic for inconveniencing me and made zero effort to resolve the matter outside of having me drive across town to another location, which would have resulted in the same outcome. Not only do I have to pay to take the test again, I also have to pay to RE-apply to the State before I can do so. Fedex Office owes me big time!

Great service, they do so far above and beyond!! Its a little bit hard to find but this location is inside the Hyatt, 3rd floor on the skybridge.

I just stopped by, 6:43 & its closed!! Took me forever to find it inside the hotel & then I couldnt ship my package.
