The only UPS store in Jax that I return to. Terry is fast and efficient! The ladies who work with him are good too. Came in for fingerprints and was out in like 5 minutes.

Very clean store. The staff member that helped me seamed to be a little short with his answers. He was still helpful. I have been there b4 and will return.

I work nearby and visit this store at least once every two weeks and have done so for several years.. I am almost always in a rush and they are always very accommodating. Most of my packages are pre-labeled and often times when they see me they just let me drop my packages and leave.. Very convenient and always quick to exchange pleasantries despite how busy they are. They are an excellent example of professionalism and I will be a customer for life.

I have to give a shout out to the wonderful lady (I didn’t get her name) working today doing the fingerprinting at 4:00 pm. She was efficient and I appreciated her letting me do both of my requirements that the company that contracts with them wouldn’t let me sign up for. She saved me a 45 minute drive for another day. Great job!

I have been a long time customer of this location, but they now have a customer for life. Recently had a huge print order go awry due to an offsite vendors snafu, and the team at UPS 4509 didnt hesitate to 100% remedy the issue, reprint everything, and follow up to make sure everything was to our liking. Hands down the easiest UPS experience I have EVER had. I own a small business and have a need for quick on demand services and Vikki was able to meet my need quickly (like under 24 hours quick) and professionally. I will offically be driving out of my way to use this specfic store.

They show me very unprofessional behavior and they like to pay around with people mail Is Caucasian and Spanish run so they have some Prejudice so if you are african American pleaseDo not use because you wont get your mail

I went into the downtown location Jacksonville fl. Terry was rude and aggressive with my items I was returning. I will not do business at ups ever . He needs to be removed or go into retirement..

Wish I had read the reviews before going. Made appointment to get fingerprints done for professional license. Owner (Vikki) called female employee from the back to do fingerprints. Everything going well until fingerprint image not acceptable per machine. She seemed like she was getting impatient and aggravated and handled my hands (in my opinion because their my hands) roughly. I said you’re trying your way. Let me just try to place my own hands. Still didn’t work. She sprayed my hands, didn’t wait for them to dry and tried to get prints. It still didn’t work. She said she was going to override it and send anyway. That made me nervous. I paid over $85 and wanted the reassurance that prints would be acceptable. She must not be used to being questioned and used to talking to people any kind of way and they accept it. I hope the fact that I’m Black and she’s white had nothing to do with it. I asked her if someone else could do it. The owner came out (Terry) and did the prints correctly. In the meantime she just kept “yapping” her mouth and bad mouthing me. Vikki tried to tell her to be quiet and go outside and have a cigarette but she just kept “jawing”. Unbelievable. I usually don’t post comments. But I feel it is important to voice concerns. If we don’t, then nothing definitely will change. No one should be treated the way I was. I certainly don’t treat my “customers” that way. I practice the platinum and golden rule. Treat people the way they want to be treated and treat people how you would want to be treated.

I visit often for my mailing needs for over a year. Its a family environment. They are always welcoming, accommodating, patient and professional. I love that the store is located in the heart of downtown and with walking distance to other attractions. I recently found out that they print business cards. Of course, Im a member of the UPS store so the added discount was awesome! I will order more cards once my 250 run out. I asked if they print shirts and they recommended one of their friends in the business. So, yes! I will be checked him out.

Mr.Terry and Ms. Vikki are among the most helpful, kind and friendly people that I have ever met at any of the UPS Stores. For the past four years, they have assisted my family and I with business cards, letter heads, banners for my booth at the World Of Nations events, miscellaneous printing, notarization and mailing. Ms. Vikki is always available with advice for any project thats to complicated for you.

I spoke to a lady about my late package that I ordered from amazon but is being shipped by UPS. It was supposed to be here by 8pm So I called to locate my package and this store put my package on the wrong truck this morning. The lady I spoke to kept blaming it on Amazon and continued to raise her voice higher than mine when I was talking. So I asked for her name to be able to complain about her and she told me ‘I’m not allowed to give out that information’ and hung up on me. TERRIBLE customer service and very upset customer!!!!! I don’t even want to give it a 1 star.... ZERO stars

Vikki and the team at UPS Store Downtown #4509 did a great job for me. I had an urgent print job that needed to be done and they were on top of it and got it done under time. They even handled the courier service! They really went above and beyond for me and did an amazing job. I highly recommend using them. I know if I need their services again I will.Jeff

I Sent a package thru USPS to this location on 4/11 today is 4/25 I went inside to see if they put it aside or anything. Mr.Terry refused to even look for the misplaced mail he continued to say “if there’s no tracking number then there’s nothing I can do”. What type of franchise is this? He needs to be penalized for his actions towards customers. He’s very rude & inconsiderate. He blatantly don’t care it physically shows through facial expression as well as his choice of words. I know my money matters & I will never go to this location. furthermore, I urge others to do the same even if it is convenient. Let me remind you guys that this was a check to my Landlord, so I can keep a roof over my family’s head. Since we didn’t resolve the issue I had to make out another check to my landlord and that was everything I had. This location deserves no star!

The manager Terry was very rude. I went in for a background check, he never greated me or said anything but come on and stand in front of the computer. He did not explain what I was doing, what the process was and he was very rough with doing my fingerprints. Very rude and when I asked a questioned he never answered he just moved my body in front of the camera. I would never give this UPS any more of my business. A regular customer walked in and he was nice and pleasant.

Not really helpful. Needed to print invitations for my sons birthday party. The store manager said they wouldnt be able to do it because they were behind with holiday printing.Told me to go to kinkos down the street. I never understood giving customers to your competition...Orange Park location is my favorite, wont come here twice.

They lost my package 2 days ago and didnt bother telling anyone. This is not a small package either it weighs almost 20 lbs. They told us they had the package and we could pick the package up tomorrow and then 4 hrs later called to tell us the package was lost 2 days ago. I tried calling them multiple times because they still havent changed the status of the package to lost and they dont answer the phone. If this is how they do business they need to be shut down and not allowed to be in business.

Im not sure who the guy is who works at this location but he was extremely rude. Didnt even greet me, and didnt say anything when I said, goodbye, have a great day Will avoid this location if I can, wish there was another UPS closer to me.

Tried desperately to reach them by phone. I had an urgent shipment that needed to be sent overnight. Was subjected to an answering system that leads you in circles, never allowing you to speak with a person. The only option is to leave a voicemail. I left 3 of them and never heard back.Terribly unprofessional. Very disappointing.---updateturns out is was actually Comcasts poor service to blame for the phone system problem.Im happy to change my review to a positive one.

Well Im glad to see that Im not the only one that recently experienced Terry and Vickis poor, rude, unprofessional so called customer service. Both of the owners need to change their stuck up, snooty behind business skills and present themselves in a more professional I really do give a damn about my customers attitude. Will never step foot in this ups store ever again. And I just came here for fingerprints.

Store was ok, got helped fairly quickly...Issue I have was parking. Drove around the block 3-4 times before I gave up and parked 4 blocks away.. I had a heavy item I needed weighed to estimate shipping costs. Probably wont go back to there location because no parking.

Their website says that they open at 7am. Drove 15 minutes out of my way because I needed something printed last minute, but they don’t open until 8am.

They lost my luggage from a cruise! Its been lost since June 14, 2016! Not a happy camper!
