Wish I would have read the reviews before going in. I paid for the $35 exterior/interior clean and paid an additional $4 for Armoral of the doors and dash. Why that’s not included, I have no clue. I was told the car was done, I checked the inside, and was surprised to see the cup holders and center console weren’t clean at all. My vehicle is a Jeep and I’ll admit, it was very dirty inside to begin with. I pointed the areas out to the crew and they “re-cleaned” it to which I was still disappointed. I asked to speak to a manger and Tim came to speak with me. He was nice, but I could tell that he’s had plenty of these conversations before and said that I should have purchased a full detail if I wanted that level of clean. He showed me his truck and spoke of what product he used to clean the interior which had nothing to do with the situation. He offered to “send it back through,” but I already asked his team to re-clean it, so that wouldn’t have made a difference. I told him I didn’t have time and he offered to take care of me the next time I brought my vehicle in. I could tell that he wasn’t going to offer a discount or help further so I left. I completely understand that the vehicle was filthy, but $43 is a lot of money to still have a dirty gear shifter, dirty center console, dirty compartment on the dash, and water spots on the windows. Tim, if you see this review - I don’t need a response and I don’t need you to resolve the issue. Just do better.

I paid well over $100 for detailing service and asked Elijah who checked me in to have them pay special attention to 2 areas, the area where the hydraulic lift for the lift gate travels and vacuum under the hood where leaves accumulate. The hydraulic lift area should be an area that I should not even have to ask to have special attention since it should be treated just like the rest of the door jambs. It had a cursory wipe at best. Unfortunately I did not get any names, but when I brought this to the attention of the gentleman asking if I was satisfied, his response was we can only wipe it out, there were globs of dirt that I pulled out with him standing right there. When I showed him the accumulation of leaves under the hood he responded that he was not going to mess up his vacuum system to clean that out and that I could take a leaf blower when I get home and just blow them out. He is right there but I paid them a premium so that I could get a better level of service.Added to the lack of attention to areas I asked them to pay attention to there were a number of little spots (areas) that I started noticing after I got home and rapidly became more displeased. I could have gotten the same level of service for $100 less.To me that shows a lack of concern for the customer, a lack of attention to detail on a detail service and a very good reason to never return.

I needed an oil change and needed my car cleaned out also after a recent trip to the beach. I have four kids, including a newborn, and a full-time job and wanted to treat myself to having my car professionally cleaned. Super disappointed in how the cleaning came out. The only reason I didnt give one star is because the guy who did my oil change was great and professional. But just a really sloppy job on the cleaning.

The car wash system they have in place needs upgrades. Also my car antena broke last time I was there. They use to unscrew it and put it back once I’m done with washing. This time I didn’t pay attention if they removed and sure enough when I finished and ask the someone at the exit they checked and said it was broken. The word part is that it broke inside so I’ll have to remove everything and get a new mount with antena. Anyone, these was my last visit at car spa

I highly recommend this place because I was totally satisfied with their amazing service. It is so impressive how they welcome me after came from another car wash with a horrible service. The guy who welcome me at the Car Spa was very courteous and understanding. He refers me to Anna , the receptionist, who is also an understanding lady and very professional. She accepts to give me a discount since I wasnt going to use the full service for the regular price. On top of all, every single employee at this place is so friendly . Tovey was very fast and he did his best to shampoo the inside of my car. Every employee here seem to enjoy the job , smile at everyone and greet the customers in a friendly way. Kids Korner , snacks bar and television are available for customers to enjoy. The place is very spacious and cozy, and it is kept so clean and being sanitized in between ( so helpful during this covid-19) .

Needed interior and exterior wash. Nobody in St. Marys, Georgia does interior without a advance appointment to your home. No time for that. Was well worth the drive to Jax to get it done at my convenience. I got the side order for interior conditioning. I would have given five stars but they missed cleaning my console. I will be back but will do a good inspection before I leave next time. We need a full service Car Spa in St. Marys, Georgia.

Paid almost $100, left car for 2 hours. Very bad job done. Seemed like for $100 bucks only my dash board was shiny everything else washer same. If I need to stand and point what needs to be cleaned and vacuumed- that’s unprofessional.

Took car for detailing payed $75 when I picked it up they didn’t even vacuum the back seat or didn’t shampoo carpet I payed for… didn’t clean windows or wipe anything down. All I got for $75 and 2 hours of my time was a drive through car wash on outside that I could of gone to shell for and nothing else. When I asked for manager to explain why the car didn’t get cleaned inside he told me that they don’t have time today to redo detailing… umm ok then thanks for nothing, won’t come here again

This is the 2nd time I have had a bad experience here. Teenagers running it, the conveyor belt broke, my car had soap spots all over it. One girl was so rude when I pulled up and said first out of her mouth we are short staffed. Its ridiculous!! Will never go there again!! Hunter was the only nice one. They act like they dont care, and the place is falling apart.

Got the lowest price exterior wash for $6. It came with a buy one get one free deal if redeemed with in two days AND THE WASH WAS AWESOME! Love how they hand dry every car after it comes out of the drive true wash. They have tons of vacuum and different washes available to choose from. They even off monthly memberships. Lastly they have very attentive and friendly staff. My vehicle is sparkling and I’ll definitely be back!

This car wash is so short of staff currently it takes a hour to two hours for service. I visited last Friday and even with this hardly any management in view. This use to be a really nice place but location is very much on the dirty side.

Outside wash looks awesome, but I paid for the full service wash. I understand you wont be able to get all the sand when vacuuming but for $30 I expect a whole lot better than this. I could of pd a neighborhood guy $15 and the inside would of looked tons better. At least try...🤔

I was extremely disappointed. I paid top dollar to get everything done. They didn’t armoral the interior. The door jams were still dirty. The door handles were dirty. The cup holders were dirty and the console was still dirty as well. Car Spa was always my go to bed place when i wanted my car super clean. I paid $40 and then had to come home and do it myself. I won’t be going back.

Not very busy, they need a better menu with different prices. Free $8 car wash only no inside cleaning.up sale on the oil change gets you a different price for inside cleaning. Ends up 75 bucks dont forget the tip because these people are doing the work not the company.😜😛 I just took the wash and vacuumed it myself for $3 bucks. I dont know, maybe I was just being picky that day?

AVOID! Incompetent workers. Left my husband’s window DOWN while going thru car wash. Entire interior was flooded. Wasn’t even offered a refund or even an offer of additional free services (not that we’d want to come back)- but he was told “well you are getting a free detail now” as all we wanted was a wash and vacuum. Jeez- how kind of you to clean out all the water you caused. I called and was told by the manager, Austin, “well we don’t offer refunds unless the customer asks. We just clean up and fix up the car”. This wasn’t just some poorly done job that my husband complained about- they left his window down during the car wash! Less than stellar customer service, especially for such a disastrous experience. Spend your money elsewhere.

Despite paying for an interior cleaning, there was no attempt at cleaning the inside. It would be ok if they missed a spot, but you could see dust shine all over the dash board, hard to miss. Cleaning was at 3pm on a Tuesday so it wasnt busy at all. The staff just does not care.I would advise against paying for the interior cleaning. Very low service.

The drive through wash is great, but the exterior and interior details are useless. They just slater chemicals and coatings over seats they obviously havent cleaned at all, and the exterior they literally waxed right over spots that the wash missed without cleaning them again.Only come here for the drive through, dont waste your time on a detail service.

Made mistake of expecting a real detail NO WAY missed blatant spots on corner of 3 windows almost like they tried on 1 window then did the middle and not the edges of window, interior dusting was a joke, nor did they clean between my rims it still had break dust on edges. Expect a general wash missing alot of things for $40 i still had to go home and detail what the detailers missed body wash was nice and clean but ill be washing my own car from now on because i seem to be better qualified than the “professionals” that had the nerve to work on my car this was my first and last time going to car spa in this location at least probably a good wash for a older car but if you have a newer car like mine you wont be satisfied at least from my experience no thanks.

The most disappoint time ever , I when with a black tacoma and come out with something white on ,the manager said is paint ,impossible i live and park my car in my driveway no one and meant no one paint in my house or around there the inside is not finished and still dirty ,,never again, if i could i give you 10- thanks for nothing. So I recently took a trip to Tennessee. We did make a mess in the car and did visit a safari where the animal food did get spilled. I made sure though that there was no trash or clothes or anything else to make it easier to clean. I basically paid $36.57 to have run through a car wash and have my dash wiped and my rugs vacuumed. I watched employees leave my car sitting while I waited an hour. Then they argued over who was to clean up. I was finally called and told sorry for my wait that the manager started it and left it. I am attaching pictures. Complete waste of my money.

Had a great experience here when my usual car wash place was closed. Theyre open until 7 pm here which make so much more sense for my schedule. They may have acquired a new lifetime customer! I got the gold wash package so they give you a basic exterior and interior cleaning. PLUS windows cleaned inside and out, wheels cleaned, tire shine, and full wipe down by hand. I was very impressed with the service. The car is gleaming again. (Im a clean cat neurotic.) Im seriously considering the monthly unlimited gold package--unlimited gold level service car washes for just $42.99 per month. If you get your car washed every week, this is a bargain!

Waste of time and money. The shiny tires gave me a false sense of satisfaction. When I walked to the front of my car the bug stains were still there. Then got in the car and was sadly disappointed when I saw the vacuum job. Maybe the quality is better when they are not busy, but that was my first and last visit.

I was a v loyal client and had my car cleaned there many many times and did oil change & Maintance a few times .. I went there last week and after I left I didn’t find my clothing and accessories order that were in my suitcase 🧳 inside the car when I got it cleaned!!!! Someone stole my purchases and I belame myself bec I trusted them .... never ever leave any thing in your car to me it was a mistake... I just had to stop by and get my car washed to feel more organized to finish up the rest of my business... Never will go back just bec trust is v v major no one should be allowed to steel items from a trusted vehicle owner getting their services... workers are responsible for the work they do ... !!!!! They did not do good job cleaning the inside of the car.

I have been here several time. Experience has taught that they can do an excellent job - but you have got to check your car before you drive off. Do not be afraid to let them know they missed somthing. The last time they completely forgot to open the back hatch, did a half-way job of cleaning the inside, and missed the front bumper. I pointed this out and without any hesitation the crew got right back on the car and did a good job. They are busy with lots of cars lined up but they will take the time to do your car right, if you ask!

I paid $45 dollars for a car wash and paid using my pin. I ended up with a fraud charge of $65 from the same place on the same day as a Point of Sale transaction. Had to cancel my debit card. Very disappointed, no excuses for that.

I was on this side of town so I thought I would try this place out. For whatever reason they could not get the car washing machine to work for nearly 10 minutes When I went inside they couldnt get any registers to work and I was asked to come back to the counter several times to try to pay. The staff inside was very friendly and apologetic for their operations not working properly. The staff outside that handled the cleaning of my truck that the machine didnt do was not as friendly. As I was checking over my vehicle I noticed there was a rag left on the center console. It was no big deal but as I inspected the cabin of the truck they had missed over a dozen different spots that needed cleaning. So, I guess its good they left the rag so I could finish their job. As I spent close to 10 minutes finishing their job none of the outside workers asked me if there was anything they could do. They just stood by and watched me do their job for them. I will not come back to this establishment for any reason that I can fathom. If you decide to have your car washed at this establishment just playing a little extra time and a little extra elbow grease before the job is done right.

Ive only been a couple times for a wash and basic detail and they did a pretty thorough job. I did have to ask them to go over the dash one more time to get some areas they missed, but they asked me to inspect it before I left, which was nice. Only 4 stars because you cannot tip on a credit or debit card and their atm was down so they encouraged me to buy them a car spa gift card as a tip, which seemed ridiculous. I had some change that I asked the cashier to exchange for bills and gave them a cash tip.

They messed up my cars paint job they sprayed on the pre soak in the hot sun and it baked to my car I have a black car now its all cloudy and they are going to wax it give me a hard time about it havent had it done yet

I used to love coming to this place. Good atmosphere to wait in. Always could use a coupon here because the prices might not always be the cheapest in town but if you had a coupon it was worth it. Just came in today to find out the prices went way up. What I used to pay for $16 worth is now $22. The 30% coupon I used to get for getting an oil change can no longer be used so no more coupons. Per one of the employees it is under new management and he/she was the one who made that decision on these changes. Well looks like this will be my last visit to this place. I will go elsewhere. Thank you new management

If I could give zero Stars I would period on Saturday my husband daughter and I walked in to see what services they offered. We had two vehicles to be detailed it was 4:15 p.m. the girl behind the counter said it will take a couple hours. I said thats fine. Then she said it will take 5 to 7 hours. I said its only 4:15 p.m. and you close at 7:00 p.m. so it cant take 5 to 7 hours. She looked at me crazy and I asked to speak to the manager then she just stared at me period so we walked out and well be getting our car detailed elsewhere!

Stay clear away from their 186.00 package.. it is no different then their cheaper detail. I will no longer use their services again. I payed 186.00 for the full detailed package and their was no attempt to remove old wax in the edges. It was NOT worth the 186.00 dollars I payed. Their quality of work has deteriorated. The gloss was poor... very disappointed with their services.

Im afraid of mechanical carwashs because of an antenna break on a Harley-Davidson pickup truck that you cant get the antenna for any more so for the last 8 years I never went in one ,i washed myself until I came to the car spa they assured me vehicle would be safe and they did a excellent job the Staff gets an A-Plus for me will return again

The wash machine caused damage to my passenger side window, they claimed they would take care of repair 2 days later I call and now they aren’t covering it my window surely was not broken before the wash. If they don’t care about my car do you think they care about your. These are machines things go wrong but to not take responsibility for your business doing damage to my vehicle . Extremely disappointed with the service here. Arrived at 1 PM and purchased a car wash including the express seat treatment as well as express polish. I was told that it would take approximately 4 hours for my car to be done. That did not bother me, and they offered that I could leave and they would call me when my car was done. I left my phone number. Four hours later, I called them for an update and I was informed my car was finished. Why wasnt I called?Upon arriving, I was surprised by the marks still on the exterior of my car that had not been cleaned. A representative saw me walking around my car and came over. When I showed him the spots, he was able to wipe them off, which I thanked him for.Upon inspecting the interior, I noticed that only the front of my front leather seats were conditioned, and not the back. In the picture I have attached, you can see the upward swipe of the front half of the head rest, but the entire back is bare. My windshield was also wiped off in a hurry, with many smudges I had to take care of myself. I called the phone number to confirm the back of my leather seats would be conditioned in the express seat treatment, and the representative confirmed that should have been included.For four hours of service, my car looks like it received maybe 30 minutes. Dissatisfied and will not be returning.

Not sure why but my car wash was not great! I had water spots on the windows and mirrors, My dash was not touched, and my mats were still dirty when I had to pay extra to actually get them cleaned. Its gonna be mobile detailing for me from now on.

Car Spa brought my car back to life. I got my car detailed here, and they did a fantastic job. My car looked nearly new. While I waited, I was able to relax in a comfortable lounge where you can buy snacks and wait on your car.The detail service I got was pretty lengthy, but I didn’t mind because I want my car nice. I wasn’t disappointed. The waxing on the car was high quality and they did an amazing job polishing my leather seats. I also got the high speed buff which help remove some of the scratches I had on my black car. Black car are the worst to show cracks, but they were able to fix that. Awesome! I may purchase the membership. It was really a great experience.

They forgot about my car and left it sitting in their outside area for at least an hour without realizing that no one finished cleaning my car. They didnt want to finish it and offered a free car wash. That was unacceptable. I had to ask that they please finish the job.

One of the newer automatic car washes attached to the gas station I particularly like this one its clean its fast and does a good job. The big feature for me is theres a special attachment that scrubs the tires which is often overlooked. Its like going to the Disco with all the flashing lights and well worth the money

They really went out of their way for me. I am disabled and they helped me in every possible way and ways I didnt think were possible. Great place to get your car washed and the inside done very nicely.

Just spent $40 for interior and exterior wash and there is still sand and Cheerios in my car. They vacuumed the rugs but didn’t even vacuum the seats. So disappointed.

My experience with them, was to say the least, unsettling. I had forgotten about some money I had left in my ashtray. When I went to get the money, it was gone! They tell you, dont leave anything in the car. They cleaned it out, quite well.

None of the employees working the oil change were wearing a mask. The people that literally sit in your car to get information WEARING NO MASK. It is disgusting, selfish, and I hope they stay safe while spreading their germs to everyone they provide service to.

Best automatic car wash in town

They damaged paint in several spots on both sides of doors using high pressure washer after stating hand wash and wax now waiting on them to fix damages. They of course tried to deny damages but they do a walk around car prior like at a rental car place. Their pressure washer is set at 200psi which is not recommend for use on cars can cause nicks in paint per consumer report website which it did. As well as its recommended to stand back 4-5 feet to rinse car if use and that didnt happen either..manager stated will check cameras and get back with me in 24-48 hours... Beware.

Car spa has been great in the past but I took my silver 2012 Jeep Liberty here and I paid 45 bucks after tax for a wash and detail and I ended up having to clean areas of the car they missed when I got home. They left dust on alot of the dash and didnt clean alot of the door jambs or center console that well. Streaks on some windows also. I had to spend about 10 dollars in cleaning products and wipes to clean up what they missed. I doubt they read or respond to these reviews but I am not satisfied with paying 45 dollars and it not being as good of a job.

My husband brought my car to be cleaned (without me knowing) and one of the staff stole a $100 bill from my car! There was a $100, $20, & $10 bill in my card holder. Upon getting the car back, a staff person says we found $30. My husband tells me this when he gets home & I have to explain they didnt find ANYTHING. They STOLE a $100!!

I never post reviews, but this is an exception. I did look and see that someone recommended to get the exterior wash only and maybe thats the trick - dont expect to get what you pay for if you want to pay for a good quality detail and get a good quality detail. I paid $45 today for a full wash, towel dry, wax, and leather seat treatment. So, I drove out of my way to go there because they used to be the best...recap of my day. I came home and actually looked at my car. I came home and vacuumed it. I bought the leather wipes so I can do the work they didnt do that I paid for. I bought cleaning wipes so I can wipe down the console that they didnt wipe down and tomorrow Ill clean the glass. They at least got it washed and waxed. Going there - wait for 45 minutes and potentially get the same kind of work I got today. I would much rather take my time than go waste my time wondering what kind of service the general manager will get for me tomorrow. I would never in a million years recommend going to them if you want to get your car detailed. Go to Bubbles on San Jose and Old St. Augustine.

Bathroom looks like something out of a 3rd world country.

Completely unimpressed. Brought my truck in for a detail. When I was called over I I noticed the step rails were still dirt, floor mats had not been cleaned. I ask the gentleman too look at all of it. He said cant put the nee guy on stuff. I sat back down and when they called back over, assume it was done. I got in to notice the cup holders and center console had not even been wiped. I then call him over again to point it out. Then notice bugs still on the grill. After if was done he asked what else I see. At this point Im over it. In the meantime there was an employee almost freaking out because he cant find his phone. Will not return. Heading home to detail my truck all over.
