By far, the best automated car wash in Jacksonville.I got the unlimited $34.99 package, and I couldnt be happier.It gets everything. From the wheels to the luggage rack. Everything looks brand-new every time I pull out.The employees are awesome. Always personable, cheerful..I had been going to Zips Car Wash for about a year, I thought they were good, but I will never go back after experiencing Island Time Car Wash..100% happy, satisfied customer..👍👍👍

Great service initially. However I haven’t used them in almost a year and I got a charge for $50 out of the blue and I only agreed to a one time charge a year ago. I’m disputing it and I’m concerned they’ve been doing this for that year! No paperwork no signature. I smell fraud.

Had a coupon for a free wash so not much room for any complaints. Compared to Camel, I deducted a star because the actual drive thru wash machine doesnt clean the exterior as well. And I also deducted a star because they dont provide air fresheners, cleaning towels, window cleaner, degreaser and the list goes on. For a free wash though, solid. No complaints.

This is an EASY 5 stars to give. Island time did a spectacular job on my car, youll read that plenty of times in these reviews. However, they went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND with my Jeep. We traveled across country from AZ with our dogs and I had an embarrassing amount of dog hair in the truck. They took way more time than they usually have to to make my interior spotless. They also pointed out some ways to get more value for my dollar. I really appreciate how I was treated and the job that they did. I will be back for sure (with more tip money for that poor interior guy).

Like the place, I can’t give it 5 stars coz of two things. 1 compared to other car washes I’ve used before this one is slow. So if there’s 4 cars ahead of you make sure to spare about 15 minutes. Two I paid for tire shine with my unlimited service but the tire shine never works. When I asked an attendant, he said the liquid has been out. I guess it’s been out the last 15 times I’ve been there. Otherwise the car leaves the bay clean and shiny and the staff is amazing.

Love the monthly membership option here. I actually travel to this location even though I have a car wash close to me in TC. Island Time is a better price and I dont have a ton of spots after a wash even if I dont towel dry after.

We moved recently from the San Francisco Bay Area & I happened upon this lovely car wash. The Manager Jacob greeted me & was so wonderful kind and professional, I signed up right away for a monthly car wash membership. I came back through again today, Jacob was there again with a big warm smile & I had the opportunity to meet his brother Devon who is also a Manager who jumped in right away to help me with an issue I was having with my car (he’s mechanical!)Albert who has washed our cars has provided top level service. Highly recommend this spot for all your car wash needs & their “speed pass”!

I absolutely love this place. Everytime I go in the guy at the front, I think his names Jacob, greets me with the biggest smile. I normally just do the unlimited wash plan, but i tried the full service and Alberto made sure I was happy with the detail job and it was worth the $$. I would highly recommend giving them a try and if youre a car person, the wash plans are the best!

It’s the small things that matter. Conan cleaned my car with care and he wanted to make my car looks nice. He took time to clean the bugs off the front and showed that he wanted me to be happy with service. His helpful attitude is a absolute winner! I would recommend this car wash service for its price and service!

Everyone is always smiling and professionals. The cleaning is fantastic, my car is always spotless. My only complaint is that the vacuum area sometimes has a urine odor, perhaps during afterhours there maybe some homelessness activities going on? Regardless the establishment itself and staff are wonderful.

Ive been coming to Island time for years when it was just a drive-thru car wash and vacuum on your own service. Now that they are under new management, they are offering full service car washes and Im thrilled about it. My car was filled with sand from a weekend at the beach and these guys made it look like new! All of the gentleman working there where so nice and professional. Devon was very kind and accommodating and really went over the top by having me check the car before I left and touching up some areas that needed vacuuming or wiping down. Totally worth my 30 bucks that I spent. Will DEFINITELY be returning!

Please do not use Among Us video game characters to advertise, the developers of this game asked people to not make merch/profit off the images of their characters because they dont benefit from it. Stop stealing art for memes. Its a bad look. Plus, Among Us has absolutely nothing to do with car washes.Maybe instead, buy the game. Or the DLC outfits for your character in the game. Support small devs. The real way, not through exposure.

Decent car wash. I would like to see a rubber floor mat cleaning station with hose and brush in soapy water. Vacuums are ok, seems like the suction could be improved.

Easily the best car wash in Jax. The location is perfect - easy to get in and out from either direction. The price is amazing ($5!) and the monthly option is a great deal. You even get a free dash wipe and air freshener! The vacuums are very strong and are able to handle pretty much anything. Definitely check it out!!

I’ve been using this car wash since they opened. Today I went in and got my car washed and the price is increased to $10 from five dollars. And as luck would have it the rails on the machine broke off the stem of my tire and my tire went flat. The owner Thomas called me later and offered to fully replace the tire. I appreciate this kind of correct business ethics. The service and care makes sense for the price increase.

Some kinda way I paid for one car wash and then all of a sudden Im being charged every month. Went and asked them to stop, they supposedly did and a few months later Im being charged again!

This car wash is legit. They don skimp on the amount of soap, wax and water they drench your car with! The dryers are very strong too. Worth the $15 for the Paradise wash. The tire shine was spot on too. Friendly staff. Will definitely return.

1st Ill say its not the best wash tunnel Ive ever used. They will charge $18 for a single wash. If you live close or willing to drive out there 7-10x the $30 mo. is not too bad.

Wow! My car is sparkling! I just left Zips..after 2 washes my car was still filthy. The gentleman at Island Time sprayed bug-off on my car and then he manually scrubbed it! Hard work! The apparatus in the drive through wash was also far superior to Zips. Thanks so much to Island Time and the wonderful helpful man there!

I have stopped going to Island Time Car Wash. I was a long time customer. We had two trucks that we washed there weekly. A young man was hired that was always on the phone or listening to music and did not pay attention to what he was doing. He almost caused me to damage our 2014 Chevrolet high country due to his lack of paying attention. I have not been back and cancelled the automatic deductions from my account for both trucks.We always got a good wash but the liability was just to great.We wish you could fix this as we did enjoyed your other staff.

Just had my first experience at Island Time Car Wash and it was great! My car was really dirty from holiday travels. Got the $12 wash and it was really quick and my car came out really clean and ready for the New Year! Customer Service was outstanding, they directed me to otheir FREE vacuums which worked great as well! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Great car wash! If you’ve ever been to soapy Joes in San Diego this is exactly like that minus the air freshener and the micro fiber towels. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I go to Island Time Car Wash every time I visit Jacksonville for work. I drive in from Dallas twice a month and getting the bugs and all that junk cleaned off is very important before meeting clients. They do a great job getting me cleaned up and it feels like they earn my business every time I get my car washed because they remember me and the customer service is excellent. Keep up the great work!

I was hesitant at first, didnt really want to stop by due to the bad reviews I read. Later on in the day I dropped by and the car wash went really well. Friendly staff and a good amount of parking spaces for vacuuming. Nice place, recommended it to a friend and he loved it as well.

I drive by about 8 car wash joints on my way to Island Time. As a man who takes pride in his appearance, this is the only spot for me. The owners are good people too. Last time I was there I saw Matt (I think thats his name, one of the owners) helping an old woman across the street. Keep up the good work fellas.

This is my go to car wash in the Jacksonville area. They do a great job

The car wash it self is nice, and does a good job for only $5 for the basic wash, which I feel like does the same job as the $10 wash does, I could not see much difference. They have refused to wash my car 3 of the times that I drove there, saying it was too dirty. As I am here to pay them to wash my car, they refused my money because they did not want to clean it. The service of the workers are not that friendly, and they dont equally prep your car the same way every time you go, some times they felt like prepping and, and other times they did not care. The only reason I come back is because the machine does a good wash for $5, but the service is not that great. I rather pay extra somewhere else where I feel the workers are more pleasant to do business with.

Dont go here. If they break something on your car good luck. They will never call you and you are on the hook to fix it. Horrible place. Been there 50 times and this is how they treat customers. Poor

Someone stole my car mat (trunk) in this place!I took it out to clean from my Santa Fe, I left there to dry and disappeared!The manager didnt get responsibility for that.And asked me to look into trash can... what?It was a brand new car mat, a original and big one!So, stay away from this place!If you have any situation that you need their help, you are screwed! If you only need the machines, you are good...

Please fix the last set of dryers. There is a noticeable difference. One the left is missing and the one on the right does nothing. I have to bring a towel with me to get it as dry as that last set of blowers used to. Good carwash, lots of vacuums, and a friendly staff. Please keep this place as good as it was when it opened.

Horrible! Heard loud noise going through the wash then noticed scratches on my car. Brought to their attention and I was told I could not prove anything. They would not fill out an incident report but took my name and number to get back with me. Never did. Emailed from their website and still never a response. Cancelled my monthly membership.

Always great, they hand/broom/pressure wash the car before you even go through the actual car wash. Also FREE vacuums! Def worth every penny.

According to there hours of operation online they open at 8:30 on Saturdays. I waited over an hour and no one showed up. I watched car after car come and go, thinking they were open as well. I called and left multiple messages asking for someone to let me know when they were finally open. Still havent gotten a call. If I hadnt purchased a Groupon I wouldnt have ever returned. Service was average at best. Maybe they should work on their customer service.

As an outside salesman I am on the road constantly and my vehicle gets really dirty really fast. I take my car to Island Time once a week and it comes out looking better than any other express wash in Jax! I am talking about streakless windows and glossy tires! The owner is very helpful and takes pride in the quality of wash he provides. I recommend it to everyone!

I am going to write what my experience was using this place.It was a Friday early in the morning and I paid five dollars to go through the car wash and use the vaccums at the end. I think it was about a minute into the service that I heard a buzzer go off and the attendant stopped the machines. Apparently the person in front of me did not have their car in neutral and that is all I was told in the end. So we all sat there in the wash for about 6 minutes and it started up again. My car is being rolled forward and I notice it looks like I am going to be rolled into the car in front of me so I am hitting my breaks while the machine is still trying to push me forward, I hear some rubbing noises, a little bit of squeaking and I am thinking to myself either my brake pads get screwed up or I hit this persons car, so I went with the break pads but luckily the attendant stopped the car wash again.So we are sitting there for about another 6 minutes, the attendant flags me to roll down my window and he says we are going to use your rollers to push their car out, and I am trying to be polite so I dont argue at all, afterall, people should help each other. So the attendant tells me press down on my brakes and being naive to car mechanics I comply. I feel this roller coming under my car and I am holding onto my breaks while the roller is forcing its way underneath the vehicle. I hear a lot of rubber squeaking, some metal sounds, and the left side of my car is being lifted up into the air as this roller is fighting my brake pad to roll under my car. At this point I am thinking I just want out of this car wash.So the roller makes its way under my car and it hitches on to the one in front of me pushing the car out but now I am stuck in the car wash :). So I am waiting longer now for the next roller to push me out and as it does I dont think my tire was properly aligned because I hear more rubber dragging agaisnt metal and finally I am trying to straighten my wheel, more loud squeaking until the attendant stops the car wash for a third time. I put my car in park and I get out to see what is happening and the attendant says to me, What are you doing!? I am at a loss of patience so I reply back, What am I doing, what are you doing? He mumbles something about free car wash bring your car back around to run through it. I get back in my car, put it in drive and get the heck out of there then drive back through to get what I paid for the first time but I never got a free car wash in the end.I go online and fill out their contact form and no one has ever emailed me about this incident. I called them while I was at work a couple weeks ago and they told me a manager will contact me. I think the manager called me one time two days later but I am at work so I missed the phone call. I called back the number I believe three times no one picked up or called me back.That was my experience at Island Time Car Wash Express.

They did a great job of detailing the outside of my car but the inside of my car they missed some spots which kind of irked me to have to do it myself once I got home after I just paid all that money to get it cleaned anyways they clean your car the outside really well just make sure you check it out on the inside before you leave and they will fix it if its something that they missed
