The wash was good, the $18 total for the included vacuums was not. There was more trash blocking the vacuum hoses than in the actual cans. I get the cost includes the labor for the guy putting the plastic on my wiper blade but cant ya add to his job description look at hoses

Only went here because I was physically unable to hand wash my car. Way too much soap and not enough rinsing....plus I have paint damage from the equipment. I know owner assumes full responsibility, but this is ridiculous for a $10 car wash.

I got stopped half way through the car wash and sat there for 6 minutes honking waiting for someone to restart it so I could get out. Couldn’t drive out because car was coated in foam. Paid extra to get the tire clean and he sprayed the drivers side headlight, hit the button and went back inside and stayed there while I was stuck honking until someone else was ready to come through.

Love this car wash. Its better to join and pay monthly. The employees are great too. They really know their customers. Wont go no where else.

This place is the Best Priced and Best all-around Car wash Business in town... the owner is nice and owns a body shop in case something happens. Plus the crew there are awesome people. Ask for Scott and Shawn and make sure to BE NICE!!!

Fast and easy. The wash does a pretty good job, and theres plenty of spots to vacuum and dry your vehicle afterwards.

Went in for a car wash and left with a bolt in my tire. Due to the fact that Emerald Oasis Car Wash was negligent in the upkeep of their facility and grounds. When I arrived I was approached by employee who assisted with payment. He then directed me to the car wash and guided me on to the track which he watched and saw my brand new bolt free tire until It was attached properly to the track so he saw my brand new tire wasnt damaged. After the car wash was completed I went directly to the area next to the carwash still on their ground to vaccum the car which is a part of thr carwash that I paid for and thats where the disaster happen. I attempleted to speak to a manager for assistance and I was rudely spoke to by a young man who said their was nothing he was going to do he was the only one who ran the location and wouldnt give me any information for the owner or corp and told me to leave the grounds without any help ,police was called it was a complete nightmare and I was over an hour in a half away from home stranded and it was close to 100 degrees outside. I will never go back and thats why I given them the lowest rating. Horrible customer service!!! The WORST!!!

Went in to wash my car. My daughter and I walked over to look at the lazer car wash , she was asking how it worked . As I was explaining to her the attendent/owner , asks if she would like to see how it works.He gave us a free wash just to let my daughter see how it worked. She was very excited !! I was greatful that he would do such a thing!! I had never used Oasis before that day, now I will frequent Oasis, because this kind gentleman went out of his way to educate my daughter!! Its a nice car wash with good service.

Big Pros: Great wash, decent vacuums included, floor mat cleaner works well, and good quality rags to wipe down inside car. Small Cons: Could use a better drying system as it left water all around which leads to spots. Will still continue to use as it is a good wash system.

Great way to wash my truck, but, there were a lot of bugs left on my grill and some remaining soilage past the wheel well. Love having the vacuum for free. Even though no will have to still detail some at home, this will help me wash my truck quicker.

This is one of my 2 favorite car washes in Jacksonville. Its got free vacuums. But Im kinda disappointed lately because they arent cleaning out their vacuum tubes super well. Other than that, I love it. Its even got a vending machine for car stuff.

Wash isnt bad but vacuums are TERRIBLE it was already not as good as the other car washes in town, BUT it was the cheapest. Until recently they raised the price to match the better places. so Ill just go to the better washes in town..

Do not waste you money. 20 dollars and my truck was covered in soap when I can out and the guy wouldn’t let me go back through to rinse it off. Ended up with scaley soap stains from the cheap soap.

This has been my go to place up until today. Always liked vacuuming my vehicle out before the wash but for the past 3 trips there those vacuums have been turned off. When I looked at the opposite side, there was one available vacuum and 4 cars in line to go through the wash. With so many other car washes in town, Ive decided to take my business elsewhere.

Standard car wash place. They do offer free use of the vacuums with a car wash. Prices range from $5 to $19 for a car wash. They do have monthly plans which will pay for themselves if you get more than four washes a month. The plans allow you to wash your vehicle once per day for 30 days. Down side is that the plans are only good at this location.

Basic wash is $1 less than next nearest auto wash. $1 for the win. They could let the jet dryer go a little longer imo. Weird parking lot seems designed to trap you in and deter you from changing your mind when there is a line.

Great place for a car wash if you are willing to wait. They are especially busy on weekends, but you get to vacuum out your car for free before the wash. I gave it 4 🌟 b/c of how long it takes to get to the start of the line.

Spent $19 on a wash and when done went to vacuum the car and the vacuums had NO suction at all and when speaking to a guy that worked there all he could say was that you will just have to vacuum over and over. I stopped there bc I have never had this issue with the vacuums and loved using the wash but this time was a waste of my money and they didnt even apologize or anything. I will NEVER go back there again.

Come here often for a carwash! Love the free vacuums! My only complaint is the automated carwash fails to get the tough dirt off of the lower parts/corners of the car. I have to use the towels to wipe the corners off afterwards. Do note that you will have to hand dry your car after it gets washed. They do however, provide towels onsite by the vacuums.

A very efficient auto carwash and reasonably priced.

Pros: The employees were friendly and helpful. The car wash was quick and effective. Providing free vacuum, windex, and towels is great!!Con: It took me approximately 1 hour to vacuum out my vehicle because the vacuum I was using had little suction power. I had to press HARD into the surfaces to have it pick anything up. Maybe I just had a dud hose or something, but it was pretty awful.

Crazy busy on the weekends and not a great parking lot layout. No signs for directions and I had to back out next to the line of cars trying to get washed. Loud music from several cars and two employees just walked by not saying anything. Expect to dry your own car, the air vents didnt do anything for me. (Ford Fusion) Staff didnt even try to talk to me, even though my window was down or while drying/finishing my car.

They are right up the road from my house. I waited in anticipation for them to open. Whenever I need a wash and vacuum Ill come here every time. I like that you can vacuum for free after a wash. They also offer free window cleaning solution and micro fiber towels for detail cleaning and drying. Super convenient and super affordable. The parking lot is a little confusing on the back side......but I love this place.

If I could leave NO stars I WOULD! I bought my husband a 2015 Dodge Charger had it for 2 years. Come to OTHER car washes every two week! Today HE came through this car wash and it RIPPED the bumper CLEEEAN off the damn car! We are now sitting in the parking lot.... with a almost brand new car.... with the bumper on the ground. DO NOT COME TO THIS CAR WASH!

My 1st time ever getting my vehicle cleaned at this wash and was disappointed when I pulled out and saw soap still all over my jeep. In this hot sun and driving with soap still on my jeep, not good. I will not return to this place and i will tell my family to not go here.

Free vacuums and nice staff, I went through a wash and the tire shine was having issues and only was on half my tires, came back an hour later and they had no problems sending me right through the wash again to fix it.

Fantastic place. I would recommend the $10 wash cause it comes with tire shine. The vacuums are free to use and they have rags and cleaning spray provided for you.The wash is quick but very thorough. I come here so often I recently bought the membership. For $30 a month I get unlimited washes. So Ill be washing my car twice a week or more.Im sort of OCD when it comes to my car lol.

Horrible car wash. Scratched my truck up and down the sides. Manager would not even speak to me. Dont ever take your car here. Will be filing an insurance claim against them and vandelism. BEWARE

I am not sure how it normally is here. I came here a little before 9:30 in the morning on March 10. There was one person working at the time. He seemed more interested in cleaning his own car instesd of prepping the customers before going into the wash. Hardly touched my car. There were little towels in the racks and if you want a free vacuum just pull up from gum branch and park in the furthest parking spot where the vehicles exit the wash. You can pull up and vaccum and then leave and not have to worry about paying or anyone saying anything. I only came because I normally go to splash N dash and they were currently closed at the time so I figured I would try this place at. I definitely will not be coming back here unless I want a free vaccum.

Cool place. Decently priced car wash. Has a live staff to assist which is nice. And, an untimed vacuum session comes free with the price of the carwash. They even offer drying towels and windex for no additional charge. My only gripe would be that I kind of hate it when someone feels the need to play their music really loudly while vacuuming their car.....not everyone wants to hear whatever that person is listening to, and I occasionally bring my kids. So, not all of the music is appropriate for little ears. I would completely support a dont blast your radio policy. Otherwise, great spot. Highly recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE. After paying $19 came out with soap all over my truck and the heat started to make it settle into my truck. Had to make the employee respray my truck down with water to get the soap off. Worst place in Jacksonville hands down.

I went to this car wash and the guy guided me the wrong way so when I pulled in there it scratched my rims and when I confronted the guy he told me “i must have hit something else because it wouldn’t scratch my rims” and refused to talk about it after that.

Good car wash for the price, yes there are free vacuums with good suction, lots of patrons only use the vacuums and dont pay for the wash. I have been guilty of this in the past but I always go once or twice a month and pay for the wash as well.
