I want to take this time so give a shout out to Erin Brooks, on last week there was an issue with my Drivers license, so my first call was to Erin, I explained the situation, Erin says let me make a call, Ill call you back, long story short, her very professional mannerism, and paying attention to detail, Erin got me the necessary paperwork I needed, not only that was very gracious in compensating me for what may have caused an inconvenience. We need more Erins in the world, that do what they love and love what they do!!!!!!

Spoke with Julia and ask why they didnt inform me or notify me about a possible lapse in my homeowners insurance policy that is escrowed. She continued to speak loudy, and blamed everything on Erin. Once I asked her why she was upset Im the customer she completely lied and said I attacked her. Mind you we inky spole by phone. Shes completely rude and this office needs to be shut down if you just take people money and not service the client. I will have my whole family write a review as well as contact the insurance bureau to file a compliant and the better business bureau. Julia continued to yelled and said I speak with Erin cause she has nothing to do with it and hung up.

Bob Brooks will help you in any way he can with your insurance they are polite and courteous I know the insurance business havent known them for quite a few years very reliable

Bad customer service. I paid for a policy that I never received. I never got my money back. When I tried to talk to them about it they would not listen. They were very rude and disrespectful. Very bad service. I need my money returned back to me.

Worst auto insurance agency ever. Its cheap. But they force you into auto payment. Was a day late paying due to my pay from work at that time, they canceled my insurance same day -100⭐s

My only complaint is there is no website to just pay online. Or even over the phone. Only automatic debit 😕

Kristin that works there was very rude and unprofessional I was clearly aggravated because they deducted money from my account when I sent in the signed letter that Kristin advised me to send in to her email with my signature to remove the automatic payment and when I called in because of this she was nasty and could care less and when I asked for a manger she laughed and said she was the manager that’s unacceptable.
