I’m not sure how I’m finding such positive reviews. Absolutely terrible customer service from this agents office, every time I call. We have multiple policies, pay ahead of time and have never filed a claim, and still I found it necessary to switch to another local agent. Save yourself time and go elsewhere!

I reached out to get a quote and ended up going with them for homeowners and auto insurance. They were incredibly helpful and made sure I knew all the details applicable to my policy. They even met with me the day of a hurricane to fully explain the policy.

My agent, Courtney, was in constant contact I compared the rates thru a broker and got a higher homeowner quote with an agency I never heard of. I have been a customer of State Farm since 2003 and have continued to use them for all our insurance and loan purposes. We are military so we move a lot. Weve dealt with several offices through the years and have always had a wonderful experience. This office is by far the worst! We got a homeowners and flood quote PRIOR to making an offer on a waterfront home. We were told a price only to find out the week before closing that the homeowners was wrong AND MUCH MORE MONEY. And now its the day before closing and we are STILL waiting for a quote on the flood portion.Weve had to spend thousands of dollars forthis mistake and may not even be able to purchase this house. Weve already started our move from PA to NC with 2 kids and may not have anywhere to go. This kind of mistake that Hannah made really affected our family and the way we feel about this office. Make sure if you request a quote that its a real one and not just some lazy one they decide to give out.

We got State Farm at first for our vehicles, it was cheaper than what we currently had. my wife had an accident where she wasnt injured however our vehicle was totaled.. The ladies at State Farm were very professional and helpful. They helped my wife with a rental, which we didnt have to pay for.We were so impressed with them for the excellent treatment that we got after the accident that State Farm now insures our boat, house. and property. we would give Tina Glover and her State Farm Agency five stars every time were asked.

Tina Glover state farm has amazing customer service. We have been with them for a little over four years now.Over memorial weekend I purchased a travel trailer and needed insurance. The office was closed (as it should be). I messaged tina privatly to ask her some question about insurance for it and she contacted one of her employees and had them set me up on their personal time so that I could use my camper over the weekend. Why would you ever buy a place based on a quote? Those change. That is why it is just a quote. It was a stupid move on her part and had nothing to do with State Farm nor the Tina Glover branch. Secondly, when i first moved down here from CO my insurance with state farm ( car and renters ) was all messed up. After Hannah looked at it she instantly spotted mistakes and fixed it quickly. She found that i was wrongly charged many times by the branch in CO and helped resolve that. I didnt have to pay anything for car insurance for quite some time after that because i had credit on the account after. Simply put, they are good at what they do, are very polite and helpful, and definitely deserve 5 stars.

The WORST insurance company ever. Misquoted on auto insurance. Was called a month later that insurance would increase by $50. Then got the bill in and was also charged $23 more dollars for a policy change that wasnt our fault. STAY FAR AWAY.I am no longer with this company. 10/15/2015.

I was previously insured at Nationwide for 3 years and when I switched to Tina Glovers agency, I saved so much more on my auto insurance, as well as my home insurance. While in the office starting my policy, she provided so much information about her other products including life insurance. No one ever properly prepares for a death in your family and it never crosses your mind on a daily basis but she showed so much compassion in explaining my options and she got myself, and my family covered for the future. Dont get a policy here. Go through another agent. The customer service is horrible even when speaking to the agent herself. Lack of follow through with changes. They wont accept responsibility for their actions either. They cost me $90 in overdraft fees because they drafted the incorrect account after I requested a banking change. Sadly, I called to make sure it was done and I was told not to worry. The change was made. The change was never made. Tina herself refused to reimburse me the $30 I requested for an error her employees caused. I wasnt even asking for the full $90.State Farm has always been an excellent company. We have taken our policies with us everywhere we go, never had an issue with the agents. If you want even mediocre service, go elsewhere because the service here is horrible.
