I always get great service plus discounts because I have all of my insurance with them.UPDATE 9/30/2021 - I changed my rating from 5 to 3 stars because nobody can answer my question. I am on a monthly payment plan. State Farm is billing me twice for September for the same vehicle. I’ve talked to 5 people and no one can give me an answer and no one will correct this. Seems like I have to file a dispute on their web site. I don’t like my money being stolen for something I don’t owe. 😠

Not even sure where to begin my review. I’m just beginning a new policy. Edie Williams State Farm team’s attention to detail and responsiveness has been top notch. Peter Hensel in particular is an absolute star. I needed multiple policies, support with a third party and help considering options. I was not always the easiest to contact but Peter made sure to find the best method of contact whether email, text or phone. I connected with Peter several months ago and he routinely checked in with us while we comparison shopped, asked questions and made our decision over a two month period. He provided quotes within minutes and where it made sense, he did his due diligence to research answers for things that required extra time. When needed, he called me on weekends or followed up after hours to make things work.We had been with a previous insurer for more than 15 years and were a little concerned about switching. Peter’s personal support has been impressive. It was one of the primary reasons for us choosing this team.

My family has everything with Edie. This State Farm is like family to me. They go above and beyond every time. They actually listen and are not just about sales. The best thing of it all is its affordable. If there is an error (which is very rare) they fix it and own up to the mistake. This is the best place to be.

Once every few years our agent makes contact with us. See how were doing, and to update our account. I.e. cars and house... This visit as with all visits was great . everyone there is friendly and treats us very well, we went through the cars ins , added for no charge mileage discount on my car because i only drive a few miles aday to work, and the new drive app for the wifes car, you know dont mess with my discount on how the car is driven. That one will gain discount. Then we added life ins to me , because you dont think about it, but when i leave my job the life ins stops. So food for thought, lock in smaller life ins rate now verses waiting until later and rates are higher. , Great day at state farm , the life ins should almost be unnoticeable after car discounts kick in. Edie Williams retains my auto policies. So I contacted the Agency on 2 separate occasions to obtain a quote on homeowners insurance for property I was and am purchasing. To date, I have neve received a return call. Its been several weeks. I wonder how long it would take to respond in the event I had a major accident with one of my vehicles?

This is the best StateFarm office in Jacksonville. From the moment I bought my policy, the customer service has been STELLAR. I would be hard pressed to find another agency that gives such attention to detail regardless of the issue, that has my best interest in mind and doesnt see me as just a number but they treat me as a family member - a StateFarm family member.When I bought my policy, I thought my rates and deposit would be an arm and a leg but the deposit and rate was more than resonable, and I could have gone to USAA... Edie Williams was way cheaper. If service matters and you care about how youre treated, even after the policy is activated, then this is where you belong. Please do yourself a favor and call Edie Williams and her AWESOME team, you wont regret it.Oh, and yes, Im a real customer and this is not a paid review. They really are the best!!

My wife and I switched to this agency almost a year ago. It’s next to impossible to get in touch with anyone at the office. I don’t think I’ve ever had a call returned. To set up a new vehicle on our policy I had to call the corporate office. We will be switching to a new agent as soon as possible.
