Weve had Allstate a longggggg time. Time to switch. Rates NEVER go done. Always increases. Deductibles never drop a max of $500 because were existing customers. Just found out recently that coverage on my jeep was completely removed when I called to remove full coverage and just keep the very basic. Nope, they removed it all. Also, when I purchased my $50k jeep back in 04/05 I asked for replacement cost and even sent pics of wheels/tires etc. I just happened to notice its not on there. And it hasnt been for a long time. I continually get the same excuses when I complain about what were paying. Its based on your credit, tickets, accidents. Weve had no accidents in like 2 decades. Credit score is in the 800s. No tickets for decades. Oh...its because the area u live. But we can increase your deductibles. Were totally done with allstate. And this has nothing to do with our new agent. Nice guy. Communicates well. But hes just a pawn with no power. Off to someone else.
