The fella working the front of the business was super helpful and nice. The prices were great and I had a reliable ride while mine was being repaired. I needed to extend my rental and the same fella was able to make a deal to save me money which is always appreciated. 10/10 would recommend over enterprise and will go back here for future rentals.

Reserved a car a week in advance and they still didnt have it. Had to get a refund and wait to until the next weekend and get a vehicle from somewhere else. Not using this place again

Well from my experience from the outside I just returned home from a 8 hour drive to pick up my friend her family (which included 3 children)that had been stranded in another state waiting on assistance from you. You kept telling them that assistance was on the way, which in fact it was not. Initially it was a 6 hour wait that turned into an unexpexted overnight stay for my friend & her family when they had no place to go in another state while it was getting colder & raining during the evening because you could not deliver the promises you were making. I was on the highway at 7:30am the next morning to pick them up when you had reached out to them to say a replacement vehicle would be there in an hour, so she told me not to come, so I turned back only to have to take my day off work at that point to pick them up. From This experience I will never use your services nor will I recommend them.

Long story short. Budget left a family of 5 stranded out of state. 35 total phone calls were made to budget. Over and over a promise was made that the vehicle was on the way to save the day. After 24 hours of being stranded and no rental car in sight I had to call Michigan and get a friend to come and pick us up. I will never use budget again and you shouldn’t either. We became so desperate we had to beg a stranger for help as we had been out in the cold and rain with three children! Funny part is they towed our rental and never brought us one like promised!

The lone man in Jackson was sooooo nice. Using budge from now on instead of Enterprise ( they suck, havent ment our needs the last 2 times weve need a car & budget gas in MI & Ms
