I had an awesome experience with this company. AJ was the young man who came out and fixed my tire and ensured me that he would get me up and running shortly. He was very friendly and professional and I recommend this company and the young man that got me up and running safely.

This group has decades of experience. Their equipment is top of the industry and they are prepared to get the job done. They helped me crank my vehicles and moved some expensive classic vehicles for me. They have the capability to move anything and an extensive fleet of all size wreckers. The owners are nice, the field staff is professional. Nobody really ever wants to call a towing service but I suggest you call these guys!

I dont dislike Hayles Towing... Also, if my car breaks down again; Ill call them immediately... But the driver asked me if I had a mask which I did... Meanwhile, he and his kid were in the cab of the truck without masks for the duration of the trip... Also he could have been more congenial to say the least... I wont go any further about my dilemma... But hey, Im a black dude in Mississippi so...

Google maps asked me how you guys were and I have to say... you were so timely and polite I suppose in a taken for granted kind of way because I barely noticed you :/ . In fact, I dont even remember having my vehicle towed or even coming here so no complaints from me!! Job well done. During the ice storm they didnt even want to come out to help me get my car out the ditch

Response time was ok, but was having my truck towed from my house to a nearby shop. Call to check on the repair of my truck and they said they have the truck but not the keys. Come to find out my keys were found threw in a bucket without being taged by the tow truck driver instead of being placed in the after hours drop box now I have to wait longer on my truck witch I really need. But I promise hayles didnt offer me a discount. Wont be using again

Not professional at all. The woman that works there, if I remember right,her name was Shannon, was selling drugs in in the parking lot. Not some where .I will be doing business again.

Horrible customer service! Wouldn’t tow my car unless I understood in all probability my entire bumper would be ripped off. I told him to leave. It took $84 but he did leave! Money for nothing but the tricks are free!

So they found out we were from out of town and ripped us off. We were quoted 65 dollars for tow, but upon arrival charged 85 insisting it was the mileage that added the difference. Charged for 10 miles at 3 dollars per mile and the driver took the scenic route, of course I googled the miles our hotel is literally 4 minutes from here and the shell station we were at on Beasley was directly in front of our hotel. I absolutely abhor bad business practices. Based on our treatment I recommend to everyone find a more honorable company to do business with

Worse place to Apply for a job Neil will not call you back you call to check on your appreciation they tell you it’s on Neil’s desk and you call he not in the office or he is on the yard he set his hours whenever he feel like coming in he will never call you the people get rude with you
