The best service Ive ever had. Comparing it to the Ford dealership, who refused to look at the issue after telling me when to have the car there, I am so grateful to Jimmies and will recommend them to everyone. Fixed my issue in about 15 minutes.

Best tow company around. i called Phelps and they came out and told me it wasnt worth there time for 60$ to go 1.4 miles. i immediately called jimmies and they had someone there within 15 minutes. cost me 60$ and the driver was great. got everything done super quickly and very friendly. he even backed the car into my really narrow driveway and put it exactly where i needed it. honestly a life saver. huge thanks to the driver, Trey, and big thanks to jimmies for the quick help. only tow company i will be using in the future!!!

Not bad if you need a tow, but thats it. They claim to be in automotive repair facility but are afraid to repair anything. My car sat in the same spot for over a week until they looked at it just to tell me it wasnt something they wanted to get into. Im sorry I thought this was a repair shop that took broken cars and repaired them. Its not. They dont have any real mechanics. They were scared off by a possible burnt wire in a Nissan. My car was a Nissan when I had it towed in so Im not sure what changed over the course of that week. If your car is less than 10 years old foreign or you actually want it back this month I would find a different mechanic. My family and I had used this garage for 20 plus years however after this out of misfortune we will never be returning. A total waste of time and I will be calling Phelps towing for the rest of my life.

Amazing guys they not only towed my car but also brought my extra key with thank you very much. They also brought my vehicle to me where I was at.

Took them 45 min to drive 5 min down the road from there place to get to me. Unfortunately I ran out of fuel and it was not hard for them to run over and put fuel in. Guess next time walking would be faster to get my own fuel. 2 times I have almost been ran off the road by the Jimmy towing truck and several times I am on Michigan Avenue and they speed pass me because I guess me going 55 mph is to slow for them. The driver who has done all this lives on Michigan Avenue right before you enter Parma so beware because this driver will not care if he drives a company trucks. He will pass you or drcie u off the road. Day or night he does not care.know a few other people that have run into this driver and have had bad experiences with him Wont use there services. very overpriced. Go to Phelps.

While the tow truck driver who came to the site of the accident was friendly, he and everyone else I spoke to at the office gave misinformation about my car, the process of getting an estimate of damages, and what could be done regarding my insurance. This misinformation led me to me being unable to file an insurance claim. After being in a bad car accident it would be nice to be able to get clear and accurate information, and this is NOT the experience I had.

Arrived quickly and reckvered my daughters car, took it directly to the shop to be fixed.

I got a nail stuck on my tire as i arrived to pick up food, I was able to get out within 20 minutes (after being told i’d have to wait for someone to arrive within 55 minutes) so extremely helpful, friendly and professional!

Called them two times and they told me 32$ to switch my tires over when I got there they tried charging me 64$

Better than Phelps!! I saved 20 bucks compared to Phelpss price when my driveshaft broke and I needed a tow!

They went above and beyond to get us back on the road!

Calling for a lock out was easy. The driver even picked me up from my building to my car and let me wait in truck so I wasnt standing in the downpour rain. Excellent service!

If I could give a lower rating I would. Had to call this place twice, the person who answered the phone lied and said they would send someone and be there in 11 minutes, waited over an hour had to call back multiple times, Ill never use them again!

We had them pick up my car through Allstate roadside. We told Allstate we needed a flat bed but the first truck was a normal tow truck. We explained to the first driver that we told Allstate we needed a flat bed, but Allstate didn’t relay the information.(so it was Allstates error) The driver was really professional and understanding as my car has front suspension issues and can’t be towed by the front. The second truck showed up within 15 minutes. It was really icy so he couldn’t get up the driveway so I drove my car slowly to the truck. He secured the car and dropped it off at the shop. He was very responsible, ethical, and hard working. I believe his name was Brian.

Professional and timely

Fast and very kind and considerate. We broke down on one of the coldest days of the year. The driver let me and my 2 kids wait in his truck while he was hooking our vehicle up to be towed. He even let my son say #2 loaded over his radio, he thought it was the coolest thing ever!

The driver was super nice and even gave me advice on what could be wrong with my truck.

My husband had an amazing experience here. He was towed by this company to their shop and had to bring my 3 year old son with because I was at work. They not only fixed the issue for cheap they let my son into the big truck to honk the horn and pretend to drive it. He was so happy and excited, which made both of our days! Impressed!!

Jimmies Towing and Auto Service for years has been a reputable business in Jackson County. I recently had an issue with my vehicle and needed some road side assistance on I-94 and without a second thought I knew that if I called Jimmies they would be there in no time and would give excellent service. I was not disappointed. They are the best.

Hands down, best in town! The towing rates are comparable, they treat your car with respect. The repair shop is the best! All of their parts are high-quality. Ive been ripped off before, so Im happy to have found a trustworthy place. And theyre fast. My truck has never been there for more than just the day. I will never take it anywhere else. As a matter of fact, I would have my truck towed as far as they were willing to drive, before I used any other shop anywhere. If youre looking for a good mechanic thats not going to BS you, you found them.

I called AAA who sent a Jimmies truck to help me with some tire trouble, the technician came to my house, suggested it wasnt what I thought it was, and said the guys at Jimmies would be ready to help as soon as I got there. He gave me easy directions, and once I got there, everyone was so nice and helpful. They fixed the problem, for a low cost. Im a new Michigan resident, and its hard to find a trusting auto repair shop like the one I had in Ohio. Based on this small experience I hope to deal with them again!

Had a truck there in 20 minutes. The guy did his best to get the car started, but it had a busted timing chain. Towed it to their repair shop and they had it fixed the day the parts came in for a surprisingly reasonable price. Family business...friendly, very decent people!

The Onleys are fantastic people.The company gets a 1 star due to an employee they named manager named DJ.Bill would never have let this man desecrate his families business. Since Bill passed away this company has gone to the sewer.DJ is disrespectful to everyone and only out to screw you over.The company Sells vehicles without a dealer or resale license. Then uses their tow service to do repossession of them even when citizens payments were made on time. Faulty parts, bad tire repairs you name it he tries to save a buck and charge you an astronomical amount of money to repair.I could go on, but I hope the Onleys fire him for the betterment of their family business.If not the doors will be closed in a few short years due to disregard for proper management techniques.
