Timely and performed job . My only complaint is I supposedly got a special or discount oil change using synthetic oil. I asked if being a senior citizen discount would be a better price. I was told I was receiving a special rate already. My bill was $ 82.00 plus change which is no different from any other place that charges for a synthetic oil change. I don’t think it should be listed as a discount or special when it obviously is not .

First of all their customer service rep (Cedric) was courteous and professional. Although their system was down that day he kept me up to date on availability. As promised my repair (starter replaced) was done quickly and at the price given by The Worlds Best Mean Muggin Foreign Car Specialist.. (dont know his name but Im sure his reputation speaks for itself). Thanks for getting me back on the road!

Cedrick was more than helpful. However, I spoke directly to service tech that was changing my oil about how much oil additive to use. He acted like I insulted his intelligence. I specifically stated to use 1/2 the container. I checked the container as I was leaving and he had used almost the whole bottle. Wish folks would listen. The additive I use is not cheap. And had he listened I would have enough for another oil change. Not so much now

I called at the last minute needing two tires put on. I spoke with Cedric and he assured me that he would try and work my truck in. With it being near the end of the day, I was expecting a call maybe early morning the next day. But as soon as my vehicle was dropped off ( maybe 30 minutes) I was given a call saying my vehicle was ready. This was my first time going to this auto care shop and they will be seeing me whenever I need ANYTHING done. Cedric’s phone presence was absolutely outstanding so I knew from start that I was in good hands. So if you go to Meineke tell Cedric Troy sent ya!Well, he wouldn’t know who I am but it sound good saying it 🤣☺️.

Everyone was so nice and decided to making sure I felt like a valued customer and got actually what I needed fixed.

I went to these guys about 15 months ago. At the time I thought they did a great job fixing my exhaust system. I didnt know any better. Well come to find out they only did 1 of the things they were supposed to fix. To which I found out from another Meineke location. When I called this place to confirm what had actually been done to my vehicle, the woman on the phone not only called me a liar and that anyone can fabricate paperwork she kept cutting me off and was extremely unprofessional to the point I will never take my vehicle to any Meineke if this is the type of people they employ.

Had major work done in my car. I love that they run a check on my car for free. And let me know an estimate before they work on my car.

This was a very expensive trip in and my car was returned to me in worse shape than when I left it there! I had to be towed to there shop,even the tow truck driver said Mam I wish you would rethink taking your car to meineke! He said they totally ruined his mothers car omg I wish I would have listened to that man! My car is totally ruined also! People PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP AT ALL COST!

They DID NOT fix the problem and charged $600 a simple diagnostic that another place charged only $75 for . They installed parts that made no difference to the engine light status and still had the same issues so no I DO NOT recommend going here for further vehicle maintenance when there’s cheaper options for the same operation.....I recommend Grease Monkey or Gateway Tires instead.

New to Jackson and the meineke service center is on familiar route. No appointment. The desk service/appointment gal was great. Needed oil filter/oil change, tires rotated. My Son was visiting so we drop car. One hour later I receive personal phone call... (Not a text. Not an email). that car was ready. Now I believe in great customer service and we most certainly received this. When we arrived for pick up quick sum of bill. And suggestions. Ill tell everyone how smoothly my car repair went.R. L. W. They are usual good but yesterday I had an appointment for 9am but was told they were behind schedule and would be an hour before I get seen. I left and came back before the hour only to find out they put someone else with a later appointment before me. Very unprofessional.

Meineke performed a full synthetic oil change on my vehicle. I have no idea how quickly they finished because I never got a text or call letting me know they were done, despite opting in when I got the initial text. They had said that they would put a splash guard I had in my backseat on the vehicle when they finished the oil change, but the splash guard was still sitting in the seat when I picked up my car.

They had set me up for an appointment for my AC service apparently I had overfilled my system. I told them I was staying with my vehicle. They were ready for me when I arrived and were efficient and honest and I was in and out with a cold AC in less than a hour.

Took it in for a oil change and the brakes checked .they tell me it needs new bearings ,so I take it to another shop they say there fine ,take it to another place they are working fine sir !!! Looks like Meineke looks like they will lose my oil change and repair jobs in the future, I almost got taken for 600.00 get 2 or 3 opinions 😅

They helped me when my battery and alternator broke. Every place said that they could see me in 7-8 days, but Meineke could see me and my car in 3 hours. 3 hours seems like a lot, but it was awesome to me. It was very expensive, but I was able to get home, I’m thankful.

My step dad went there to get an oil change in June and they offer the tire rotation and he always get the tire rotation now before they left lovenuts off the tire and we did not realize until we was on the interstate and the tire was about to come off. Now yesterday the same happened but cause major damage the fender is bent in the passenger side door and all the screws and lovenuts has fell off including the tire and we was still driving at this point when we saw a tire just rolling by we realize it was ours. Now he doesn’t let anyone but meineke do the tires now they say it’s just his word so they won’t fix it but they are the last ones who was messing with his tires. I don’t recommend no one go here and let them do nothing to your tires will not be going back at all!!!

Went to get an estimate on brakes and rotors for our 2017 Jeep Patriot. They were quick enough with the inspection but when the quote came back it seemed high. They quoted almost $700 dollars for just front brakes and rotors. Wanted to make sure we weren’t being gouged because we don’t know as much about pricing on this. After asking around it turns out we were being gouged. They were,on average, double the other 4 places we called for the same service on the same vehicle in our area. And no one else was over $400 max. I assume because it was my wife who took the vehicle they assumed they could probably throw out any price. Lost all trust in meinke and will not be back, and would definitely not recommend.

I spent $245 just for them to tell me that I need a new compressor. Then quote me $1600 to fix it. However, it wasnt the compressor, it was the hose. I dont plan on coming back

I was driving straight-shot from Oklahoma to Virginia when suddenly my car informed me that it needed an oil change ASAP. I called Meineke and managed to get an appointment same-day and was out within 45 minutes. Fantastic customer service and quick wait times. Definitely would use their services again if needed.

Absolutely love doing business with this location. Very polite, very professional and prompt. I had one problem in the past, management handled the situation so fast it made MY head spin. Every time we take one of our vehicles to them they quickly check it out, call us with a price and have it fixed in no time at all. Appreciate them so much and definitely recommend them!

I took our vehicle to the Jackson,TN location to get an inspection and estimate to have the brakes and rotors changed. The inspection showed that they did need to be replaced as we thought and we got the quote. Even without knowing much about vehicle service I knew the price sounded high so I decided to do some research before having the work done. Turns out meineke was attempting to charge me double what it should cost. I called 5 different places and asked about the exact service on the exact vehicle they quoted me and all were in the range of $250-$350, whereas meineke quoted almost $700. Apparently it is their prerogative to attempt to gouge where they think they can. I will never use them for anything else ever again and I will strongly recommend against them wherever I can.

Overall they do a good job. Sometimes the wait is longer than it should be. Especially when an appointment is made. I feel that I get faster service when I dont make an appointment.

Went in for a last minute oil change and tire patch this morning. Not only was everyone friendly, they were incredibly fast as well!! The manager (I dont remember her name), was very informative and made me feel comfortable while waiting for my vehicle to be finished. Im fairly new to Tennessee, and this facility just became my go to for all of my oil change, breaks, and tire needs.

Arrived 15 minutes early and then waited 25 minutes past my appointment time. The whole appointment was only supposed to be 30 minutes.. My car was still in the parking lot.

Emily and the staff at the Jackson Meineke continue to be a trusted source for automotive care for my family. They let you know what services are needed and more importantly let you know if something isnt needed. They do this all in a warm and professional way that helps you feel appreciated.

I mean, if youre ok with paying a dealer labor rate ($129/hr Ibelieve) while getting Autozone/Advance parts with a hefty mark up then go for it. The owner is nice and all, but I think that they may be overselling themselves. Terry has been there forever, but other than that its been a revolving door of techs Please correct me if I am wrong.

Being from Texas working, I had a major vibration under the truck. Pulled in and spoke with Emily, she got a mechanic right on it and diagnosed the problem. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted by name and even offered a coupon that was available online. The customer service was excellent. The services were thorough, professional, and it did not take long at all. Cedric and Matt were awesome. I would definitely go back again.

Asked for oil change, had to pay for oil change and wheel rotaion. Price of ac recharge was 2x competitor. when we questioned price of ac recharge, and made us pay higher price comment was when we questioned higher price, We do not disount ac service. they were not concerned with customer satisfaction Last year they overtightened lug nuts which broke on trip to FL. gave them 2nd chance but they will.not get a 3rd chance. Beware, they only concerned for themselves for money..

The service was very nice and very positive and handled in a timely manner. All of my questions were answered. They always seem to have a coupon/deal for any and everything and I really love how theres a free tired rotation with packages. The guys here know what theyre doing and they have a nice indoor area to be seated. Id recommend anyone coming here.

Well i decided to go to them and get my exhaust system checked out. i had mr cedric from north jackson location help me outThis man was very helpful and nice. Was able to get my car looked at fixed and i must say driving it home tht day i cud tell the difference.

I have being doing business with The Jackson, TN location for years. It is a great family operated and owned business. John Anthony and his daughters Emily and Abbey are very friendly and knowledgeable. They do not push you to add on services. You go in for an oil change and you get just that, an oil change with no hassles to add on services. When they do suggest that I need an air filter etc I trust them and their opinion and have the service performed. I travel a lot with my job and usually need an oil change every 8-9 weeks. They are the only ones that I allow to work on my vehicles. With the services that they provide they give me as a customer piece of mind. Who else will change your oil, rotate your tires and top off your fluids all for the price of the oil change? Could I possibly get it cheaper somewhere else? Maybe, but I wouldn’t get the quality of service. I am a fan of this location and will refer everyone that I know!!

I tried to get a simple rotors and pads brake service they try to charge for the entire brake installation with rotors pads lines and unnecessary products I believe this business is in dire need of economical funds and trying to steal from customers I would not recommend this place to no one I’m a $3000 quote I ended up only paying $300 and got my problem fixed elsewhere

Emily doesnt seem to respect the customers time. My oil change appointment was for 11:30 but they didnt move my car until 12:30. After the oil change and routine check, I got told the recommended brake work would take about 1hr - 1.5hrs. I agreed to this and decided to wait on site. On asking about the status after 1.5hrs she said its going to be another 20mins but ended up being an whole extra hour. All in all ended up spending 4.5hrs more than Id liked to in the presence of rude service people. Not professional, not punctual.

I had a tire go bad yesterday late in the afternoon and was over an hour away from home. I pulled into Meineke in Jackson, Tn and Cedric was more than patient while making multiple phone calls to my company to approve the purchase of a new tire. The staff was able to get me on the road again and even worked over to ensure I was taken care of. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and they went above and beyond.

I had never been to this car care center before but when I said I needed an oil change and was asked what kind of oil went in my car, I did not know and naturally, he wrote me down for the most expensive oil change which is full synthetic instead of the part synthetic. My total was almost $100, which is more than twice what I have ever paid for an oil change and inspection. They did finish my car quickly and were very nice but I will not be returning to meineke for any services for my vehicle again.

I ended up at this place because a place in Hernando, MS wasted my time. I waited a reasonable time to get a new catback exhaust system put on my car. Also, I wasn’t told to drop my car off and come back later to get it. The price was a little bit higher than what I had in the past elsewhere, but there were no surprises and there was no pressuring me to get stuff done that my car didn’t need. I don’t come to Jackson much, but if I lived there, I’d use them again. Cedric, the guy up front, was nice and the guy that put my exhaust on was helpful as well.

I have never been to Meineke before. I had a tire emergency and was over an hour from home. Cedric was on the phone several times getting approval from my company. Cedric went above and beyond in taking care of me. The entire staff worked on replacing my tire and even worked past their normal quitting time. Excellent friendly staff.

I paid for new tires to be mounted and balanced. They did a good job with that.I also requested a check engine scan, tpms scan, and alignment.They didnt even attempt to do the check engine scan, or tpms scan.When it came to the alignment, they wouldnt do it because I needed control arms and bushings then tried to sell me on repairs totaling over $700.I declined the repairs, and they still tried to charge me for the alignment, even though one was not performed.I took it down the road to have my control arms and bushings checked by another shop. They were fine, and the other shop did a 4 wheel alignment.Wont be using this store again.

I called while waiting for a wrecker, Emily answered and assured me they could help once I got to their facility. I arrived about an hour later. Emily greeted me with a friendly smile behind her mask and a cheerful voice. Emily checked me in and the Car care technician went right to work. The problem was analyzed and I was out within an hour. That’s what I call taking care of a customer during a trying incident. Thanks Meineke!

Hard to find a place that will service my 2016 Ford Transit 250 camper van conversión due to the height and weight. Meineke had a sufficient lift and the height to perform an oil change and tire rotation. Thanks Cedric for taking care of me.

Customer service was good and the service didnt take long, but the waiting area chairs are all in horrible shape and need replacing.

Terry and Matt took a look at my truck and diagnosed the problem quickly as opposed to another shop that diagnosed my truck incorrectly and took quite some time.I was really impressed with their knowledge and their helpful tips. They tried to solve my problem in the least costly way. As a result i returned to Meineke for repair on another vehicle and the repair was done quickly. They even diagnosed another small issue with my car. I was really impressed with Emily and her knowledge of automobiles as well as her courtesy. I was really impressed with this repair shop. I highly recommend this repair shop.
