Georges is an awesome local business that has never let me or my family down. They have rescued us more than once and they have always been quick, courteous, and professional. Once again today they were there for us in a difficult situation.

They were in the area and they were able to come unlock my vehicle promptly. He couldnt get it unlocked through the door and had to wedge the door open at the top and go in that way. It ended up scratching the paint at the top of the cab where the door meets it, but he got in and I was able to get back in my vehicle at a reasonable rate.

Little worried about their honesty, wanted to charge extra for extra work that they dont need to do to change a rear main seal like dropping the transmission on a 4.0l jeep.

I always use Georges for my car repair and towing. One day I needed to call them because my car broke down on I-94 during rush hour traffic. Josh was there within minutes. His first priority was to get me safely in the cab of his truck. Definitely the first to call if one of my childrens car breaks down.

I had a flat tire and called Georges service. They were there within five minutes and I was back on the road for my next appointment!! Great customer service!

Dealt with Cody, he responded and was to my location in under 10 minutes! I was also greeted with great customer service. I recommend anyone who needs a tow go through Georges. They are the cheapest in town and also have the fastest response time Ive experienced. Also ask for Cody Hill, he said hes only been there for a couple months but he seemed like a veteran.

Georges is literally steps from where I work. Todays cold weather brought on low pressure in my tires and I didnt want to drive all over on my lunch trying to find a gas station with a working air pump and chance hitting a pot hole and get a flat. At Georges, they were were so helpful and more than happy to help me.A+ Customer service in my book.

Always timely, like when Josh arrived 15 after my phone call to unlock the keys from my car this morning.(probably for the 50th time) 😊 Always willing to go the extra mile, like picking my car and myself up from back roads on the way to Chelsea when my tire popped and driving us to the tire store (Josh again last summer.) Josh responded to our accident. Was very friendly and explained what was going on. He took us to a hotel as we were stranded in Jackson. The next day he gave us access to our car to get some items from it.

My studs broke on a cold, cold day and they were at my location within minutes. Afterwards, they got me where I needed to be before dropping my car off. Its been two weeks and I am still thankful for the excellent response time and work done on my truck! Dont go to anyone else.

Called them to tow a truck I was buying, they asked me if there was air in the tires witch I wasnt sure about and told them bring an air tank just in case or flat bed. They showed up with a regular tow truck and a empty air tank and said there wasnt anything they could do and charged me $40 for doing nothing. Ive always used them but the last few times they havent been customer friendly and very rude. Will never use them again.

I was traveling cross country and the drivers window would not roll up. It was snowing and cold. We pulled off and found Georges Car Care. They were able to help us get the window up and explained that the motor was going bad. So helpful!

The owner of the company Has no compassion for the people who have just lost their vehicles, and that have been in accidents. We called for our bill after he had the car all morning and said it would take a few hours to get the bill together, that was at 2 they closed at 5...we live an hour away where the title was so we had no time to get back before he charged us for another day of storage. Not only did he make sure he had the title before we were able to get our belongings out of the vehicle but for scrapping the vehicle he wouldnt let us get our $500 radio or $300 battery that have been recently replaced because it was going to the junkyard. The battery i get, But what gives him the right to our belongings because our vehicle was totaled. We didnt ask for their company..JIMMYS TOWING is the way to go. To get our belongings it was $245 for a tow 6 miles away, and one days of storage.Plus another companys charge to get it out of thereAnd to a private location...tha tv hook plus the tow 14 miles away was $85. So how ignorant does this guy think his customers are. This dude who is the owner could barely read let alone run a business..BEWARE

AAA members come in LastWhen a company states that a certain kind of customer comes in last that kind of says something about them.Recently when our Van was totaled on I 94 in a black ice and low visibility related accident stretching over a mile, the state police called Georges to get cars off the freeway.While trying to figure everything out with the insurance the van was at their parking lot for 2 days. For the storage charges and towing less than 3 miles (from near elm st exit 141) they charged us $375.Even when dealing with the owner we experienced very poor customer relations and a hostile attitude towards AAA. All in all, this particular company a traumatic experience that much worse--if you have AAA beware.

I really wish I didnt have to give stars at all. I just dealt with them this morning about getting my driver door fixed and after being yelled at by George The Owner, he also hung up on me n told me to take my car some where else...how unprofessional and disrespectful. I wasnt rude, never raised my voice but yet I got hung up on?!? I will NEVER do business with these people again and I will never refer anyone there either....just terribe

A onestar because i cant give it a zero. Car was wrecked on highway cops called tow for me since my insurance was running me around, these guys show up and pick my car and me up, we go from the merge of 127 into 94 west, to airport road sit in some lot for 5 min while im on phone with insurance, wrecker Never asks where i want it i said my house in spring arbor he says thats To far and still takes me and my car to this place, and now im being charged 30$ a day for it sitting in their lot when I didnt want it towed there. as well what ever Employee that answers the phone is a little child who doesnt know how to have an actual conversation and if anything doesnt go his way even in a civil conversation he hangs up on you. DO NOT use or ALLOW these people to tow or touch your car.

Ive had two different insurance companies and it doesnt matter whether you have AAA or not. As long as you have full coverage, it costs you NOTHING. Also, Georges doesnt accept AAA anyways. So to say that AAA members come last is misrepresentative of the company. They literally dont accept it.
