Promptly loaded the part on the trailer and Marcus was very professional.

Wouldnt take our money for parts excuses they were going to lunch and we were from out of town

Forced to stand outside in 90 degree heat, no where to use restroom or wash hands...customer service in no rush to help. Yard hand was hard working. Go somewhere else to buy parts. Disappointing experience!

Terrible Service. It was 12:45 pm when I arrived. The call numbers no one would answer. Finally got someone about 1:20. Said someone would be out. When he came, he was taking care of everyone else. I was first person here. It is 3:00, they are working on what I need now. Huh!

Garbage waiting 2hrs.

Went up there to get a few transmission parts and to get some gears pressed off some countershafts. They let me go back in the shop and see the press they used and showed me how I could do it myself. Real top notch bunch of folks.
