They did perfect. Got my truck from point A to point B in a timely manner. The price to go around the block was literally the cheapest out of all the other companies. The driver was nice and knew what to do. 10/10 would recommend.

These guys delivered this bucket truck 3 hours away,were on time, affordable, and friendly.

We had our 33 foot RV break down with a rear axle fire. Had to be hauled 40 miles on a flatbed. Joey, at Hall’s worked hard to make it happen. He was so kind and helpful and the only one in Jackson willing to help us. Danny showed up with the trailer and was awesome getting our rig loaded and delivered. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Called ahead to schedule a towing..they took my card information and told me they would be at my location at 2 the following day, but they never showed, when I called 30 minutes later after no show, was told they did not have my information in their system. Told them my card information was taken by one of their employees, they didnt seem concern and didnt try to apologize, if I could give a half star I would.

They are very reasonably priced and on time when they say there going to be there.

Asked them to do an in town tow of a truck on Friday and they agreed.Then the driver called me wanting to schedule for Monday, claiming truck wasnt ready for pick up. I called the lot he was picking up from and then informed me it was in fact ready and the driver had been rude and cursed at them.

$60 to basically pull it out of the road.

Halls totally came through for me after a crazy incident. Alex was a great driver.

Geico dispatched them to get my wife and myself. 180 minutes. My SUV was an all wheel drive. Tow driver said I had to sign a damage waiver. He said it would mess up my transmission. He also said he couldnt navigate my SUV to my repair shop. Driver didnt even try to boost my SUV to put in neutral to tow. Had to get another tow service. They boosted my SUV. Put in neutral and towed it.....

Seemed so professional. Never returned my call after an inquiry. Very disapopinted.
