The pedicure was pleasant even if the employees were very impersonable. I was visiting Jackson and was told that they do great work here. The salon smells stale and needs to be updated physically.My manicure was a harrowing experience. She butchered my cuticles and didn’t bother to smooth my nail bed from previous acrylic removal. Polish was all over my fingers. I tried to wear the polish but it looked so bad due to my nail bed not being manicured. My nails were cut unevenly and had sharp corners. I had to ask that it be removed before I left. Instead of it being removed completely and my nail beds buffed to shine, I was told to wash my hands and that it would come off🤷🏽‍♀️They had the nerve to charge me for this!

Always ready to take you in. Professional and Hollywood is the most seasoned. Let them have you for a min. Youll learn to like yourself even more.

The owner Theresa had a nasty attitude once u tell her your nails not right. I used to love going here but her atttitude is not about to get my money. Go to pro nails were there attitude is nicer, its on nrth side drive by food depot.

My nails are not right at all....they are uneven ,she cut up my fingers when she was shaping them , I wanted a simple sharp square she rounded my sharpness...then she got an attitude and blew her breath hard af when I was trying to help her do em the right way,,I wish I could give this a 0 star rating ,,just dont even waste your money

The manager of this salon is so unprofessional & rude! I have never inquired about a discount or stated that I did not want to pay for my services but he is quick to get an attitude with you for something that they have done wrong. His son also! I had to remind him that I requested a certain color & he gave me another color that I did not request. When people spending their money that they work hard for they want the best service with no smart remarks to go with it!

They are very friendly and humble. The two guys that have been doing my nails for over two years are Hollywood and Ben (with glasses). They are also VERY professional which is why I always return. Plus, affordable!

My 1st and last time coming to this establishment. The MANAGER Hollywood is very rude, will loudly talk over customers, and doesnt offer the correct solutions to the issue. I paid for the new gel/mood changing colors, which was $10 extra, after 2-3 days of the polish remaining the same color, this was the issue that was presented to the manager and all he could offer was to take off my polish and give me my $10 back. So basically Id still be unsatisfied because Id leave with no polish on my nails. I suggested he keep the $10 and he give me the polish I was originally supposed to obtain 3days ago. This was an ongoing discussion with him and he was rude and wasnt trying to offer a reasonable solution. The simple solution would be been simply to change the polish. I would not recommend anyone of color because he suggested that my color had something to do with it. This is coming from the manager. He is a poor piss excuse of a manager, no problems with the other employees. Dont spend ur hard earned money here, I will not be back !

The youngest son did my spa pedicure and was very disrespectful when he started to scrub the dead skin off.. as if he doesn’t know it’s going to get everywhere. When I asked if he could not comment on how “bad” my feet were (mind you I get a pedicure every Friday so they weren’t bad), he started to rush and wouldn’t fix the polish he messed up on all of my toes!!

The owners Teresa and Hollywood are so RUDE! They rush through theyre work and leave you very unsatisfied. There is dust everywhere, it doesnt look clean at all. Do not waste your money here.

Only giving it a 2 because she always does my eyebrows correctly. Eyelashes she rushes through them and they always break and fall off quickly. Gets an attitude if you tell her theyre wrong or bothering you. Nails AWFUL! Got them done looked like that had been up for weeks. Place has went down hill!

This is my 3rd run .The first one with the eldest child was perfect. The old guy completely messed me up the 2nd timr i went .This time the younger one was very neat but cut my nails way to short for the regular lenght for the full set price. If i even go back theres only one of the other twi young nen that i want on my nails. Thats that .

I paid 90.00for my nails and feet yesterday and the polish on my nails stated peeling today its bad enough they are charging 15.00 for gel polish on your nails and 20.00for your toes and thats the only polish that they are using I wont be going back

Today I had the worst experiences at Top Nail. The service was horrible & the nail techs were rude. This will be my last time coming here & if It was possible to go back in time. I would drive 300 miles from my house before I step back in to this nail shop !!!
