I never write reviews but I just had to… Cori is AMAZING! She was able to squeeze me in today and oh my goodness am I grateful. I told her ONCE what I wanted and she executed it perfectly, checking in with me along the way. Such a kind staff and environment! Fair price for the quality color and style :)

I got my hair done with Christin. She did a great job and was very friendly and patient with my long hair. She took her time to make sure it was done to perfection. I am very happy with the results.

I had my first facial with Ondrea yesterday! She made the experience absolutely amazing! She was very friendly and explained everything as she went. I felt very comfortable and plan to have more facials done by her in the future!

Tracy does a fabulous job on my nails I get many compliments on them. I get back Phil with white tips. They look very natural and hold up well

Dont ever go there for an updo. I asked for soft curls into a loose/messy bun. She used my natural curls (bedhead actually) so my curls were not soft and not smooth looking and put so much product in, it looked like I hadnt washed my hair in a couple weeks. The bun looked more Amish style than bridal. It was an awful hairdo. I even showed her a picture. I dont know how she could mess it up so badly.I ended up going across the road to Mirror Image Salon to have them fix it and the lady there nailed it! She came in on her day off to fix my hair. Highly recommended them!

Hello, I visited this salon a few times. I loved my first hair cut with my stylist. The next visit not so much. She lost me when she pulled out the blending/thinning scissors and cut inches up into my extremely long thick hair. Cutting out the thickness at the ends which destroyed the quality of my ends. I did not ask her to “thin” my hair and it’s really disappointing that she made that mistake. A well trained hairstylist should never ever thin someone’s ends without permission. Now, I’m patiently waiting for it to grow back. Because of this stylist, I will never use Professional Images salon again, please share this with your stylists so they know that using thinning scissors without permission is not acceptable ever.

Went in for a makeup session, showed her a picture of the eyeshadow I wanted... ended up looking nothing alike. It was a truly awful experience. I felt as if I had to nod and smile throughout all of it. Not only did she not have eyeliner she used water and eye shadow to create a horrible faded looking eye liner. The winged eyeliner she was supposed to do had multiple lines coming off of it and the lashes she charged 20 for were a cheap ardell brand from Walmart that are 5 dollars. I left looking and feeling like a clown. Unfortunately whatever eyelash glue she used held the lashes on my face for two days! I scrubbed and used everything I could think of to get them off. I think she used crazy glue or something because I have used fake lashes hundreds of time and never had this issue. It was so painful my boyfriend had to help scrub them off for hours in order to save my skin and lashes. I deeply regret going to this salon and I wish I could get my money back. I feel very lied to as well as everyone in the salon kept lieing to my face saying how good the makeup was and how great it was. It was so “great” I cried in the car on my way to graduation.

Wow, I am very impressed! Personal Images did a fantastic job. I was greeted at the door, and I was given a glass of water. Felicia quickly directed me to the table, and she helped me understand details and prices. I was able to pick the color I wanted, and I love it. I will never underestimate the power of a great manicure again!

Got a prenatal massage and facial the facial was so relaxing

I had an anti-aging facial yesterday by Hannah. I cannot stress enough how wonderful my experience was!! Hannah was extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful. I would highly recommend this salon for this service and I will, most likely, be returning for others. The receptionist Maryann was lovely and very pleasant, as well. Kudos!!

Jordan did a great job on my lashes! They look very natural. I get tons of compliments about them.

I have been to here 3 times in 8 days. 10/30 was my hair appointment with my hair wizard, Onnie. She has been doing my hair for 10+ years. She is the best. Then Monday I received a full leg and Brazilian wax from Hannah (my first). She was knowledgeable, friendly and made it as painless as humanly possible with an awesome playlist to go with it. Then back yesterday for a spa day. Mud wrap (with bonus scalp massage), facial (with bonus foot massage) and a pedicure to finish it. Onnie does amazing work. The salon is clean, quiet and provides quality products at amazing prices (my spa day was less than my coffee for a month). I cannot recommend this place more! Thanks, ladies for always offering the best service with a great attitude.

Went in for my first facial and I was totally nervous...read too much on Google...anyway, Hannah made my experience amazing! She walked me through step by step in what she was doing, but prior to that she offered either the step by step or just a quite peaceful facial. Being my first time I wanted to know every step with the reason why. She was so patient and explained everything so thoroughly. I have found an esthetician that truly understand my needs and is willing to work with me to get the skin I want!

I have been going to this hair salon for a few years. I am a guy and used to just go to a place in the mall. One day I was convinced to try a real salon and now I wont go back! Personal Images has a very friendly staff. Its comfortable, modern, and not too fancy or too pushy. Also, it only costs a little more for me than the mall hair cuts did.

The staff at Personal Images Salon & Day Spa is amazingly friendly! This was my first time there after being referred by a friend and Ill definitely be making this the only salon I go to from now on. Krissy was so wonderful and attentive. I was a little apprehensive at first because I have a gluten allergy but she checked to make sure products were safe and when she wasnt 100% sure she didnt use it. Then she said she would research it more so she would know more about which products were safe to use the next time I came in. The staff seem to truly care about their clients and want the clients to have a relaxing and enjoyable time while they are there.

Scheduled me with a massage therapist who didnt know how to do the herbal massage I indicated I wanted. Waited 1 month for this massage, got there and was told they couldnt do it. Was offered a different kind but thats not what Ive been waiting so long for. So disappointed I left and cried in my car. Will not be giving them another chance after that. It was written in the notes in their computer system so they cant excuse themselves of the mistake

Love going to Personal Images! They always take great care of me. I see them regularly for cut and style and I always leave feeling great. Also have taken three bridal parties for my kids weddings over the last couple of years; the staff took good care of each us and did a great job on hair and makeup! :)

Tracy does my hair and each time I love it. I relax the whole time Im there while also laugh and have fun. Glad I started coming here. Also, Cori does my 6 year olds hair and I didnt think she could look any cuter and of course she could be with her cute little hair style.

Professional from beginning to end. I was greeted with a smile by the front desk then Amanda was on time for my appointment. (This was important since I had another appointment promptly after this.) Amanda understood what I needed in a color and cut and am already receiving compliments!

Cori was knowledgeable and confident when we were discussing how to get the look I wanted. She was also extremely quick! I had thoughts of being at the salon for HOURS and HOURS, because I wanted blonde. She knew what to use and how to use it. I was lifted, conditioned, colored, cut, and styled within 2 1/2 hours. I LOVE my hair! She was also able to suggest products to help keep my blonde longer. It was very comfortable at the salon; I totally enjoyed my experience, and I just cant say enough about Cori. I scheduled an appointment online on Oct 29th. When I scheduled, I was able to choose 3 different dates which were all available dates. By the time they acknowledged my appointment on Nov 24th, all 3 dates I initially chose were now unavailable. I booked for a 3 hour service that included massage, salt scrub and pedicure. I only received a massage. Im not aware of the persons name who did my massage but she used gloves which I thought was weird because I never received a massage with gloves on. I expressed that I was under a lot of stress due to a sibling committing suicide just a week prior to my appointment. The masseuse didnt focus on any of the areas where I was tense. She did rub my forearms so hard that I had to leave an event early due to how much nerve pain I was experiencing in my arms later that evening. The pain didnt return the next day but I was aware that it was due to how hard she was rubbing because it was hurting when she was doing it. The gloves felt very impersonal to me and I was wondering if it was a race thing. I really wanted to like this place because I do enjoy massages but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Im giving 2 stars because the lady at the front desk was nice and my masseuse was nice even though shes not a good masseuse in my opinion.

Personal Images has a welcoming atmosphere. The ladies there are nice. My stylist, Amanda, is always knowledgeable about the newest products that are available and what would work best with my hair.

Jade is absolutely amazing! She does a great job and is super fast. Full pedicure and Shellac Manicure in just one hour!

The haircut experience is phenomenal here! They do great mens haircuts and beard trims as well. The staff is also really awesome!

YES I HAVE HAD THE PICTURE HAIR CUT BEFORE BUT I LIVE IN A DIFFERENT AREA NOW AND THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME THERE AND YES I DID TELL HER THIS DID NOT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE PICTURES I SHOWED . APOLOGY IS NOTHING WHEN YOU RUIN A WOMENS HAIR AND THEY HAVE TO LIVE WITH THE MISTAKE TILL IT GROWS OUT. PERSONEL IMAGES HAS TOOK MY COMMENTS OFF THERE SIGHT, HAVE THEY DONE THIS TO OTHERS ? UPDATE!!! STILL WAITING FOR HAIR TO GROW!!!! PRETTY MUCH THE SAME JUST WISH HAIR GREW FASTER SO THIS WONT BE MONTHS.
