I have been going to Tan since I moved to Jackson for the last 5 years and he does amazing work that lasts unlike other places in the Jackson area. They are reasonable and he’s always great! Their new place is very nice as well they’ve put a lot of work into it.

The tall guy with the mohok is rude and very unprofessional . He does not know how to talk to customers and he tells his customers it’s their fault their nail breaking even after we were told to come back and get it fixed for free because we were just here 3days ago! we get here and he says he is gonna have to charge us for something that shouldn’t have even broke. I love this nail shop but I would not recommend going to him !! Ivy does great.

Love this shop. They are professional and good people. Been going there for years. Only thing I dont like is when they are training new people and they dont do such a good job, but hey gotta learn one way or the other. But besides that, they are good.

Best nail salon I’ve ever been to!

I wish I could rate this place with ZERO stars. Worst service I ever received. I went there yesterday (March, 15, 2019) to get my old nails taken off that I got done from my original nail shop that I go to (should have went there again), LA Nails and Spa on Ellis Ave. I only decided to come to this place because it was closest to my apartment, but anyway, I made it in there after work at 5:30 and had three people in front of me. thats fine! then I asked one of the workers if I could be soaking while I have people in front of me and he said yes. it should take only 30 minutes to soak.... tell me why it took 1 hour and 50 minutes for me to be seen, then they kept putting people that came in after me, before me. so I decided to leave because I had finished soaking and was waiting to be seen. they kept passing me up. then one lady kept complaining about she dont like doing feet and she tired and I thought that this isnt the profession for her then and she shouldnt be working here. they convinced and told me not to leave and the man did my nails and they are HORRIBLE! I HATE THEM! I WASTED $30. He said I got a 5 dollar discount for my wait when my services should have been free because these nails are piss poor quality. I thought they looked alright at first, but when I made it home, I noticed how horrible and crooked they were. I didnt get exactly what I wanted and it was just utterly Horrendous. never will I ever go back to regal nails and spa in walmart on greenway drive EVER AGAIN!!!

They are open on Sunday so that is a good but its too small and always seem cramped. They dont really do a good job. Just an emergency shop if I break a nail on Sunday

Horrible. She gapped up my eyebrows today. I knew it was going to be a terrible mess when she put the wax on about six different times. First time and never again, hoping I can hide it with make up.
