I have never received such bad service at a nail salon!! Waste your money if you want to!! The lady in there did not treat my daughter, normyself fairly!! Pedicure was poor poor poor!!! I had to ask her to work on my daughters feet!! She thought she was just going to let her feet sit in room temperature water and call it a pedicure!! Even after I asked her kindly to service us, we still got poor poor service!! The lady apologized so I felt our experience would get better, so I let her continue on to our manicure...bad choice!!!..It didnt get better!!! I regret paying $118.00 to thisbusiness, but most of all I regret bringing my daughter in to this experience!! Thinking back, I shouldve stopped her and walked out, but I was caught off guard!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!EVER!!!

Filed the skin off the side of 2 of my fingers. Filed my nails again after polishing them. Polish looks like a kindergartner did it. Missed 2 of my toes. Charged me $45 for what my grandkids could have done better. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Very unprofessional and rude!!! They want our money but very rude. I had a pedicure and gel nails, after one week gel nails started to lift and peel. Went back ask to be redone free of charge. Ask for receipt showed receipt, then came up with it been a week charge 30 more dollars to redo. I’m not paying for something that wasn’t done right from the beginning.....so I left. They were very rude and unprofessional. Never will use their service again. We need to open and support our on Black business!!!!!

I usually don’t complain..but do not come here. I came here for a refill and left with two cuts on my fingers. The manicurist cut my finger and had my blood on her nail file and still wanted me to pay regular price. Beyond that the nails looked awful. Please don’t wast your money here. Nail Magic more like Nail Tragic! Two thumbs down.

They are very rough on the nails. One of the ladies got fungus in her finger nail and putting customers at risk, cut nails too low had my nails hurting bad had to remove the fake nails cause the pain was unbearable, my nails started getting yellow patches and i immediately had to clip them and clean them to prevent fungus from coming. This lets me know they aren’t sanitizing g their products. I am reporting them today.

Favorite place for a pedi!

I recently got my eyebrows waxed. The lady who did them filled them with an eyebrow pencil. When I got home and cleaned my face, I noticed that my eyebrows are totally different. Now I have to use an eyebrow pencil to make them look decent. Im going to find someone else to do them. I shouldnt give them a 2 star...

My friend came here to get her nails done. She motioned for me to come over. I stood to the side and answered her question about what color to get. The lady that was working on her nails moved in front of me and moved me out of the way... she never said excuse me or anything. My friend went and sat under the dryer and her nails were not done right. It was a wrinkle in the polish, and the lady would not fix it. Lastly, the price she quoted was $24. After she ran her card the receipt said $29... Never going back there.

If I could give them NO star I would, my gel color peeling off and I just got my nails done an hour ago... I paid $80 for eyebrows, pedi, and full gel set on my nails. Everything about my service sucked and I will be letting them and everybody else know.

The put the wrong color on my nails and told me it was too late. Im suck with this ugly color on my hand. The time before that my nails were pretty polished but the humps in my nail were off the chain. The time before that the lady half polished my nails. Do not waste your money or time. 3 times the charm. I use to go there all the time but the work is soooo sloppy now. I only went back this time due to a nail fungus I wanted them to treat!!! My boyfriend was so mad he just walked out. I wish I could show yall a pic of my ugly a$$ nails... :(

I been going here for years but I don’t have a clue what’s going on with they prices, I got a fill in with gel polish and my toes did and they charged me $85 and the nail tech tried to example to me about they had to remodel they shop I told her I don’t have anything to do with that but I do have a problem with y’all over charging me! Y’all lost a loyal customer! Y’all been greedy and losing customers at the same time!

Ive been going there for years. I love this place but I am going to go to a new shop. I was told one price and paid for it. When everything was completed I was asked to pay for a brow wax which I had already paid. They have lost me as a client after 10 years!

I always loved coming here but lately they customer service is just awful real long wait time very inconsistent. I waited an hour for my eyebrows and they were not busy at all.. I will definitely not be coming back this is there second time having poor customer service!!

I used to go there every 2 weeks but they seem to be rushing all the time and my nails could have been better. I stopped going because they kept cutting my foot cuticles and making them bleed leaving them sore not to mention they were rough handed. I never see them using fresh sanitized supplies I think they use alchohol to sanitize. I wont go back for manicures or pedicures only for eyebrows. Im disappointed cause I like the ppl but not the service as much these days.

I went there for a full set and pedicure. The girl Lena did the pedicure and my favorite part of the pedicure the massage was actually one rub of lotion on my legs. Then I wanted white tips for acrylic. She put clear tip and I told her no! I wanted the white tip and she kept saying I do what you want but continue to keep putting the clear tip. I pulled away and she said again she do what I wanted to but after 3 times of me telling her she still kept doing it her way. I was tired and had no time to keep going so I just said Ill do it since I needed them done and I was out of time and in 2 weeks go somewhere else to get them done the way I wanted them done. When it was time to pay she charged an extra $15 because I had them done her way. She didnt even tell me about an extra fee either. So now I have nails that I dont like and I had to pay extra to have them done.

Horrible, a week with a new full seat and I have already split 3 nails, almost do not put acrylic material on the nails. A total disaster. Pay for such a garbage job.😡😡😡😡😡😡

My nail job was rushed , and sloppy. I just had my nails done on Friday, and they are alread coming up with polish incomplete on the sides and the base of the nail bed is coming up. I want to post these pictures but Ill let be. Then they charged 30$ for a fill in with gel. No new set. Im sorry but Ill stick to my nail shop back home before I ever return . They do well with eyebrows though!

They damn near put my eye out doing my lashes and I still had to pay. Lesson learn.....I had to remove the lashes the same day because my eye that was accidentally poked was sore ; after she poked my eye the other lady came and took over like it was gonna make a difference so pissed 😡

My nails are to big. Seems like to me she did a bad job. I guess she was sleep. She was drinking water and on the phone. She was being lazy.
