It was very unsatisfying! The guy had a shaking problem in his hands that allowed him to cut my skin several times with the drill. My nails literally didn’t last a week. I normally go there so i am a regular, and they don’t care! I told them several times they were too thin and they will break! They acted like they didn’t understand English. Never will i be back my clear coat starting peeling off the second day!!!!

Always nice and welcoming. I get my eyebrows done every 2 weeks and they always do great. Wife get her nails done and she is always happy. Plus they are open on Sunday

The woman who gave me a pedicure cut me with the cuticle remover. Instead of apologizing, she mumbled something to her colleague and then proceeded to put my foot back in the water. Also, really professional popping my friends big toe with a nail file when she asked to have the nail straightened. Terrible and unprofessional.I didnt bother to remind them that I needed to have my eyebrows waxed. They were so in a hurry to get me to pay and get out of there. There was a reason why I didnt move from that area. I needed one more thing done.Edit: They didnt soak our nails at all. They went straight for the filling color.

I love Mia and her Husband!!! They both do a great job. Her husband is the only man I ever allow to do my nails.

My nails are awesome. I love them. But due to the fact that we are in a middle of a pandemic. They are not taken necessary precautions making sure people are not bringing or passing the virus around. No six feet apart. That was my issue. They did such a good job thats y they got the 4.

Soooooo, I had a beach wedding to attend and needed some presentable feet. These people are awesome and hilarious. This was my first time here, but I noticed that the employees have relationships with the customers. They laughed and joked and made funny comments. It was such a great atmosphere while sitting as the only Male in the building. Men take care of their feet as well people lol.

Too busy, we called for service they said come in now. When we got there 5 minutes later they were packed, no open chairs as they said on the phone and people were waiting and still coming in standing on the walls. Greedy gain at work.

Did a good pedicure but didnt like my nails this is why i gave them a 3 star rating went simply because it was on a sunday that was also a plus i will continue to go back to my nail shop.

There are open on Sunday....Love it..And theyre good...

The experience was not good at all. I got a pedicure the lady was so rough and was rushing through the entire job!!!! My toes were burning. This was my first and last time and I definitely did not appreciate all the laughing they were doing. She knew she was rough that is the bad part.🙄🙄😡

Ive been here a few times back to back for fill ins. The price WAS nice, shape nice, and friendly. All of a sudden the price jumped up from my last visits. If they can keep a set price itd be alright. I refuse to pay more for the same thing. Wont be back here.

Great service, fast, friendly & professional. My 4yr niece & i have been coming for a while. She wont let anyone else touch her nails or toes. They wax eyebrows the right way. Mines come out perfectly even everytime!! They close at 7 but if you are coming & its close to 7, just call and let them know. Theyll wait for you. Strongly recommend these guys.

Wonderful work! I wish my camera could do them justice. Very polite customer service, and were super friendly to my young niece while she got her nails done! If I was from the area I would definitely go again.

Ive visited twice; once for a pedicure and once for a manicure with shellac. The older lady did a wonderful job on my pedicure; no wait, very friendly, great job! I thought it would be okay to go back for a manicure----big mistake. The younger guy rushed through it, didnt apply any cuticle softener, and poorly shaped my nails. Then, the UV light kept going out and Im wondering if my polish actually cured well enough.Days later, my cuticles have grown back, hang-nails are everywhere, and my shellac has chipped in multiple places. I just moved right around the corner and was looking for a good nail shop. Unfortunately, I wont be back.

ALERT!!ALERT!! This is the worst nail salon in Jackson, Ms. They dont care about you or the service they provide. if you complain about it they threaten you and tell you too get out their shop. I will be reaching out too the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU because this is not fair too patrons of MS. If you dont want people too visit your shop maybe you should relocate too another state. I see this shop all over MS. I would love too speak too the owner and ask him why does he not care about the people he services in these communities. I hope this is helpful too everyone try too avoid this location or possibly any nail salon with this name. I assuming you will get the same type of service. Also dont believe these positive posts because they are there friends and they get some services done for free or discounted for making them sound like they provide good service so please dont believe it.

Great Service

People appeared nice but Im not completely sure since 90% of time they were speaking in their native language. They could have been saying anything. My nails were also not up to my standards & for the price I was expecting them to be. I went twice just to be sure I just didnt go at a good time ,but I still wasnt satisfied, so I will not be returning.

Great pedicure. I was coaxed into getting dip powder, but halfway through, they started to get very busy. End result of dip was not the best.

Worst experience ever!!!!! The staff is friendly this is true; however, my nails look nothing how they did before i came in. I usually go to another nail shop but my tech was out and i couldnt wait, my shape was poorly done and the polish was no better. I used to come here when the other owners were still there, but im not at all satisfied with my result. I posted a picture.

I like # 1 nails the techs there are friendly the only thing I dont like is the wait time.
