My nail tech is FANTASTIC! She is extremely knowledgeable, any questions I had she could answer! Made sure to walk me through my whole treatment and even checked to make sure I was comfortable! Love my nails!!

They provided you with a menu before work is started so you can easily see the prices. I went with the classic combo mani/pedi. The whole service was wonderful. I felt very relaxed the whole time and everything seemed very clean to me.

The facility is clean & amazing service! I really enjoyed how perfect my nails turned out. I was extremely happy with the result. I would definitely recommend.

The place is always clean, and all instruments are thoroughly sanitized. Plus, they have plenty of nail polish colors for either regular or gel manicures.

The nail techs listen to your input, they take their time and do meticulous work, the owner is always checking out new products and techniques to bring his customers the best.

The cute owner, is always willing to help with times and repairs. I come in every other week and I will continue to do so. I have recommended my friends and family.

I sat with a couple friends getting pedicures. They were personable, friendly, and very good at their jobs. We all were very pleased with the quality of the work they did, and the polish on by friends lasted longer than most places.

I got a French manicure, and after 2 weeks one week of camping, and another at a lake house my nails are still holding up fabulously. I would definitely recommend this place to others. The only issue with this place is its a little pricey, but worth it. And everyone was very nice there, it was a good environment.

I smudged my nails from a prior pedicure and wanted a polish fix. Called here and was immediately accommodated. Fixed all my toes instead and the service was great.

Beautiful detail with the hand painting. My fingers were very sore the next day from the dremel tool. Plus you can still see the line from the nails before and also some red finger nail polish under the new ones. It was pretty pricey $300 for two sets of adults nails. Two adult pedicures and 2 child manicures / pedicures.They were great about getting us in. We had two nail cancellations due to covid at other salons. It was my friends wedding and she really wanted us all to get nails done together. We were not all able to get done at the same time but at least we could go together.

This place is very spacious, good location. The quality of the work I had done by my manicurist was amazing. She was kind enough to fix my nails after I smudged them too. The vibe between the staff is probably what struck me first. Theres just a good, non-toxic vibe about the place and with the staff. They almost struck me more like family members than co-workers. Highly recommend.

Best nail salon Ive been to. Talented artists, relaxing environment, great hospitality, super duper clean. Manicure gel lasts an entire month despite me being an art teacher and bass player. Seriously a gem.

Im not sure why the reviews are low but I really wanted to update because I had a great experience. Im used to really high end and quality nail salons so I was skeptical to comehere based on reviews. I desperately needed a mani pedi so I figured Id try my luck. I made an appointment and even though I was a little late, they fit me in and started my services right away. They did my mani and pedi at the same time so I was in and out twice as fast. Helen and Tom did an excellent job and were so nice! Im visiting from out of town and was pleasantly surprised at how good my mani and pedi turned out. I highly recommend giving this place a try because it was well worth the money and customer service. They also had a really nice color selection for gel so that was great. Very happy with results! Hands and feet both look clean, well shaped and pretty. Thanks a bunch :)

I started working here a little over a month ago ! There are lots of perks for our customers and staff. We are very friendly and strive to assure you get the best customer service. We are always up to date on all the NEW trends.Ben is an excellent boss, he is very understanding and patient with us as he is teaching us new things and how to do everything the right way. He is always happy and tries his hardest to do what ever it is his customers ask of him. We have monthly drawings for customers each month to show them our appreciation. Nice friendly staff. Several technicians do your nails. Deluxe pedicure and regular manicure was $70 plus tip. Pedicure was good. Unfortunately almost every nail on my manicure chipped the next day. I don’t think the last sealant coat was added. I ended up taking off my nail polish after 2 days as it looked terrible. I have a home in Jackson where we stay in the summer so I am disappointed in this experience and still would like to find a good local nail salon.

Wish I had just gotten my nails done before vacation. Researched many different nail salons before coming across this one. For a 4 star average rating I would expect a little more. Not only did Ben rush through doing my nails they barely lasted. I got these nails done Saturday night today, by Wednesday one of my no chip nails already peeled off. Disappointed that I just paid over $50 for these to last 5 days.. where’s my refund?

I have been going to Pro Nails for 3+ years for manicures, pedicures, eyebrow waxing and threading. I would highly recommend any of the staff to take on whatever it is that you need. The owner, Ben, is always very friendly and super enjoyable to talk to.

The worst manicure I’ve ever had. My nails look somewhat okay, but the way they did them was awful. They didn’t soak my dip off. The man cut them and took the dip off with a sanding tool. It scared me because he was going so fast that he cut me a couple times. I’m sure my nails are not in good shape underneath this new polish. He didn’t take any cuticle off or rub my hands with lotion and a towel. It was 50 bucks for him to do my nails poorly in 25 minutes. I will never go back.

Just moved to the area and a coworker recommended this place for a pedicure. So I got a regular pedi. Im disappointed, the paint job is terrible! The woman painted my toes and didnt do any cleanup along the edges so I have paint on my skin and she painted over my cuticles. Wish I could post a pic. I will not return for nails but I do have to say the massage was very good.

Worst nail experience I’ve ever had. They took me 30Mins after my appointment and then the guy rushed through the whole thing. He burned my fingers and cut my cuticles several times throughout. Luckily this was just while I was visiting and I have a trusted nail tech at home but I would recommend looking elsewhere!

Was visiting Jackson Hole on holiday for a family wedding. Visited ProNails for infills and gel colour. Appalling service. Infills and colour went ok. After a couple of days I decided I did t like the colour and wanted a different colour which they said was no problem. He filed the old colour off and started to paint the new colour on. The painting was very messy and Im sure my 6 year old son could of done a better job. The colour had overlapped onto my skin and was very messy around the cuticle area. It looked awful. I asked him to redo the colour as it was messy and and had gone into my skin. He then began to file away the polish until, on 3 of my fingers, my cuticles began to bleed. This was very painful and I jolted my hand away several times, at which he just laughed!!! My thumb nail on my left hand was incredibly sensitive and hurt with any amount of touch. He then had the nerve to charge me $25 after he had been incredibly rude, and obviously talked about me and what I had asked him to correct, and chatted away in Chinese to a colleague whilst she stood over watching him file my nails until they bled. 3 weeks later and back in the UK I still have marks on my nails where he made them bleed with the electric filer. I ended up picking the polish off and filing what I could away myself in time for the wedding. Needless to say my nails still look awful. Not a Pro Nail service as the name suggests.

The WORST manicure I have ever gotten!!He did it extremely fast and rushed. He was very aggressive with taking off my acrylic nails, ALL of my finger nails were uneven, and he didnt even file them. I wish I didnt feel so rushed to get out of there otherwise I wouldnt have paid them a single cent!!I will NEVER go there again for any service, nor will I EVER recommend anyone to go there.

Thought with ProNails ratings that we would be met with great service but we were mislead in that assumption. Walked in for our reservation & asked for clarification on pricing for mani/pedis + what added shellac pricing would be. Was met with incredibly disrespectful customer service - talking to us as if we were stupid in tone and facial expression when we asked questions. Walked right on out. Not worth your money or your time.
